        무릎수술 후 신경근전기자극치료: 체계적 문헌고찰

        The recovery of quadriceps muscle strength and knee function after knee surgery is important. Recently, neuro-muscular electrical stimulation (NMES), which is a method in which an electrical current is applied to the surrounding targeted muscle, has been incorporated into muscle-strengthening programs. The objective of this review was to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of NMES in patients who have undergone knee surgery. A database search was performed in 8 Korean databases, Medline, Embase, and the Cochrane Library. Article selection and quality assessment were performed by 2 reviewers. Of the 580 articles selected, 14 papers (randomized controlled trials) were included in the final assessment. In the results of the meta-analysis, NMES combined with rehabilitation demonstrated a significant improvement in the enhancement of quadriceps muscle strength after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. On the basis of the currently available data, NMES with rehabilitation is associated with favorable outcomes, and should be considered a safe and effective procedure for enhancing quadriceps muscle strength.

        Study of the Relationship between the East Asian Marginal SST and the Two Different Types of El Niño

        In this study we define the two different types of El $Ni{\tilde{n}}o$, i.e., the eastern Pacific El $Ni{\tilde{n}}o$ (i.e., EP-El $Ni{\tilde{n}}o$) versus the central Pacific El $Ni{\tilde{n}}o$ (i.e., CP-El $Ni{\tilde{n}}o$), during the boreal summer (June-July-August, JJA) and winter (December-January-February, DJF) using the two NINO indices in the tropical Pacific. The two different types of El $Ni{\tilde{n}}o$ significantly differ in terms of the location of the maximum anomalous sea surface temperature (SST) in the tropical Pacific. The CP-El $Ni{\tilde{n}}o$ has been observed more frequently during recent decades compared to the EP-El $Ni{\tilde{n}}o$. In addition, our analysis indicates that the statistics of CP-El $Ni{\tilde{n}}o$ during JJA is closely associated with the warming trend in the central equatorial Pacific. We also examine the different responses of the East Asian marginal SST to the two types of El $Ni{\tilde{n}}o$ during JJA and DJF. The CP-El $Ni{\tilde{n}}o$ during both JJA and DJF is concurrent with warm SST anomalies around the Korean Peninsula including the East China Sea, which is in contrast to the EP-El $Ni{\tilde{n}}o$. Such different responses are associated with the difference in tropics/mid-latitude teleconnections via atmosphere between the two types of El $Ni{\tilde{n}}o$. Furthermore, our results indicate that atmospheric diabatic forcing in relation to the precipitation variability is different in the tropical Pacific between the EP-El $Ni{\tilde{n}}o$ and the CP-El $Ni{\tilde{n}}o$.

        초국가시대 로컬 시티즌십 구현 방안에 관한 연구 - 외국인 선거권을 중심으로 -

        According to globalization the number of settlement foreigners who are socially and economically active in their foreign countries is increasing. settlement foreigners make a social and economic contribution to their local communities. Nevertheless settlement foreigners are not allowed to exercise their political rights. Therefore, some argue that foreigners should be guaranteed political rights. But, it is inevitable that foreigners' rights of suffrage and expansion will collide with the principle of 'national sovereignty'. To address this issue, alternative citizenships are being discussed that are not part of the 'national citizenship' concept of classical citizenship. This study examines debate, researches which related foreigner’s suffrage and political rights and foreign law. Through this, analyzing Korean foreign election rights system. And then this study also proposes policy directions related to the future suffrage of migrants in Korea. 세계화에 따라 출생국가가 아닌 외국에 본거지를 두고 사회·경제적 활동을 하는 정주 외국인이 증가하고 있다. 정주 외국인은 거주 지역 공동체에 사회·경제적 기여를 하지만 정치적 권리는 향유하지 못한다. 이에 따라 일각에서는 정주외국인들의 정치적 권리를 보장해야 한다는 주장을 하고 있다. 정주외국인의 참정권 보장과 확대 논의는 ‘국민주권원리’와 정면으로 충돌하는 것이 불가피하다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 고전적 시티즌십 개념인 ‘내셔널 시티즌십’의 틀을 벗어난 대안적 시티즌십들이 본격 논의되고 있다. 본 연구는 관련 논의와 외국 사례를 살펴보는 것을 통해 우리나라의 외국인 선거권 제도의 외연 확대 필요성 등을 진단하고 있다. 또 이를 바탕으로 우리나라의 이주민 참정권 관련 정책방향을 제시하고 있다.

        Effect of Initial- and Final-State Interactions for a Pair of Fermions

        We evaluate the corrective K-factor for strong Coulomb-type initial-state or nal-state interactions and/or relativistic reactions. The corrective K-factor is obtained by taking the overlap of the Feynman amplitude with the relativistic wave function of the fermion pair under their mutual interaction. We nd that the eects of the corrective factor are signicant when the relative energy of the two fermions is small or when the magnitude of the coupling constant is large.

        서로 다른 두 유형의 엘니뇨와 동아시아 인근 해역 표층 온도 상관성 연구

        Systematics of the Yrast Energies in Even-Even Nuclei with a Recent Empirical Formula

        Recently, it was shown that a simple empirical formula can describe essential trends of the yrast energies in even-even nuclei very well even for unnatural parity states in addition to natural parity states. The transition to the unnatural parity multipole states are much more diverse than that to the natural parity states and therefore the behavior of yrast energies of the unnatural parity states is more irregular. In this sense it is not commonly expected that one simple formula can describe the yrast energies of the unnatural parity states. However, it was shown that the empirical formula can also describe the behavior of the yrast energies of the unnatural parity states too. For the description of the total behavior of yrast energies with various multipoles, the spin-dependent empirical formula was proposed. In this work, we will review the spin-dependent empirical formula and its application on the whole set of even or odd and natural or unnatural parity mutipole states. Also we check the N<sub>p</sub> N<sub>n</sub> scheme in the framework of the spin-dependent empirical formula to prove its validity. Overall the spin-dependent formula can describe the behavior of yrast energies in even-even nuclei and there must be some significant physical meaning in this formula.

        Numerical Analysis of the Wavelength Dependence in Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) Using a Finite Element Method

        Purpose: The aim of this study was to do numerical analysis of the wavelength dependence in low level laser therapy (LLLT)using a finite element method (FEM). Methods: Numerical analysis of heat transfer based on a Pennes' bioheat equation was performed to assess the wavelength dependence of effects of LLLT in a single layer and in multilayered tissue that consists of skin, fat and muscle. The three different wavelengths selected, 660 nm, 830 nm and 980 nm, were ones that are frequently used in clinic settings for the therapy of musculoskeletal disorders. Laser parameters were set to the power density of 35.7 W/cm2, a spot diameter of 0.06 cm, and a laser exposure time of 50 seconds for all wavelengths. Results: Temperature changes in tissue based on a heat transfer equation using a finite element method were simulated and were dominantly dependent upon the absorption coefficient of each tissue layer. In the analysis of a single tissue layer,heat generation by fixed laser exposure at each wavelength had a similar pattern for increasing temperature in both skin and fat (980 nm > 660 nm > 830 nm), but in the muscle layer 660nm generated the most heat (660 nm >> 980 nm > 830 nm). The heat generation in multilayered tissue versus penetration depth was shown that the temperature of 660 nm wavelength was higher than those of 830 nm and 980 nm Conclusion: Numerical analysis of heat transfer versus penetration depth using a finite element method showed that the greatest amount of heat generation is seen in multilayered tissue at = 660 nm. Numerical analysis of heat transfer may help lend insight into thermal events occurring inside tissue layers during low level laser therapy.

        Spin-Dependent Empirical Formula for the Lowest Excitation Energies of the Natural Parity States in Even-Even Nuclei

        We present an empirical expression that holds for the lowest excitation energy of the natural parity states in even-even nuclei throughout the entire periodic table. This formula contains spindependent factors so that it is applied to different multipole states with the same model parameters, in contrast to the recently proposed empirical expression, for which the model parameters had to be fitted for each multipole separately.

      • 내구성 향상을 위한 레독스 흐름전지용 전해액 첨가제 개발

        최근 전력사용량 증가와 신재생에너지 보급에 따른 전력품질 불균일 등의 문제를 해결 가능한 대안으로 에너지저장시스템(ESS, energy storage system)이 관심을 받고 있다. 다양한 ESS 중에서도 레독스 흐름전지(RFB, redox flow battery)는 상온에서 작동하고 용매로 물을 사용하기 때문에 안전성이 우수하고, 대용량화 및 장주기화가 유리하다는 장점이 있다. 레독스 흐름전지는 사용하는 활물질에 따라 다양한 종류가 있으며, 이중에서 양쪽 활물질로 바나듐을 사용하는 레독스 흐름전지가 가장 많이 개발되고 있다. 하지만, 바나듐 이온은 바나듐 농도, 온도, 충전상태에 따라 석출이 발생하여 전지 성능을 감소하는 문제점이 있어 이를 해결하기 위해 다양한 첨가제 개발 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 고온에서 5가 바나듐V(V) 이온을 안정화시키기 위한 첨가제를 개발하고자 한다. 석출억제 효과를 알아보기위해 전해액에 다양한 첨가제를 넣어 전해액에 제조하였으며, 석출 분석 및 전지 셀에 적용하여 전기화학적 성능과 수명안정성평가를 진행하였다.
