선로변경 및 열차조성을 위한 입환 그리고 구원운전시 열차 충추돌 사고가 빈번하게 발생한다. 이와 같은 사고 원인은 무선전호 미청취, 유도신호의 오인으로 인한 열차제어의 실패이다.즉, 수동운전시 결합차량의 기관사는 신호 유도원으로부터 정차된 차량까지의 남은거리 및 연결기 상태를 유도신호(동작, 깃발 등), 무전 등으로 전송 받아 직관적이고, 주관적으로 열차결합을 수행한다. 논문은 기존의 열차 결합시 충추돌 사고의 주원인인 인적오류를 저감하기 위한 센서, 통신기반의 ICT융합 철도안전사고방지 기술의 현차 적용을 위한 보완사항 및 요구사항 도출을 위하여, 신분당선 주식회사 차량을 대상으로 현차시험에 대한 고찰로, 상대거리기반 근접주행기술에 대한 소개, feasibility test에 대한 결과에 대하여 기술한다. Train collision accidents occur frequently when shunting and rescuing. Such incidents cause the failure of train control due to human error of missing guide signals (flag, voice or signal light). Namely, the driver of shunting vehicle drives by the seat of drive’s pants on remaining distance to target vehicle and coupler status from wayside signaling staff. In this paper, we study on the introduction and the result for feasibility test for the collision avoidance system reducing human error using senors, communication tech. in Shinbundang Gwanggyo Depot.
In vitro 시험에 의한 잉어체내 14C - endosulfan 의 대사

When ^(14)C-α-endosulfan was incubated with carp liver, kidney and gut preparations, it was metabolized to water soluble and organosoluble metabolites. In an in vitro test, endosulfan was converted to endosulfan α-hydroxyether (EHE), endosulfan alcohol (EA) and endosulfan ether (EE). The addition of NADPH resulted in rapid conversion of endosulfan to the metabolites in 105,000 g soluble fraction and microsomes. However, the rate of metabolism of endosulfan in liver, kidney and gut supplemented with NADPH as a cofactor was higher in the 105,000 g soluble fraction than that in the microsomes of carp under incubation conditions. The enzymes probably involved in the metabolism of endosulfan include the glutathione S-transferase (GST) and the mixed function oxidases (MFO), based on the evidence that addition of either GSH or NADPH increased the degradation of endosulfan.

무한경쟁과 세계적인 불황으로 현재 많은 기업들이 핵심역량을 강화하는 전략에 집중하고 있다. 최근 중소기업 육성을 위한 돌파구로 공생을 위한 많은 방안들이 제시되어 왔고, 많은 중소기업들이 정부의 지원 아래 협업 및 협력으로 투자비용과 위험은 분산시키고, 자원과 이익을 공유할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고 있다. 최근 등장한 공유경제(Sharing Economy)는 유휴 재화나 서비스를 공유하여 그 효용을 높이고자 하는 경제모델로, 소비지향의 전통적인 산업과는 달리, 세계적인 경기침체로 과소비를 줄이고 환경오염에 대한 대안을 모색하는 분위기에 편승하여 빠르게 확산되고 있다. 하지만 대부분 공유경제는 기업이 개인 소비자에게 서비스를 제공하는 방식 또는 더 나아가 개인 소비자 간의 거래 모델이 주를 이루고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기업 간 공유경제의 개념과 현황을 정리하고 성공요인을 조사하였다. 이를 토대로 기업 간 공유경제 도입효과에 대한 근거와 비용 및 이익 배분 방안을 모색하였다. 또한 기업 간 공유경제 적용 및 확산을 위한 비즈니스 모델과 시스템 모델을 제시하였다. Recently, many companies have been focusing on setting up the strategy to strengthen their core competencies because of limitless competition and economic recession. Many symbiotic solutions have been suggested as a breakthrough to promote small businesses. Moreover many small businesses disperse investment expenses and risks through co-operation and collaboration, and are seeking for solution to share resources and profits. The Sharing Economy which is recently introduced is a economic model to increase the utility of them by sharing unemployed goods or services. This model is being spread out fast, going along with the atmosphere to find alter-natives which can reduce excessive spending and environmental pollution. As a concept of Collaborative Consumption, most transaction patterns of Sharing Economy mainly consist of the way companies provide consumers with services or the trade model between individuals. This paper organizes a theoretical system of business to business Sharing Economy companies for small businesses, and the success factors were derived. As well, it proposes the cost and profit distribution plan for the successful introduction of business to business Sharing Economy. And the business model and system model that can be apply and spread to the sharing economy between enterprises will be proposed.

To study the metabolism and absorption of endosulfan in carp, ^(14)C-α-endosulfan was treated with the LC_(10) concentration (4.5 ㎍/L). In an in vivo test, endosulfan was metabolized (65∼80%) in tissues and endosulfan ether, endosulfan alcohol, endosulfan a-hydroxyether, and endosulfan lactone were identified, indicating that those are the main metabolites of detoxification in carp. The maximum levels of ^(14)C-endosulfan in the head, muscle, and gut occurred after 8 hr exposure. However, the maxima reached in the liver and kidneys after 30 min and 4 hr, respectively. Radioactivity in the tissue decreased rapidly 8 hr after treatment. The total amount of ^(14)C-endosulfan recovered in the liver, kidneys and gut of fish was about 80∼90% during the 8 hr treatment. The non-extractable radioactivity increased after 8 hr exposure (27∼31%). Endosulfan sulfate, the main degradation product in plant and mouse, was not detected during the test interval from tissues of the carp.

Chitobiase from Aeromonas salmonicida YA7-625 was purified from culture broth through ammonium sulfate precipitation, chitin affinity adsorption, hydroxylapatite column chromatography and gel filtration, with 47.2% yield and 31.5 fold purity. The molecular weight of purified chitobiase was 15,000 daltons, and the chitobiase showes maximum activity at the condition of at 40℃ and pH 6.0. The effects of various metal ions and inhibitors show thatcystein, glutamic acid, serine, tryptophan, and tyrosine residues seem to be cencerned in chitobiase activity.
CaCO3 가 Bacillus subtilis 에 의한 청국장메주 발효에 미치는 영향

This study was carried out to investigate the effect of CaCO₃ on the Chungkook-jang Meju fermentation. B. subtilis was cultured on the Meju added 0, 0.01, 0.1, 1% CaCO₃, respectively, and the chemical composition, protease activity, amino acid and vitamin B complex were examined with fermentation time. The inner temperature of the CaCO₃ treatments during fermentation was increased as compared with the control group. Titratable acidity in Meju decreased as CaCO₃ cocentration increased. And protease activity and amino-nitrogen content were however high in same order. The content of amino acid was on the increase in every treatments, it made no difference between CaCO₃, treatments and the control. Vitamin B complex content in the CaCO₃ treatments was increased than in the control. The 0.01% added treatment showed the highest amount of vitamin B complex content in all the treatments.
