Although the trade between Korea and Japan has a long history, it has been showing chronical trade deficit. This paper surveyed problems of trade between Korea and Japan through analyzing the cause of trade deficit by the commodities structure of export and import. The result of this paper is as follow. First, to solve the trade deficit with Japan, it is necessary to set force continuous and uniform policy.. Second, improvement of productivity, development of new-pattern product, design and advertisement is necessary to reinforce competitive power concerned to trade deficit with Japan. Third, it is necessary to decrease the dependence on the import through the assisting high-tech part, especially the raw-material and mechanic industry. Fourth, it is necessary to perform the continuous programs like the reinforcement of commercial cooperation with Japanese government and companies.

본 연구에서는 동해 연안정지관측 8개 지점(감포, 울기, 장기갑, 포항, 죽변, 동해(묵호), 주문진, 속초)에서 43년(1971-2013)간 조사한 표층수온을 이용하여 지역별 수온의 유사도에 따른 군집분석과 수온의 장기 변화를 살펴보았다. 수온의 유사도에 의한 군집분석결과, 본 연구지역은 크게 그룹 A(동해, 주문진, 속초)와 그룹 B(감포, 울기, 장기갑, 포항, 죽변)로 구분되었다. 여기서 A 그룹의 속초와 B 그룹의 죽변, 포항, 감포를 중심으로 한 수온과 수온편차의 장기 변화에서 수온은 10년 규모의 변동을 보였다. 각 지역별 수온은 43년간 증가 경향을 보였고, 1988년을 기준으로 고수온기와 저수온기로 구분되었다. 각 지역에서 43년간 수온은 속초가 $2.26^{\circ}C$, 죽변이 $1.99^{\circ}C$, 포항이 $1.11^{\circ}C$, 감포는 $0.89^{\circ}C$ 각각 증가하였고, 지역적으로는 동해 남부에서 북부로 갈수록 수온의 증가 속도가 크게 나타났다. 계절별 수온의 증가는 추계와 동계의 경우 속초>죽변>포항>감포의 순이었고, 춘계와 하계는 죽변>속초>포항>감포의 순으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to explore the long-term variability of sea surface temperature (SST) and cluster analysis derived from in-situ data in the coastal oceanographic observation 8 stations (Sokcho, Jumunjin, Donghae, Jukbyeon, Pohang, Janggigab, Ulgi, Gampo) of the East Sea during 1971-2013. As a result of cluster analysis, SST variations in each area could be divided into two groups, which was a group A of Sokcho, Jumunjin, Donghae, and group B of Jukbyeon, Pohang, Janggigab, Ulgi, Gampo. The SST and SST anomalies at Sokcho, Jukbyeon, Pohang and Gampo during 1971-2013 showed the increase-trend with the variations of decadal-scale. Annual SST values also increased remarkably after 1988. The increases of SST for 43 years showed $2.26^{\circ}C$ at Sokcho, $1.99^{\circ}C$ at Jukbyeon, $1.11^{\circ}C$ at Pohang and $0.89^{\circ}C$ at Gampo. In particular, the SST variations of the northern areas were higher than those of southern areas. The seasonal SSTs increased the order of Sokcho-Jukbyeon-Pohang-Gampo in fall and winter and that of Jukbyeon-Sokcho-Pohang-Gampo in spring and summer.
러시아측 동해 북서부 해역과 한국측 동해 남서부 해역 트롤 조사에 어획된 어류의 종조성 및 양적변동

To examine species composition, abundance and biomass of fishes in the northwestern East Sea of Russian EEZ, trawl survey were conducted at 31 sampling stations from 2006 to 2008. Also, trawl survey were conducted at 21 sampling stations in the southwestern East Sea of Korean EEZ from 2006 to 2008. A total of 67 fishes were collected in the northwestern East Sea of Russian EEZ, a total of 39 fishes were collected in the southwestern East Sea of Korean EEZ. Among them, a total of 53 fishes were collected in the northwestern East Sea of Russian EEZ only, and a total of 25 fishes were collected in the southwestern East Sea of Korean EEZ only. Mean abundance per area which caught by trawl survey in the northwestern East Sea ranged from a high of 116,478 inds./km2 in 2008 to a low of 19,737 inds./km2 in 2006. And mean abundance per area in the southwestern East Sea ranged from a high of 89,129 inds./km2 in 2006 to a low of 8,234 inds./km2 in 2008. Mean biomass per area which caught by trawl survey in the northwestern East Sea ranged from a high of 11,333 kg/km2 in 2008 to a low of 2,439 kg/km2 in 2006. And mean biomass per area in the southwestern East Sea ranged from a high of 6,273 kg/km2 in 2006 to a low of 1,062 kg/km2 in 2008. Cluster analysis, based on a Bray-Curtis similarity matrix of fourth root transformed data of number of species and individuals per area, showed division into three different groups by depth in the northwestern and southwestern East Sea.
미송톱밥을 이용한 꽃송이버섯 재배의 최적 배지 조성과 버섯의 β-glucan 함량 비교

최근 다양한 언론매체 및 국내외 연구논문들을 통해 꽃송이버섯의 기능성이 부각되고 있다. 이에 꽃송이버섯의 농가 대량재배 일반화를 위하여 최적톱밥 입자크기 및 β-glucan 함량이 높은 재배법 연구를 수행한 결과 T7 (1∼2 mm25%, 2∼4 mm 50%, 4 mm 이상 25%) 배지와 같이 입자크기가 일정비율로 혼합된 배지에서 11.5 ± 1.0 cm/44 days로 비교적 우수한 균사생장을 보였으며 자실체생산 역시 대조구보다 높은 142.9 ± 17.7 g의 생중량으로 상품성이 있는 꽃부분이 85%의 비율을 차지하였다. 배지조성 조건에 따른 β-glucan 함량은 모든 자실체에서 꽃부분에 비해 기부가 1.4∼2.4배의 높은 함량을 보였고 이 중 이스트 300 ppm이 첨가된 PCF300 (미송 + 옥수수분말 + 소맥분 + 이스트 300 ppm) 배지의 꽃송이버섯 기부가 59.5%로 가장 높은 β-glucan 함량을 나타냈다. 그러나 꽃부분에서는 비교적 낮은 33.0%의 함량을 보여 꽃부분의 β-glucan 함량을 높일 수 있는 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 따라서 본 연구결과를 토대로 꽃송이버섯 재배시 T7조건인 1∼2 mm 미송톱밥 25%, 2∼4 mm 미송톱밥 50%, 4 mm 이상 미송톱밥 25%의 비율로 톱밥입자 크기를 조절한후 옥수수분말과 소맥분을 첨가하여 배지조제후 이스트 300 ppm첨가하면 β-glucan 함량이 높은 꽃송이버섯 생산이 가능할 것으로 사료된다. Functional effects of cauliflower mushroom (Sparassis latifolia) have been magnified by various media and internal and external research papers, recently. So, optimum condition of wood chip particle size and cultivation method of high β-glucan content for bulk cultivation generalization of cauliflower mushroom farms researched. As a result, T7 (1∼2 mm 25%, 2∼4 mm 50%, over 4 mm 25%) media as mixed media of certain ratio of particle size, showed excellent growth at 11.5 ± 1.0 cm / 44 days. Also, production of fruit body found higher than control and marketable pileus part took 85% ratio. The β-glucan content at media composition condition showed 1.4∼2.4 times higher content in stipe part than pileus part. Also, PCF300 medium found 59.5% highest β-glucan content in stipe part. While β-glucan content showed 33.0% low content in pileus part. Therefore it needed additional study that β-glucan content improved in pileus part. In conclusion, production of high β-glucan content cauliflower mushroom was possible by T7condition (wood chip particle size: 1∼2 mm 25%, 2∼4 mm 50% and over 4 mm 25%, composition: cor\ our and 300 ppm yeast)

The age and growth of butter clams Saxidomus purpuratus were estimated using transmitted light on the shells of 364 samples from January 2017 to December 2017 in Jinhae Bay. Based on monthly variation in the marginal index (MI) of the shell, it is assumed that rings are formed once a year during the period from July to August in this species. The relationship between shell length (SL; mm) and shell height (SH; mm) was expressed by the equation SH=0.8053SL-2.9636 (R<sup>2</sup>=0.94) and between SL and shell width (SW; mm) by the equation SW=0.5648SL-3.7105 (R<sup>2</sup>=0.90). The relationship between SL and total weight (TW; g) was expressed by the following equation: TW=0.00009SL<sup>3.2141</sup> (R<sup>2</sup>=0.96). von Bertalanffy’s growth parameters were estimated using the regression wizard in the SigmaPlot computer program (Systat Software, Inc., v. 10.0). The maximum shell length (SL<sub>∞</sub>) was 126.16 mm, growth rate was 0.2030/year, theoretical age at shell length 0 (t<sub>0</sub>) was -0.52 years, and asymptotic total weight (TW<sub>∞</sub>) was 509.17 g. Growth curves for SL and TW fitted to the von Bertalanffy’s equation were expressed as follows: SL<sub>t</sub> = 126.16(1-e<sup>-0.2030(t+0.52)</sup>), TW<sub>t</sub>=509.17(1-e<sup>-0.2030(t+0.52)</sup>)<sup>3.2141</sup>.

It is estimated that approximately 35% of patients with invasive cervical cancer will have recurrent or persistent disease following therapy. The common metastatic sites of recurrent cervical cancer included the lung, liver and vertebra, however, colon metastases from cervical cancer were extremely rare. Recently we experienced a case of colonic metastasis in a patient with cervical cancer who had been treated with radiation and chemotherapy. We present this case with a brief review of literature.

The species composition and distribution of catches by dredge gear in the Yeongil Bay, Korea were investigated on a seasonal basis from February to November, 2015. Total catches consisted of 44 species and 35 families. They were 13 species of fish, 10 species of crustacea, 5 species of echinodermata, 5 species of gastropoda, 4 species of cephalopoda and 3 species of bivalvia. Major catch species was shellfish and had seasonal variations in catch. In spring and winter, the catch of ark shell (Scapharca broughtonii) was increased. Adversely, the catch of admas venus clam (Callithaca adamsi) increased in sunmmer and autumn. Species diversity indices was high as the value of 1.99 in spring, and low to the value of 0.34 in summer. In addition, multi dimentional scaling (MDS) indices also was high in spring as the value of 1.99. In summer, the index was low as the value of 0.34. Similarity analysis based on species data was transformed by fourth root. With the result of cluster analysis and MDS analysis, species was divided into two groups. The first group as Group A consists of winter and spring species and another was Group B made of species in summer and winter.
