에이전트는 동적인 환경과 상호 작용하고 자치성을 추구하기 때문에 전자상거래 적용 분야로 적합하다. 본 논문은 강화 학습을 이용한 전자상거래 에이전트를 제안한다. 에이전트가 지능적인 특성을 가지고 사람을 대신하여 전자상거래에서 거래의 실질적 객체로써 거래를 담당하도록 하기 위해 강화학습 알고리즘을 적용하였다. 이러한 접근방식의 타당성을 입증하기 위해 본 논문에서는 구매 에이전트와 판매 에이전트로 구분하고, 학습과 통신의 정도에 따라 단계적 특성을 부여하여 에이전트 프레임워크를 구현하였고 그 결과를 보인다. 본 논문은 학습 알고리즘에 기초한 전자상거래 에이전트의 디자인을 보이고, 이 에이전트들은 실제 전자상거래에서 거래 처리 역할의 가능성이 충분함을 보인다. Agents are well fitted to e-commerce applicable area because they pursuit an autonomy and interact with dynamic environment. In this paper we propose an e-commerce agentsusing reinforcement learning. We modify a reinforcement learning algorithm for agents to have an intelligent feature and to make a transaction as practical business body in behalf of a person. To show the validity of this approach, we classify agents into buying agents and selling agents, give characters of level according to the degree of learning and communication. Finally we implement an e-commerce framework and show the result. In this paper we show a design of e-commerce agents which is based on the proposed learning algorithm and present that the agents have enough possibility of doing a transaction in practical e-commerce.

This paper is designed to suggest marketing strategies suitable for each classified group by subdividing high school students, the new-generation consumers, by clothes-shopping orientation at jean markets and by identifying the demographic characteristics and the purchasing behavior of each classified group. The subjects consist of 644 high school students, female and male, in Seoul, who responded to my questionnaire research. In terms of the clothes-shopping orientation, pleasure shopping orientation, brand-based shopping orientation, fashion-oriented one, convenience-oriented one and economic one are in sequence. In light of the consumer group based on the factors of clothes-shopping tendencies, the convenience-oriented group ranks first, which is followed by pleasure shopping group, brand-based shopping group and economic one. The subjects turn out to have purchased jeans at time of necessity. The subjects are most liable to get information from their friends, which is followed by their shopping experiences and display. And they turn out to be little affected by family members, salespersons and the press. They regarded aesthetic standards as one of the most important standards, which are followed by size, fitting, personality expression and prices in order. On the other hand, they think little of such factors as friends and similarity. In terms of the standards to make a selection of shops, the respondents cite the quality of goods, the prices of jeans, and service. They didn`t think much of the importance of the persuasion of those around them, the convenience of mass transportation facilities, and the approving rate of brands and so on. They resort to wholesale markets, department stores and low-pricing shops in sequence. They turn out not to be satisfied with product guarantees, and fashion. They relied on aggressive approaches like exchanges and refund in case they were dissatisfied with jeans.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the knowledge and compliance of guidelines for safe handling of antineoplastic agents among the oncology nurses. Methods: The participants were 186 nurses from oncology-hematology unit, and outpatient’s infusion room in a tertiary hospital. The levels of knowledge of safety guidelines and compliance with safe handling of antineoplastic agents of oncology nurses were measured using structured questionnaires from October 1 to November 30, 2014. Results: Oncology nurses’ knowledge of guideline for safe handling of antineoplastic agents presented an average 79.7 out of 100 points. Compliance with safe handling of antineoplastic agents presented an average 4.28 (range: 2.9~5) out of 5 points. The knowledge of guidelines for safe handling of antineoplastic agents was related with oncology experience (F=3.78, p=.012). There were positive relationships of knowledge and compliance with safe handling of antineoplastic agents (r=0.23, p=.002). Conclusion: The findings showed that there was a need to establish efficient guidelines for the safe handling of antineoplastic agents and develop our structured, continuous educational program for the improvement of safe practices related to the handling of antineoplastic agents. The developed and enhanced that guideline and educational program would contribute to improvement of staff and patient safety related to the handling of antineoplastic agents.

Evans syndrome is a rare complication that develops in adults after liver transplantation. The possible etiologies include ABO mismatch, viral infection, post-transplantation lymphoproliferative disease, graft-versus-host disease, and the use of certain immunosuppressive drugs (e.g., calcineurin inhibitors). Here, we present a case of Evans syndrome that developed after an ABOmatched liver transplant. Glucocorticosteroid, intravenous immunoglobulin, and alternative immunosuppressant therapies all failed. Weekly rituximab (375 mg/m2) was then administered for 4 weeks. The cytopenia improved transiently after the second dose of rituximab, but soon worsened again. However, the cytopenia normalized after a splenectomy.
임상콘텐츠모형 산출물 홍보와 운영을 위한 관리시스템 개발

본 논문에서는 임상콘텐츠모형(Clinical Contents Model; CCM) 산출물의 효율적인 개발과 배포 및 홍보를 지 원하는 관리시스템인 CCM Manager를 개발했다. CCM의 개발과정에서부터 산출물 관리 및 배포까지의 업무 프로세 스를 분석하여 관리자 기능과 사용자 기능을 도출했고, CCM 아키텍처를 기반으로 데이터베이스를 설계하였으며 각 사용자들이 쉽게 접근하여 내용을 검색할 수 있도록 하기 위해 웹 기반으로 개발하였다. CCM Manager는 모델 개발 자 상호간의 개발된 결과물이 잘 공유될 수 있게 지원하고, 관리자가 수작업으로 산출물을 패키지화하여 배포하지 않 아도 일반 사용자에게 CCM의 모델 형식의 산출물을 배포하고 홍보할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구는 다양한 검색 기 능과 시각화된 모델 브라우징 방식을 제공하고, 관리자 기능까지 포함한다는 측면에서 타 임상정보모델 지원시스템에 비해 우수함을 보인다. 본 연구에서 개발된 CCM Manager는 현재 CCM 개발 프로세스에서 활용되고 있으며, 그 결 과를 바탕으로 향후 CCM Manager 활용에 대한 효용성 분석이 이루어질 전망이다. In this paper we developed a CCM Manager which is a management system to support efficient development, publication and promotion of Clinical Contents Model(CCM)'s outcomes. We derived the functions of manager and user from the analysis of work process from development of CCM to management and publication, designed the database based on CCM architecture, and developed web-based system for each user to easily access and search the contents. CCM Manager supports to share the results between model developers well, distribute and promote the outcomes of model type to general users without manager's manual packaging and publishing it. This paper shows superiority compared with other clinical information model management system in aspects of providing multiple search functions, visual model browsing methods and management functions. The proposed CCM Manager is currently used in process of CCM development, and the analysis of its efficiency with the results will be made in the future.
