        이야기 패러디 광고의 텍스트성 고찰-<백설공주>, <신데렐라> 이야기가 차용된 텔레비전 광고를 중심으로-

        The study is concerned with analyzing the textuality of the TV advertising text for which parody was used. Especially parody advertising parodies a story. This study suggests fundamental conditions to make a parody text from the point of textuality and clarify how the story as an original text is appropriate for these conditions. And apply the conditions to practical advertising and study how well they parodied in that conditions. If parody advertising become a well-made parody, it should satisfy the below conditions. First, ‘Cohesiveness’ and ‘Concretiveness’ are the basic factors needed to have parody advertising textual. Second, the issue of understanding and explaining why the original text was borrowed is very important. If receiver accept easily the parody advertising, there are logical necessity or probability between the original text and the parody advertising. The more easily and the more clearly the basis to understand the transfer process between two texts is shown, the more a receiver is impressed with parody advertising. Third, the important issue in producing parody advertising is how strange an original text is made. It is thought that it assists in finally clarifying the essence of advertising texts and corresponds with the purpose of text linguistics setting up the categorization of texts as an aim.

        삼각함수의 모델링에서 그래픽 과정이 학생들의 질문 생성과 수학적 아이디어 교환에 미치는 효과

        본 연구에서는 삼각함수의 모델링을 통한 그래픽 과정의 효과를 알아보기 위한 실험연구로 실험과정의 분석을 질적연구 방법으로 처리했다. 이를 위해 수학적 모델링의 절차를 세분하여 기존의 모델에 두 단계, 즉, 질문의 생성과 아이디어 교환을 강조하는 놀이실험단계와 컴퓨터 그래픽 과정의 단계를 추가했다. 실험은 고등학교 2학년을 대상으로 실험반(TMG) 26명이 참여했고, 데이터의 질적분석을 위해 활동지, 면담 및 실험과정의 관찰자료를 분석하였다. 국내외 대부분의 연구가 통계적 방법을 이용한 양적 분석 방법이기 때문에 교사들에게는 모델링 수업에 큰 도움을 주지 못한다. 연구결과로 (1) 기존의 수학적 모델링의 절차에 두 개의 단계를 추가하여 보다 세분화한 모델링의 과정은 질문생성, 아이디어교환, 동료들과 소통 등에서 긍정적인 결과를 볼 수 있었다. (2) 실험학교의 수학과 수업에 컴퓨터 그래픽을 포함한 테크놀로지의 도입은 양과 수(Quantity) 교육에 매우 적절함을 보여주었다. The purpose of this study is to qualitatively examine the effects of graphics representation of trigonometry modelling concerning question generating and idea sharing. The experimental setting(Experiment Group) was one class (N=26) at a public high school. The modelling process was designed as a process-oriented conceptualization divided into three steps i.e., (1) game with idea sharing and question generating, (2) graphic representation, and (3) symbolization in the mathematical applied tasks related to trigonometry function. The result indicates that Graphic Representation with Game Activity increases the opportunity of question generating and idea sharing during experimental work. Also, the results show that the introduction of computer graphics enhances the teaching of mathematical quantity in highschool classrooms.

        Total Hip Arthroplasty for Secondary Coxarthrosis in Patients with Hereditary Multiple Exostoses: Minimum 5-Year Follow-up Results and Surgical Considerations

        Background: Hereditary multiple exostoses (HME) is an autosomal dominant disorder. The lesion in the proximal femoral metaphysis can bring about hip dysplasia and subsequent degenerative arthritis. Due to its rare prevalence, there have been a few case reports of total hip arthroplasty (THA) for osteoarthritis secondary to HME. The aim of this study was to report mid- to long-term outcomes of THA in HME patients and discuss special considerations that should be taken into account during surgery. Methods: We retrospectively evaluated the clinical and radiological results of THA for osteoarthritis secondary to HME in 11 hips of 9 patients after a minimum follow-up of 5 years (mean, 9.9 years). There were 3 men (3 hips) and 6 women (8 hips), with a mean age of 53.6 years (range, 46.8–58 years) at the index surgery in this study. Harris hip score (HHS) was used for clinical outcome assessment, and radiologically, implant stability, radiolucent lines, liner wear, and any sign of osteolysis or implant loosening were evaluated. Postoperative complications including infection, deep vein thrombosis, and dislocations were also investigated. Results: Cemented stems and cementless cups with the conventional polyethylene liner were used in bilateral hips of a single patient. In the other cases, cementless implants were used with ceramic-on-ceramic bearings. The mean HHS improved from 34.8 preoperatively to 92.5 postoperatively. Polyethylene liner wear and osteolysis were observed in 1 patient with cemented stems. Radiolucent lines were observed in 2 different cases. However, the femoral stems remained stable. There were no surgery-related complications except heterotopic ossification during follow-up. Conclusions: Despite the several surgical considerations, the mid- to long-term clinical and radiological outcomes of THA in HME patients were satisfactory. The abnormal, wide mediolateral diameter of the proximal metaphysis should be considered in selecting and inserting the stem with adequate anteversion. Leg length discrepancy was also common, so teleradiographs should be obtained before surgery. Intraoperative leg length evaluation might be difficult due to the morphologic changes in the proximal femur after mass excision and individual bone length differences.

        ‘텔레비전 수상기’의 TV 광고 변천에 대한 텍스트언어학적 연구

        This is a diachrony study on the changes in TV Advertisement of the advertisement of the TV sets. The study targets the 125 ads of the TV sets from the 1970s to 2000s. The goal of this study is to identify the distribution of text composition type. The study was conducted to see how text construction is in ads forms and contents. Analysis shows the methods of text construction are confirmed that there are 8 types : CM, CM+M(+J), CM+N(+J), CM+M+N(+J), M(+J), NA(+J), NA+M(+J), and the rest. 'CM' is the case in which ads are composed of CM-song. 'M' is the case in which the only speaker to deliver messages of ads is a model. 'NA' is the case in which the only speakers to deliver messages of ads is a narrator. '+' of each type means two elements appear at the same time. J of '(+J)' of each type means Jingle. J is in the bracket. That's because Jingle appears randomly. Specific characteristics of each type of ad composition are as follows: NA makes up the highest percentage among 8 types of ad composition. because NA ratio is high, different types are low relatively. Especially, ratio of the types of CM are low mostly. These results are due to the fact that television is a high-contribution-reasoning product. Specific characteristics of each type of ad composition are as follows: NA makes up the highest percentage among 8 types of ad composition. These results are due to the fact that television is a High-involvement & rationality product. Specific characteristics of every era of ad composition are as follows: NA is the type that makes up the highest percentage on every era. Television sets advertising is made in a similar way at any time. It is also noteworthy that M-type ratio shows low on every era.

        유튜브 인기 광고 영상의 텍스트 특성 연구

        씽크위드 구글(Think with Google)’에서는 구글 검색 데이터에 기반하여 조회 수와 시청자 반응이 높은 유튜브 우수 광고 영상을 뽑아 분기별로 제공하고 있다. 이들 광고는 객관적인 데이터를 바탕으로 하여 선정되었다는 점에서 수용자에게 영향력이 높고, 대중에게 영향력이 매우 커진 유튜브에 노출된 광고라는 점에서 의사소통적 관점에서 매우 효과적인 텍스트라고 본다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이들 ‘유튜브 인기 광고 영상’의 텍스트 구성상의 특징을 분석하고, 그 특성에 따라 텍스트 유형을 분류하여 보았다. ‘유튜브 인기 광고 영상’은 텍스트 구성에 있어 일반적인 TV 광고에 비해 러닝타임이 길다는 특징이 있으며, 이러한 특성은 ‘유튜브 인기 광고 영상’의 다양한 텍스트 구성을 가능하게 한다. ‘유튜브 인기 광고 영상’은 텍스트 구성 방식에 따라 ‘일반형, 영화/드라마형, CMsong형, 프로그램형, 기타’의 5가지 유형으로 구분할 수 있다.

        Arthroscopic Treatment for External Snapping Hip

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical outcome of arthroscopic treatment forrecalcitrant external snapping hip. Materials and Methods: Between September 2011 and June 2013, we evaluated 7 patients (10 cases) withsnapping hip who were refractory to conservative treatments for at least 3 months. Two patients (4 cases) wereimpossible to adduct both knees in 90。of hip flexion. Surgery was done in lateral decubitus position, underspinal anesthesia. We made 2 arthroscopic portals to operate the patients, and used cross-cutting with flapresection technique to treat the lesion. We performed additional gluteal sling release in those 2 patients (4 cases)with adduction difficulty. Average follow-up length was 19 months (range, 12-33 months). Clinical improvementwas evaluated with visual analog scale (VAS), modified Harris hip score (mHHS), and also investigated forpresence of limping or other complications as well. Results: The VAS decreased from 6.8 (range, 6-9) preoperatively to 0.2 (range, 0-2) postoperatively, and themHHS improved from 68.2 to 94.8 after surgery. None of the patients complained of post-operative woundproblem or surgical complications. Conclusion: The clinical outcome of arthroscopic treatment for recalcitrant external snapping hip wasencouraging and all patients were also satisfied with the cosmetic results.

        Treatment of Proximal Femur Fracture with a Newly Designed Nail: Trochanteric Fixation Nail-Advanced (TFNA)

        Purpose: This study evaluated the clinical results and implant safety of a newly developed implant, Trochanteric Fixation Nail-Advanced (TFNA; DePuy Synthes), in the treatment of proximal femur fractures. Materials and Methods: This was a retrospective cohort study of 26 patients diagnosed with proximal femur fracture and treated surgically with TFNA. The patients’ demographic data, surgical data, radiologic findings, and functional outcomes, including complications, were evaluated. Results: The mean age of the patients was 71.2 years (95% confidence interval [CI], 68.2-74.2); 65.4% were female. The mean Carlson comorbidity index score was 5.4, and the mean Koval grade before fracture was 2.1. Fracture classification included four cases of AO/OTA 31.A1, nine cases of A2, six cases of A3, and seven cases of 32A including six cases of atypical femoral fractures. The mean operating time was 53.3 minutes (95% CI, 43.6-63.1). There were no early postoperative complications, such as postoperative infection, deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, or in-hospital death, except one case of pneumonia. The mean Koval score at the postoperative six-month follow-up was 2.9. Euro- Qol-5 Dimension (EQ-5D) increased from 0.05 to 0.54 after three months and 0.72 at six months postoperatively. Bone union was observed in all cases with a mean union time of 12.9 weeks. No implant failure occurred, and no cases required secondary revision surgery. Conclusion: A new intramedullary nail system, TFNA, showed excellent outcomes and safety in the surgical treatment of proximal femur fractures.

        협업역량 강화를 위한 글쓰기 수업 방안 연구 -H대학의 ≪글쓰기와 커뮤니케이션≫ 수업을 중심으로-

        본 연구는 대학의 기초교양 글쓰기 교과에서 협업역량 강화를 위한 효과적인수업 방안을 제안하고자 하는 연구이다. 이를 위해, H대학의 기초 교양 글쓰기교과인 ≪글쓰기와 커뮤니케이션≫을 중심으로, 그 핵심역량인 협업역량 강화를위해 진행된 수업의 설계와 운영, 성과 등을 구체적으로 살펴보고자 한다. H대학의 ≪글쓰기와 커뮤니케이션≫은 글쓰기를 중심으로 한 다양한 활동을통해 현대 사회에 요구되는 창의적, 비판적 사고력과 의사소통 능력을 배양하는것을 목표로 하는 기초교양 교과로, 그 핵심역량은 ‘협업역량’이다. 이는 다양한배경을 가진 사람들과 원활한 소통을 통해 함께 일할 수 있는 능력을 의미한다. H대학의 ≪글쓰기와 커뮤니케이션≫에서는 교과목의 핵심역량인 ‘협업역량’을강화하기 위한 구체적인 수업 방안으로 ‘토론과 글쓰기’를 진행하였다. 이는 전체 15주 수업 중 총 3주간 운영하며, 글쓰기의 기초 이론의 학습이 완료된 이후에 진행하기 위해 9∼11주차에 실시한다. 총 3차로 구성된 ‘토론과 글쓰기’ 수업에서 진행된 토의, 토론 등의 협업 활동은 본질적으로 협업역량을 강화하기에 적합한 활동이며, 협업 활동에 대한 학생들의 평가는 대체로 만족스러운 수준으로 확인되었다. 이러한 점에서 볼 때, ‘토론과 글쓰기’는 학생들의 협업역량을 강화하기 위한 효과적인 수업 방안이 될 수 있다. This study intends to propose effective teaching methods for strengthening collaborative competency through basic culture writing courses of universities. To this end, we would like to look specifically at the design, operation, and performance of classes conducted to strengthen collaborative competency, focusing on “Writing and Communication,” a basic liberal writing course at H University. H University’s Writing and Communication course is aimed at cultivating creative, critical thinking and communication skills that are required by modern society through various activities centered around writing. Its core competency is “collaborative competency”-the ability to work together through smooth communication with people from various backgrounds. The course conducted a Discussion and Writing class as a concrete way to strengthen collaborative competency, which is the core competency of the subject. It runs for 3 weeks out of a total of 15 weeks of classes, and is conducted between the 9th and 11th weeks after the completion of basic theory of writing.
