장애학생 관련 변인에 따른 비장애 학생의 통합태도 연구

장애학생 관련 변인에 따른 비장애 학생의 통합교육에 대한 태도 및 장애학생에 대한 친근감을 알아보기 위하여 본 연구를 수행하였으며, 연구 대상은 대구광역시 초등학교 5개교15학급 477명을 선정하였다. 연구 결과 장애학생의 통합에 대한 비장애 학생의 태도에 영향을 미치는 변인은 장애유형, 장애학생 성별, 장애학생의 청결상태이며, 영향을 미치지 않는 변인으로는 장애학생 부모의 관심도, 장애아 가정의 경제적 수준 그리고 장애학생의 학습 능력인 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to determine the attitudes for integration education and the intimacy with disabled students of Nondisabled students influenced by disabled students. For such purpose, 477 students of 15 classes from 5 elementary schools located in Daegu Metropolitan City were selected as the object of this study. Integrated Attitudes was measured through an investigation equipment by Oh Won-Seok and Seo-Yeong Ran which adapted and modified a testing document called Inclusion of Students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing Inventory (ISDHH) invented by Hsin-Ling Hung(2005). The result indicated that the factors which influence the Attitudes of nondisabled students regarding integration with disabled students are the type of injury, the gender and the cleanness of the disabled student. The factors which do not influence the above are interests of the disabled student``s parents, economic level of the family and the learning ability of the disabled student.

극동지역 "선도개발구역" 조성의 의의와 한국과의 협력 가능성

러시아는 경제발전을 위한 최우선 과제 중의 하나로 극동지역 개발을 강조하고 있다. 또한 다양한 사회-경제적 문제들을 해결할 수 있는 수단으로 동 지역 발전에 박차를 가하고 있다. 이에 푸틴 러시아 대통령은 새로운 경제특구인 ``선도개발구역(Территория опережающего социально-экономического развития, ТОР)``을 조성해 투자자들에게 인프라, 세금 혜택 등 최대한 유리한 조건을 제공하며 국제 협력을 통한 극동지역 발전을 모색하고 있다. 선도개발구역은 극동지역의 유한한 자원을 대체해 지속적인 지역 발전 방향을 모색하기 위한 시도이다. 이를 위해 러시아는 화석연료 채굴업에 대한 해외 투자 보다는 석유가스화학 및 농림수산가공 산업과 교통 및 물류 인프라 협력을 위한 투자를 희망하고 있다. 러시아가 현재의 경제위기를 타개하고 지속 가능한 발전을 위해서는 국내 제조업 육성이 반드시 요구되며, 관련 진출 기업에 많은 혜택을 제공하려는 시도는 앞으로도 지속 될 것이다. 따라서 정부의 강력한 의지로 진행되고 있는 극동지역의 발전을 위한 다양한 프로젝트들에 대한 모니터링과 우리와의 협력 가능성에 대한 모색이 요구되는 시점이다. Russia has been emphasizing the development of the Far East region of Russia a great deal as one of the top priorities of economic development. In addition, they have set the development of the region into high-gear, considering it as means of resolving various social-economic problems. Putin, the president of Russia, has created a new special economic zone called ``Advanced Developed Zone`` in order to provide investors with the infra and tax advantage, pursuing the development of the Far East region with international cooperation. Advanced Development Zone is considered as an attempt to replace limited resources and seek continuous development of the region. Because of that, Russia seems to want the investment for the joint-effort of the physical distribution and transportation infrastructure, petrochemical and agriculture and forestry marine products manufacturing industries instead of foreign investment in mining of fossil fuel. In order to overcome current economic crisis and seek for sustainable development the growth of domestic manufacturing industry is very much required and the attempt to provide advantages to related entered company is likely to be continued. Therefore, it is necessary to seek for the possibility of the cooperation with the Republic of Korea and monitoring the various projects for the development of Russian Far East supported by the Russian government.

부랴트 민족 문화 발전 전망과 과제

The consolidation of the Russian Federation has been designed to enhance the efficiency of the federal government"s managing local governments and try to boost the economy of underdeveloped regions. In this process Ust-Orda Buryat Autonomous Okrug and Agin-Buryat Autonomous Okrug were merged into Irkutsk Oblast and Chita Oblast respectively. Russia, as multiethnic country, ethnical issue takes on substantial importance in terms of building and subsisting federation. It is a matter of concern that how the multiethnic states could improve both ethnic factor and consolidation of federal states with balance from now on while taking into account the principle of a constitutional state as well as the principle of self-determination. In this thesis, the preservation of national culture and the identity of Buryat autonomous regions, which have gained so called ‘special status’ in the consolidated Russian federation, will be viewed in the light of examining primary factors that are related to the improvement of Buryats under the condition of Russian federalism.

국가프로그램(National Program) 채택과 극동 연방관구 재편에 따른 러시아 극동지역 발전 방향 연구

러시아는 다양한 사회-경제적 문제를 해결하기 위해 극동 개발을 강조하고 있다. 이에 “2025년까지 극동 및 바이칼지역 사회-경제 발전 전략”과 정부프로그램 “극동 및 바이칼지역 사회-경제 발전”을 수립, 실행해오고 있다. 2020년 9월, 새로운 극동 개발 국가프로그램이 승인되었고, 극동지역 개발과 관련한 또 다른 중요한 변화는 시베리아 연방관구에 속해있던 부랴트 공화국과 자바이칼 변강주의 극동 연방관구 편입이다. 러시아 극동지역은 한국의 신북방정책과 러시아의 신동방정책이 접점을 이루고 있는 곳으로 한국의 대러시아 경제협력에 매우 중요한 공간이다. 따라서 동 지역의 제도적, 정책적 변화에 많은 관심이 필요하며, 특히 두 연방주체의 극동 연방관구 편입이 러시아 극동 개발에 어떠한 시사점이 있는지에 관한 고찰은 매우 중요하다. 부랴트 공화국과 자바이칼 변강주의 편입으로 극동 연방관구의 영토가 확대되었다는 것은 극동지역 개발을 위한 전략 프로그램의 대상 지역이 확대되었음을 의미하고, 그에 따른 새로운 한ㆍ러 협력 방안을 마련해야 하기 때문이다. 그리고 현재는 극동 개발 신국가프로그램을 통한 지역 발전 방향 분석으로 동 지역으로의 진출 가능성을 다각도로 조망할 새로운 극동 협력 패러다임을 모색해야 할 시점이다. Russia has emphasized the development of the Far East as a solution for resolving many socio-economic problems. Thus, it has set up and executed “Strategy for Socio-economic Development of the Far East and Baikal Region till 2025”, “State program for Socio-economic Development of the Far East and Baikal region”. Recently new National Program for development of Far East has been approved in September 2020, and another change associated with Far East regional development is the incorporation of the Republic of Buryatia and Zabaykalsky Krai, which had belonged to the Siberian Federal District, into the Far Eastern Federal District. Russia’s Far Eastern region is the point of contact between South Korea’s New Northward Policy and Russia’s New Eastward Policy, which is a very important space for South Korea’s economic cooperation with Russia. Thus, much attention should be paid to the institutional and policy changes of the regions, and it is very important to inquire into the implications of the recent incorporation of the two federal subjects into the Far Eastern Federal District for Russia’s development of the Far East. It is because the expansion of the territory of the Far Eastern Federal District by the incorporation of the Republic of Buryatia and Zabaykalsky Krai means the expansion of the target areas of the Strategic Program for the Development of the Far East, and accordingly, a new plan for cooperation should be prepared. Thus, this is time to seek a new paradigm for the cooperation for the Far East, analyzing directions for regional development according to the new National Program for the development of the Far East and surveying the chances to advance to the regions in the future, from various angles.

공유 가상환경을 위한 능동 객체지향 데이타베이스

가상현실과 컴퓨터 네트워크 분야의 발전은 공유 가상환경에 대한 연구를 촉진시키고 있다. 공유 가상환경의 규모가 커질수록 공유 가상환경을 구성하는 데이타의 효율적 관리와 공유를 지원하기 위한 상위 레벨의 데이타 관리층이 요구된다. 한면 데이타베이스 분야에서는 다양한 응용 분야를 지원하기 위하여 새로운 형태의 DBMS(DataBase Management System)에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 공유 가상환경 데이타의 관리를 위하여 능동 객체지향 DBMS의 사용을 제안한다. 능동 객체지향 DBMS를 기반으로 하는 공유 가상환경의 구조를 설계하고, 기존의 상용 객체지향 DBMS와 이를 기반으로 구현한 능동 데이타베이스 층을 사용하여 제안한 구조를 실험적으로 구현한다.

3차원 지형 데이타베이스 기반의 공동작업을 위한 확장 잠금 모델

기존의 대화형 지형 가시화 연구는 주로 가상적 지형의 실시간 렌더링 측면을 다루고 있으나, 실질적 응용 분야에 이를 적용하기 위해서는 다중사용자 간의 공동작업을 지원하는 대규모 지형 가시화 시스템에 대한 연구가 요구된다. 이러한 대규모 가시화의 경우, 지형 데이타의 효율적인 공유 및 관리와 다중사용자 간의 공동작업을 지원할 수 있는 3차원 지형 데이타베이스에 대한 연구가 선행되어야 한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 확장 트랜잭션 모델, 객체지향 데이타베이스, 공간 색인 기술을 기반으로 하는 3차원 지형 데이타베이스 시스템을 제안한다. 그리고, 제안된 구조를 토대로 분산 시뮬레이션, 건설 설계 도구, 3차원 지도 서비스의 세가지 지형 공동작업 유형을 지원하기 위하여, 각 유형에서 요구되는 동시성 제어 및 일관성 유지 기능을 제공하는 확장 잠금 모델을 제시한다.

3차원 지형 데이타베이스를 위한 지형 데이타 모델

기존 실시간 3차원 지형 가시화 연구의 경우 파일 시스템을 사용하여 지형 데이타를 관리한다. 그러나 대규모 지형 가시화 시스템의 개발을 지원하기 위해서는 데이타베이스 기술에 기반한 3차원 지형 데이타베이스 연구가 선행되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 3차원 지형 데이타베이스를 위한 지형 데이타 모델의 요구 사항을 논의하고, 지형 데이타 모델로 HDT (Hierarchical Delaunay Triangulation)를 선정하여 실시간 가시화와 데이타베이스 측면에서 분석한다[1]. 그리고, 3차원 지형 데이타베이스의 효율적 유지, 관리를 위한 HDT의 선택적 갱신 알고리듬을 제안한다.

러시아 연방주의와 극동지역 발전프로그램

Russia has been focusing on Far East regional development in order to attain economic growth and create a new growth engine. In this process they have mapped out a variety of regional development programs. As economic development is a prerequisite for the Far East Region Development Plan, focus is being placed on growth through using regional natural resources. The problem is that this strategy places too much emphasis on economic growth. Russia, being a federal and multi-ethnic nation, needs to search for a stabilized growing process in order to have a diversified democracy. In addition, they need to resolve problems in the process of federalism and find out a way to enhance their social-economical growth.
