The cell volume changes of Lactobacillus casei YIT 9018 in TGY broth in which glucose was replaced with fructose, galactose, maltose, lactose or surcose have been studied during 72 hours of cultivation at 37℃, and the effects of concentration of each saccharides were also studied in TGY broth. 1. Glucose, fructose and galctose were most effective for the cell volume increase of L. casei YIT 9018 in TGY broth containing 0.9% of each sugar while maltose, sucrose or lactose were not so effective for the increase of the cell volume. But these monosaccharides had not improved the cell volume when TGY broth contained only 0.3% sugars. 2. The cell volume of L. casei YIT 9018 reached maximum in 24 hours of cultivation in TGY broth containing monosaccharides and kept the cell volume for a while with only a slight decrease, but the cell volume decreased rapidly after 16 hours of cultivation in TGY broth containing disaccharides. 3. High concentration of glucose, including fructose and galactose, gave bigger cell size of L. casei YIT 9018 even after 72 hours than in low glucose TGY broth. The cell volume of L. casei YIT 9018, however, was not affected by supplementing disaccharides up to 0.9%. 4. At low concentrations of sugars, the monosaccharides may be better energy sources but at higher concentrations the sugar differences become narrower for the efficient growth in cell number and in cell viability of Lactobacillus casei YIT 9018 although the monosaccharides are better for bigger cell volume.

Today, the whole world is going through a big chaos due to the COVID-19, but paradoxically, the emergence of COVID-19 has been leading to the need for sustainable development, such as Green New Deal that can improve global warming and carbon emissions, and the need for sustainable architecture is growing bigger and bigger in the architectural field as well. The level of CLT buildings in Korea is at a very rudimentary stage, while CLT buildings remedying existing wooden buildings are getting the spotlight among European countries for sustainable architecture. This study was conducted to categorize structure layer compositions of overseas CLT buildings and analyze architectural techniques and materials applied by collecting and analyzing information about CLT structure layer compositions of overseas CLT building-related institutions, companies and cases. When classifying structure layer compositions of foreign CLT buildings depending on the roles of layers. it was revealed that exterior wall structure layers were combined and organized within a sequence of external finishing, ventilation, waterproof, board, external insulation, airtightness, structure, airtightness, interior insulation, interior finishing, sloped roof structure layers were external finishing, ventilation, waterproof, board, external insulation, airtightness, structure, airtightness, interior insulation, interior finishing, flat roof structure layers were external finishing, ventilation, waterproof, planking wood, external insulation, waterproof, external insulation, airtightness, structure, airtightness, interior insulation, interior finishing.

정선 아리랑 가사 속의 페미니즘

본 논문은 구비전승 된 민요 가운데 하나인 정선 아리랑 가사의 언어철학적 분석을 통해 그 속에 내재된 페미니즘을 살펴 본 것이다. 민요는 인간의 생업이나 세시풍속, 놀이 등을 통하여 인간의 생활에 깊숙이 침투되어 졌다고 할 수 있다. 그러므로 민요는 인간생활과 불가분의 관계에 있는 것이다. 그러한 민요의 속성을 안고 약 600여 년 전부터 시작해서 현대에 이르기까지 가사의 생산 활동을 지속하고 있는 정선 아리랑은 그 자체가 인간사의 기록이라고 하지 않을 수 없다. 더구나 약 1,500여 수에 이르는 방대한 정선 아리랑의 가사 수는 시대에 따른 인간의식의 변화를 다양한 각도에서 보여주고 있다. 정선 아리랑 가사에는 고려의 유신들이 부른 충절과 가족에 대한 그리움에서부터 시작해서 산수(山水), 애정, 처세, 삶의 무상 등에 관한 다양한 내용을 담고 있다. 그러므로 정선 아리랑의 가사를 훑어보는 것은 인간의식을 여러 각도에서 살펴 볼 수 있음은 물론이거니와 그에 수반된 가지각색의 언어 표현도 음미해 볼 수 있다. 그리고 민요 가사에는 성별과 연령을 초월하여 함께 부를 수 있는 것이 있는 반면, 전통적으로 성에 따른 역할분담이나 처지의 입장에서 볼 때 성(姓)에 따라서 구별되어 불려 지는 민요 가사가 있다는 것도 있다. 그러므로 며느리의 처지에 있었던 여성들은 민요의 가사를 통해 여성에게 가해지는 사회적 차별에 대항하는 페미니즘을 보여주고 있다. 페미니즘은 사회 내의 여성의 위치를 재정립하여 동등한 성(gender)으로서의 여성성을 획득하고 여성에게 가해지는 사회적 차별에 대항하는 이데올로기이다. 즉 페미니즘은 성차에 기인하는 남녀의 불평등과 여성 억압을 고발하고 해결하고자 하는 목적에서 출발하였다. 그러므로 민요 가사는 일종의 시위 수단 기능도 한 것으로 볼 수 있다. 대개의 경우 우리는 페미니즘의 발상지는 당연히 근대의 서구 사회였을 것이라고 생각하고 우리나라에는 현대 이전까지 페미니즘이 없었을 것이라 추측한다. 그리고 더 더욱 우리나라에 페미니즘이 없었을 것으로 추측하게끔 하는 요인 중에 하나가, 페미니즘을 구현하기 위해서 서구 여성들이 취했던 조직적인 행위다. 하지만 우리나라 여성들도 페미니즘을 구현하기 위한 행위를 하였음을 민요 가사를 통해서 알 수 있다. 우리가 흔히 말하는 가곡, 가사, 시조 따위는 운율이 있는 언어사용으로, 우리들의 사상과 감정을 표현하는데 있어서 그 다양성과 효과를 극대화하려는 노력의 일환이라고 본다. 특히 그 가운데 가사는 노래로 불려질 것을 전제로 하여 만들어지는 언어사용 행위로서, 인간의 감성을 자극하는 운율과 결합시켜 대중에게 다양하게 사용함으로써 그 효과를 더욱 더 극대화시킬수 있다고 본다. 그리고 그러한 언어의 변용 가운데 가장 광범위하게 사용되는 것이 가요라고 본다. 그러므로 민요 가사를 언어철학을 중심으로 살펴볼 때, 페미니즘적 사고가 내재된 민요 가사를 생성하고 애청하거나 애창하는 행위는 일종의 조직적인 페미니즘 구현 행위라고 봐도 될 것 같다. The purpose of this paper is to observe the feminism in the text of Chungsun Arirang by the linguistic philosophy. Language have various functions like recording and keeping the facts of the world. One of the most basic functions of language is for people to communicate with each other. And another important function of language is to perform speech acts. A fork song penetrate into people's mind by their business, customs, and plays and so on. So it is inseparably related to human life. I think that Chungsun Arirang has the quality of good patterns of various human life. And it has been singing by people for about 600 years. It is the record of the history of human life, I suppose. The about 1,500 texts of Chungsun Arirang show the change of the various ways of man's thinking from many viewpoints. Chungsun Arirang has various contents of the loyal retainers' mind of the Goryeo Dynasty and landscapes, love, wisdom, uncertainty of life and so on. So I think that we can see that the various ways of man's thinking and many kinds of expressions of language by reading and listening the text of Chungsun Arirang. So there are many expressions related to the feminism in Korea in the text of Chungsun Arirang. I guess. When we regard speaking language as acts, we can admit that listening to or singing the fork songs related to the feminism is to perform as a feminist. Because listening to or singing the fork songs is to share the same emotions of others together. And that is a kind of group action for feminism, I think.

건강한 성인의 Shaker 운동과 수정된 Shaker 운동 동안 목뿔위근, 목빗근, 전사각근, 머리널판근의 활성 차이

Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Shaker exercise (SE) and modified Shaker exercise (MSE) on the activity of the suprahyoid (SH), Sternocleidomastoid (SCM), anterior scalene (AS), splenius capitis muscles (SC). In addition, we want to investigate whether there is a difference in muscle activity and fatigue during SE and MSE according to forward head posture (FHP). Methods Thirty-nine healthy adults participated in this study. All subjects performed SE and MSE isometric exercise, and the exercise sequence was counterbalanced. SE and MSE measured the mean, maximum, and fatigue levels of SH, SCM, AS, and SC muscles using surface electromyography. All exercises were repeated 5 times and were performed isometrically for 20 seconds, with an interval of 30 seconds between exercises. A 20-minute break was provided between the two exercises. For reference voluntary contraction, 90˚ abduction was performed 3 times based on the middle deltoid muscle. The craniovertebral angle was measured to determine the FHP. Results SH and AS, SC muscles activation was significantly higher in MSE than in SE (p<.05). There was no significant difference in SCM muscle activity and fatigue between the two exercises. In SE, the group with FHP less than 50 degrees showed significantly lower activity in SH and SC muscles than the group with 50 degrees or more. Conclusion These findings suggest that MSE can be used as a more effective method for enhancing SH muscles than conventional SE.

'언어는 그 사용자인 인간의 삶의 조건과 밀접한 관련을 가진다'고 언어 철학자들은 주장 한다. 이 말이 의미하는 바는, 언어는 특정 언어가 사용되어지는 지역의 자연환경이나 문화적 배경을 도외시하고 그 특정 언어의 사용을 분석할 수는 없다는 것으로 받아들일 수도 있다. 그러므로 우리가 특정 언어의 사용을 분석하기 위한 방법으로 그 특정 언어가 사용된 민요를 분석의 대상으로 삼는 것은 지극히 자연스럽다고 연구자는 판단하였다. 그래서 본 연구에서는, 정선 아리랑의 가사를 통하여 우리나라 사람들이 어떤 방식으로 언어를 사용하고 있는지를 알아보고자 했다.
