        반도체 기술 R&D 연구인력의 역량연구: H사 기업부설연구소를 중심으로

        Recently, the advanced company has been sparing no efforts in improving necessary core knowledge and technology to achieve outstanding work performance. In this rapidly changing knowledge-based society, the company has confronted the task of creating a high value-added knowledge. The role of R&D workforce that corresponds to the characteristic and role of knowledge worker is getting more significant. As the life cycle of technical knowledge and skill shortens, in every industry, the technical knowledge and skill have become essential elements for successful business. It is difficult to improve competitiveness of the company without enhancing the competency of individual and organization. As the competency development which is a part of human resource management in the company is being spread now, it is required to focus on the research of determining necessary competency and to analyze the competency of a core organization in the research institute. ‘H’ is the semiconductor manufacturing company which has a affiliated research institute with its own R&D engineers. Based on focus group interview and job analysis data, vision and necessary competency were confirmed. And to confirm whether the required competency by job is different or not, analysis was performed by dividing members into workers who are in charge of circuit design and design before process development and who are in the process actualization and process development. Also, this research included members' importance awareness of the determined competency. The interview and job analysis were integrated and analyzed after arranging by groups and contents and the analyzed results were resorted after comparative analysis with a competency dictionary of Spencer & Spencer and competency models which are developed from the advanced research. Derived main competencies are: challenge, responsibility, and prediction/responsiveness, planning a new business, achievement -oriented, training,cooperation, self-development, analytic thinking, scheduling, motivation,communication, commercialization of technology, information gathering,professionalism on the job, and professionalism outside of work. The highly required competency for both jobs was ‘Professionalism’. ‘Attitude’, ‘Performance Management’, ‘Teamwork’ for workers in charge of circuit design and ‘Challenge’,‘Training’, ‘Professionalism on the job’ and ‘Communication’ were recognized to be required competency for those who are in charge of process actualization and process development. With above results, this research has determined the necessary competency that the ‘H’ company’s affiliated research institute needs and found the difference of required competency by job. Also, it has suggested more enthusiastic education methods or various kinds of education by confirming the importance awareness of competency and individual’s level of awareness about the competency. 본 연구는 반도체 제조업 회사인 H사의 기업부설연구소를 대상으로 구성원에게필요한 역량을 규명하였다. 포커스 그룹 인터뷰와 직무분석 자료를 바탕으로 비전을확인하고 구성원이 직무를 수행하는데 필요한 역량을 확인했다. 또한 규명된 역량에대해 설문을 통해 구성원이 인식하고 있는 역량별 중요도인식과 역량수준을 확인함으로써 개인과 조직의 역량을 향상시키기 위한 방법을 제안하였다. 인터뷰와 직무분석은 각자 그룹별, 내용별로 정리된 후 통합 분석되었고, 분석된 결과는 Spencer&Spencer의 역량사전과 선행연구에서 개발된 역량모델들과 비교분석을 거친 뒤 유목화되어 재분류하는 과정을 거쳤으며, 그 결과 16개의 역량이 도출되었고, 7개의 역량군으로 분류하였다. 이 연구는 이러한 결과를 근거로 H사 기업부설연구소가 필요한 역량을 규명하고 직무별로 요구되는 역량의 차이를 발견하였다. 또한 역량의 중요도 인식과 역량별 본인의 수준 인식 정도를 확인하여 연구인력에 대한 보다 적극적인 교육의 방식이나 다양한 종류의 교육을 제안했다.

        한국어 개정판 친밀관계경험 척도의 단축형 개발

        Objective : The experiences in close relationships questionnaire-revised (ECR-R) (Fraley, Waller & Brennan, 2000) is a valuable tool for measuring adult attachment, and its Korean version, the ECRR-K (Kim, 2004), is widely used in Korea. However, given its substantial length, this study was aimed to develop and validate a short version of the ECRR-K called the ECRR-K14. Methods : Two hundred and ninety-four medical students participated in this study in 2016. They completed the ECRR-K, the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES), and the UCLA Loneliness Scale (UCLA-LS). The study authors applied the Rasch rating scale to check each item's model fit and then performed confirmatory factor analyses (CFAs) to test the new scale's validity. Results : The authors selected seven items each for the anxiety and avoidance subscales, and the ECRR-K14 showed fair to good internal consistency (Cronbach's ${\alpha}=0.93$ and 0.92 for anxiety and avoidance, respectively). The anxiety subscale showed concurrent validity with the PSS and the RSES while the avoidance subscale showed concurrent validity with the UCLA-LS. The CFAs also demonstrated the validity of the model with a goodness-of-fit index of 0.916. Conclusion : The ECRR-K14 showed excellent reliability and validity and appears to be a promising instrument for measuring the two attachment dimensions in adults.

        임금 근로 발달장애인의 근속연수 영향요인

        In order to solve the problem of short working life of people with developmental disability, this study empirically analyzed the factors affecting the working life of wage-earners with developmental disabilities using the ‘2021 Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled(2nd Wave 6th Survey)’ of the Korea Employment Agency for Persons with Disabilities. The research subjects were 109 people with developmental disabilities in wage employment, and the research methods were frequency analysis, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. According to the research result, the average tenure of wage workers with developmental disabilities is 61.94 months, and the factors affecting tenure are age, full-time employment, aptitude match, and a specially designed job for the disabled. This result showed that wage workers with developmental disabilities are more likely to stay in their current job for a longer period of time if they are older, have full-time employment, have an aptitude match, and work in a specially designed job for the disabled. Therefore, it needs to institutionalize job retention services and job development for workers with developmental disabilities, and the expansion of standard workplaces for the disabled is needed nationwide. 본 연구는 발달장애인의 짧은 근속연수 문제 해결을 위해 한국장애인고용공단의 2021년 장애인고용패널(2차웨이브 6차조사)을 활용하여, 임금 근로 발달장애인의 근속연수 영향요인을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구대상자는 임금 근로 발달장애인 109명이며, 연구방법은 빈도분석, 변수간 상관관계 분석, 위계적 회귀분석을실시하였다. 분석 결과, 임금 근로 발달장애인의 평균 근속기간은 61.94개월이며, 근속기간에 영향을 미치는 요인은 연령, 정규직여부, 적성부합도, 장애인일자리순으로 나타났다. 즉, 임금 근로 발달장애인은 연령이 높을수록, 정규직일수록, 직무가 적성에 부합할수록, 장애인일자리에 근무할수록 현 직장에서 더 오랜기간근무하는 것을 알 수 있다. 연구결과를 통해 여성과 중장년 발달장애인의 근속을 위한 정책, 적성에 부합하는 일자리 개발 및 발달장애인 직업유지서비스 제공을제도화하는 직업재활정책의 수립 및 장애인 표준사업장 확대가 필요하다는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 발달장애인이 안정적으로 일할 수 있는 일자리를 사회적경제 영역에서부터 적극적으로 모색할 필요가 있다는 것을 제언하였다. 마지막으로 발달장애인에게 좋은 일자리 요소와 의미 있는 직업 개념은 무엇인가에 대한논의의 필요성 및 개별화된 진로 및 직업재활 교육이 필요함을 제언하였다.

        서비스러닝 운영 현황과 활성화 방안 연구: K대학교 서비스러닝 운영 사례를 중심으로

        Objectives This study is aimed to examine the cases of operating service learning at K University and suggest ways to vitalize service learning based on the cases of its operation in order to realize qualitative improvement in the future operation of service learning-related courses. Methods To address the goal, this researcher examined the current status of service learning operated by K University located in B Metropolitan City for case study and analyzed the contents of assessment on satisfaction and operation performed in the second semester of 2021. To solve operational problems found in the operation of service learning, this author conducted literature review and sought ways to solve the problems and vitalize it. Results In the process of examining the cases of operating the courses of service learning at K University, four limitations were discovered. Based on that, this researcher suggests four ways to vitalize service learning. First, it is needed to establish community infrastructure. Second, instructors for service learning should be trained. Third, it is necessary to train students taking the courses of service learning. Fourth, universities should get support to extend the operation of service learning. Conclusions This study has investigated the limitations of service learning with the cases at K University and sought various ways to extend and vitalize the operation of service learning afterwards based on the ways of its vitalization. This study seems to be significant because grounded on that, it provides foundational material for follow-up research to be done multilaterally regarding effectiveness in the actual operation of service learning, results of learning, and the operation of service learning, too. 목적 본 연구에서는 K대학교의 서비스러닝 운영 사례를 살펴보고, 운영 사례 기반으로 서비스러닝 활성화 방안을 제시하여 향후서비스러닝 교과목 운영을 위한 질적 향상을 도모하고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 사례조사를 위해 B광역시에 위치한 K대학교가 운영한 서비스러닝 현황과 2021학년도 2학기에실시한 만족도, 운영 평가 내용들을 살펴보고 분석하였다. 서비스러닝 운영 중 발견된 운영 문제를 해결하기 위해 문헌 조사를 실시하고, 이를 해결하고 활성화 할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다. 결과 K대학교의 서비스러닝 교과목 운영 사례를 통하여 4가지의 한계점을 발견하게 되었고, 이를 통해 4가지의 서비스러닝 활성화방안으로 첫째, 지역사회 인프라 구축, 둘째, 서비스러닝 담당 교수자 교육, 셋째, 서비스러닝 수강 학생 교육, 넷째, 서비스러닝 운영확대를 위한 대학의 지원을 제시하였다. 결론 본 연구는 K대학교의 사례를 통해 서비스러닝의 한계점을 살펴보고 활성화 방안을 통하여 향후 서비스러닝 확대 운영과 활성화를 위한 다양한 방안을 모색할 수 있었다. 이를 토대로 향후 서비스러닝의 실제 운영을 통한 효과성과 학습 성과와 서비스러닝 운영에 대한 다양한 연구를 위한 기초자료를 제공하였음에 의미가 있을 것으로 생각된다.

        온라인 수업 운영에 대한 교원의 인식: H대학 사례를 중심으로

        As online university classes conducted because of COVID-19 are becoming more common and long-term, perceptions of the online class management of H University faculty members were surveyed and analyzed to search for online class quality enhancement plans and this study was conducted to deduce implications. Surveys were conducted on 267 faculty members currently working at H University located in Busan and results were deduced using SPSS 25.0 analysis. Analysis was conducted on preferred online class management types, the existence or nonexistence of interaction, interaction methods, class preparation efforts, learner evaluation methods, and general satisfaction in online class preparations and management for class quality improvement. Based on survey analysis results, presentations were made first for systematic policy support, second for the procurement of system stability, third for the introduction, construction, and utilization of a communicative system, fourth for the improvement and construction of class environments, and fifth for the educational support of teachers for the quality management of online class management. This study has limitations in that it was only conducted on cases of one university but it is significant in the fact that it is a study that is absolutely needed in initial stages for the generalization and settlement of online classes and detailed and diverse future research must be conducted for future online class operation quality management and flow. 이 연구는 코로나19로 인한 대학의 온라인 수업이 일반화・장기화됨에 따라, 온라인 수업의 질 향상 방안 탐색을 위해 H대학 교원들의 온라인 수업 운영에 대한 인식을 조사・분석하여 시사점을 도출하는 데 목적을 두었다. 부산 소재의 H대학에 재직 중인 교원 267명을 대상으로 설문 진행 후 SPSS 25.0를 활용하여 결과를 도출하였다. 선호하는 온라인 수업 운영 유형, 상호작용 유무, 상호작용 방법, 수업 준비 노력, 학습자 평가 방법, 수업 질 제고를 위한 요구, 온라인 수업 준비 및 운영 전반 만족도에 대해 분석하였다. 설문 분석결과를 토대로 온라인 수업 운영의 질 관리를 위하여 첫째 제도적 정책적 지원, 둘째 시스템 안정성 확보, 셋째 소통형 시스템 도입 및 구축, 활용, 넷째 수업 환경 개선 및 구축, 다섯째 교수자 교육지원을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 한 대학의 사례만을 대상으로 한 점에서 연구의 한계가 있지만, 온라인 수업의 일반화 및 정착화를 위한 초기 단계에 꼭 필요한 연구라는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 향후 온라인 수업 운영 질 관리 및 환류를 위한 구체적이고 다양한 후속연구가 요청된다.

        양극성 I형 장애 환자와 발병하지 않은 일차 친족에서 인지조절의 비교

        Objectives This study intended to identify the deficits of cognitive control among patients with bipolar I disorder and their first-degree relatives, and identify the possibility of cognitive control as an endophenotype of bipolar disorder. Methods The study included three groups: euthymic states patients with bipolar I disorder (n = 55), unaffected first-degree relatives of probands with bipolar I disorder (n = 30), and a healthy control group (n = 51), that was matched on age, sex, and years of education. The AX version of the continuous performance test (CPT) was used to examine cognitive control. Error rate, correct response times of each subsets (AX, BX, AY, BY), and d' as an indication of accuracy sensitivity index were calculated. Psychopathology, intelligence, and psychomotor speed were also assessed. Results Patients with bipolar I disorder showed significantly worse error rates in the AX (p = 0.01) and BX (p = 0.02) subsets and d' (p = 0.05) than the others. They also showed more delayed correct response times than the healthy control group and first-degree relatives in all subsets (p < 0.01). But first-degree relatives showed neither high error rates nor delayed correct response times than healthy control group. Conclusions These findings suggest that cognitive control is impaired in bipolar I disorder but less likely to be an endophynotype of bipolar I disorder.

      • 조현병 환자와 발병하지 않은 일차친족에서 인지조절 결함의 비교

        Objectives This study aimed to identify the differences in the profiles of cognitive control deficits among schizophrenic patients and endophenotypes. Methods The study examined three groups: remitted patients with schizophrenia (n=54), unaffected first-degree relatives of the probands with schizophrenia (n=36), and a healthy control group (n=51), which were all matched for age, sex, and years of education. The AX version of the continuous performance test was used to examine cognitive control. The error rate, correct response times of each subset (AX, BX, AY, BY), and d’ as an indication of the accuracy sensitivity index were calculated. The psychopathology, intelligence, and psychomotor speed were also assessed. Results Patients with schizophrenia showed significantly poorer error rates and d’ in the AX and BX subsets than the others. They showed more delayed correct response times than the healthy control group in all subsets. The first-degree relatives also showed more delayed correct response times in the BX and AY subsets than the healthy control group, but were similar to the patients. Conclusion These findings suggest that cognitive control is impaired in schizophrenia and endophynotypes possibly share this delayed information processing from the higher loading states of cognitive control.
