        한국 해산 남조류(Cyanophyta) 의 목록을 작성하고 분류학적 위치를 확인하기 위하여 우리나라 전해역에서 채집된 남조류를 대상으로 형태분류학적 연구를 시도하였다. 그 결과 동정된 한국 해산 남조류는 총 3목 6과 20속 36종이며, 이 중 14종이 우리나라에서 그 생육이 처음으로 확인된 미기록종 (Chroococcus minutus ($K\"{u}$tzing) $N\"{a}$geli, Merismopedia punctata Meyen, Microcystis ichtyoblabe $K\"u$zing, Dermocarpa leibleiniae (Reinsch) Born. et Thur., Hydrocoleum confluens (Setchell et Gardner) Drouet, Lyngbya sordida (Zanard.) Gomont, Phormidium forveolarum (Mont.) Gomont, Phormidium hansgieri Schmidle, Skujaella hildebrandtii (Gomont.) de Toni, Sphaeronema lithophila (Ercegovic) Umezaki, Spirulina tenerrima $K\"u$tzing, Hormothamnion enteromorphoides Grunow, Michrochaete aeruginea Batters, Michrochaete grisea Thuret ex Born. et flah.)이었다. 본 연구에서는 간섭현미경과 위상차현미경을 이용하여 체형이 미소한 남조류의 현미사진을 작성하였다. 형태학적으로 분류된 각 종을 대상으로 세포내 함유물을 관찰하여 그 중 PHB ($poly-\SS$-hydroxybutyrate) granule의 존재 유무를 조사하였으며, Lyngbya confervoides, Lyngbya semiplena, Phormidium corium, Sirocoleum kurzii, Hormothanmnion enteromorphoides, Calothrix crustacea들은 PHB를 함유하고 있음이 확인되었다. 이 결과는 생리생화학적 특성을 기초로한 남조류의 분류체계를 정립하기 위한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The Blue-green algae collected from whole coasts of Korea were investigated morphotaxonomically in order to list up Korean marine Cyanophyta and clarify their taxnomic position. As a result, 36 species, 20 genus, 6 families belonging to 3 orders were identified. Among these, 14 species were recorded for the first time in Korea. They are Chroococcus minutus (K$\"{u}$tzing) N$\"{a}$geli, Merismopedia punctata Meyen, Microcystis ichtyoblabe K$\"{u}$zing, Dermocarpa leibleiniae (Reinsch) Born. et Thur., Hydrocoleum confluens (Setchell et Gardner) Drouet, Lyngbya sordida (Zanard.) Gomont, Phormidium forveolarum (Mont.) Gomont, Phormidium hansgieri Schmidle, Skujaella hildebrandtii (Gomont.) de Toni, Sphaeronema lithophila (Ercegovic) Umezaki, Spirulina tenerrima K$\"{u}$tzing, Hormothamnion enteromorphoides Grunow, Michrochaete aeruginea Batters, Michrochaete grisea Thuret ex Born. et flah.. Using the phase contrast microscope and the Nomarski interference micrope, we made photomicrographs of minute blue green algae. The cellular inclusions especially PHB(poly-$\SS$-hydroxy-butyrate) granules of the blue-green algae identified were investigated. The species clearly characteriged to have PHB granule were Lyngbya confervoides, L. semiplena, Phormidium corium, Sirocoleum kurzii, Hormothamnion enteromorphoides and Calothrix crustacea. These result would be fundamental data for estabilishing phylogenetic system of blue-green algae based on physio-biochemical characteristics in future.

        한국산 모자반목 (目) 식물의 지리적 변이체에 대한 생화학적 분류 - 3. 삼차원적 TLC 에 의한 총지질의 (總脂質) 분석

        The Fucales plants have very homogenous taxonomic characteristics at order level, but show many morphological varitations at species or subspecies levels. This study is one of the serial works to obtain more taxonomic data than morphotaxonomic ones and to clarify the taxonomic ranks and characteristics of Korean Fucales plants through physiological and biochemical analyses. Total lipid compositions of Korean Fucales plants were analyzed by the 3-dimensional TLC method. Major components of phospholipids(PA, PC, PG, PE, DPG, LPE, LPC), neutral fat TG and sterols were commonly contained in each species. Unknown lipids X1, X2 and X3 were contained in genus Sargassum, but Hizikia was lacking X3 and Myagropsis was lacking both X2 and X3. The latter contained unique X8. From the view-point of the phylogeny of lipid metabolism, Sargassum might be more closely related to Hizikia than to Myagropsis. A variant of S. patens from Seongsan showed minute metabolic difference from that of the typical plant; but a variant of S. serratifolium did not show any significant difference from that of the typical plant.

        충남 고정리의 (高亭里) 하계 해조상

        The marine benthic algae of Gojeong-Ri was investigated in a floristic aspect. As a result, 34 species, 7 blue-green, 14 red, 6 brown and 7 green algae were identified as a summer flora from the area. Among them, Sirocoleum kurzii (blue-green alga), Ralfsia clavata (brown alga), Pseudulvella consociata and Cladophora speciosa (green algae) were known as new records to Korea.

        Klebsiella aerogenes ATCC 10031의 카드뮴 해독기작

        In order to examine that what kind of system correlated with cadmium detoxification mechanism in Klebsiella aerogenes ATCC 10031, we tried to investigate the effect of phosphate upon the detoxification and also elucidate whether the cadmium phosphate and/or polymeric Cd-Pi complex is formed actually in cell or not. As the results, it was shown that growing pattern had long lag adaptive phase of 12 hr to 24 hr, at the concentrations of 0.02 mM and 0.08 mM cadmium, respectively. Cadmium was accumulated more highly in the fraction of cell wall and membrane than in those of cytoplasm. In case of phosphate starving cells added cadmium, inorganic polyphosphate system was primarily correlated with Cd-detoxification during the lag phase for the accommodation to cadmium, on the other hand, Cd:Sulfide complex system secondarily correlated it during the stationary phase. These results implied that polyphosphate system and Cd:sulfide complex system, these two systems were operated compensatively each other. Considering the results obsdrved with EM and examined tha changes of sulfide and polyphosphate amount, it was reflected that Cd:S complex was located at the cell surface. In the results of $in-vivo^{31}$P NMR spectra in the cells with cadmium pressure, several phosphate signals arose newly from the polyphosphate region with moving chemical shift of it. This phinomenon strongly implied the actual existence of Dd:Pi comples and /or Cd:poly-P complex in the cell and also the cellular compartmentalization of cadmium detoxifying mechanism.

        반복염기 프라이머 PCR 에 의해 탐색된 독성 남조류에 분포한 반복염기의 다양성

        Since some cyanobacterial isolates under selective culturing conditions are lacking of characteristic specialized cells or showing altered morphology, the morpho-taxonomic criteria are not accurate enough to discriminate between species. Instead of morphological parameters, a method based on the single or the combination of repetitive oligonucleotides in a single PCR, repetitive oligonucleotides-primed PCR (ROP-PCR), was applied to generate DNA profiles for members of the cyanobacterial genera Anabaena and Oscillatoria, both of which are responsible for causing poisonous blooms in various freshwater systems. ROP-PCR performed on 10 isolates of the cyanobacteria with ERIC and REP sequences from gram-negative bacteria, STRR1A and LTRR sequences derived from cyanobacterial genome, and eukaryotic repetitive sequences, led to the identification of distinct genotypes, and provided specific and repeatable DNA fingerprints for cyanobacterial isolates. Grouping analysis of cyanobacterial isolates showed a significant difference depending on the primer used in PCR.

        인천항 선거내의 (船渠內) 물리 화학적 환경요인의 연변동

        A three-year study programme has been launched in December 1989 in order to investigate an ecological studies on the biotic communities and the energy flow in the Inchon Dock ecosystem. The purpose of this study is to clarify the water quality and to provide the basic Physicochemical data for the goal mentioned above. The investigation has been carried out monthly during December 1989 to December 1990 in both surface and bottom waters at four stations in this artificial dock. Water temperature ranged from 3.6℃ to 27.7℃, and was entirely under the influence of air temperature. Salinity varied between 20.0-32.8‰, so that the dock water may be influenced by freshwater discharges from Inchon city. Concentration of dissolved oxygen showed 0-9.4㎎/ℓ and biological oxygen demand were 0-8.9㎎O_2/ℓ. The anoxic condition was by a result of red tide caused by phytoplankton community. Nutrients(nitrite, nitrate, ammonia, phosphate and silicate) have increased throughout the year investigated, so that excessing eutrophication induced summer blooming during the study period.

        본 연구는 문헌 연구를 통해 다중지능이론에 근거한 독서프로그램의 적용과정을 탐구하여 초등 고학년 을 대상으로 다중지능을 적용한 독서프로그램을 개발하여 이것이 모델이 되어 다중지능이론을 적용한 다양한 독서프로그램을 개발하는 데 기초자료를 제공하는 것이 목적이다. 다중지능 독서프로그램이 널리 적용되어 참여자의 강점 지능은 더욱 개발하고 약점 지능은 보완되어 누구나 자기주도적인 독서 습관을 형성하고 즐거운 독서생활과 효과적인 독서지도를 하는 데 도움을 주고자 한다.

        일개 대학병원 내과 병동 입원환자의 전자의무기록에 사용된 통증간호 기록 분석

        Purpose: This study was done to analyse nursing records to identify the nature of pain and actual conditions of pain management in patients hospitalized in one university hospital. Methods: The participants in this study were 783 patients with a length of stay of 3 to 30 days who were discharged from medical wards between June 1 and June 30, 2009. Data on nursing records related to pain management from these patients were reviewed using the Electronic Nursing Records (ENRs) system. Results: Over 30 percent of 10,702 nursing records related to pain assessment had no record on region, severity, nature or frequency of pain. About 30 percent of 13,638 nursing records related to pain intervention showed non-drug pain management techniques. Conclusion: Accurate and complete records on pain assessment including region, severity, nature and frequency of pain are essential to effectively manage patients' pain. Improvement in ENRs system for better assessment and management of pain is required as well as education programs on a standardized measuring tool for both nurses and patients.
