Recently, research and development of the Car Black box is very active. However, most of these studies are implemented by using separate hardware such as microprocessors, cameras, DVR, GPS, etc. But, However, this approach has some disadvantages. This way will cause the cost of additional hardware and automatically you can not add additional functions such as a report of a car accident and SOS etc. To resolve this problems, in this paper, we develop a Car Video Black Box System of Software-type by a smartphone with built-in GPS receiver.

When Meteorological Agency issued a tsunami warning, there is a possibility of large-scale loss of life if there is no shelter course information on the location of Tsunami and the exact geographic location of an individual for people to take shelter from it. Therefore, the Pacific Tsunami Shelter Course Guidance System that optimally guides the shelter course is necessary to reduce the loss of life. In this paper, we propose a Pacific Tsunami Shelter Course Guidance System using Augmented Reality to reduce the loss of life in a coast where Tsunami occurs. This system will provide vital information to local residents as well as outsiders in case of emergencies like tsunami. The experimental result of this paper shows that the Pacific Tsunami Shelter Course Guidance System provides the optimum shelter course to people around coast when Tsunami occurs.
