Coicis Semen is one of the oriental medicine that has been used for the treatment of the disease such as pulmonary abscess, periappendicular abscess and wart since ancient times. However, the mechanism of the action of the drug is not well studied. This study was done to investigate the effects of Coicis Semen on the host defense mechanism. Effects of Coicis Semen on the immune responses were analyzed by measuring the contact gypersensitivity, hemagglutinin, hemolysin and rosette formation, cytotoxicity, and reactive oxygen intermidiates production. As the results, water extract of Coicis Semen administration enhanced the antibodies (hemagglutinin and hemolysin) formation and the appearance of rosette forming cells of the spleen. Also Coicis Semen increased the allogeneic immune response in the mouse, showed cytotoxic activity against human leukemia cell line(K562) and decreased the contact hypersensitivity against dinitroflurobenzene. Also administration of Coicis Semen slightly increased NK cell activity and enhanced the production of such reactive oxygen intermidiates as superoxide and hydrogen peroxide from the macrophages in vivo and in vitro. The above results demonstrate that Coicis Semen has enhancing effects on cellular and humoral immune responses against disease.

중국과 한국은 동북아의 중요한 두 나라로서 오랜 우호교류 역사를 갖고 있다. 1992년 수교 후 양국관계는 5년마다 단계별로 격상되어 현재 다방면에 걸쳐 호혜적 협력관계를 의미하는 ‘전략적 협력 동반자 관계’를 맺고 있다. 즉, 1992년 선린우호 협력관계에서 시작한 양국관계는 1998년에 ‘21세기 협력동반자 관계’, 2003년에 ‘전면적 협력 동반자 관계’, 2008년에는 ‘전략적 협력 동반자 관계’로 각각 격상함으로써 이는 양국관계의 정립에 있어서 가장 최상위 단계로 평가받고 있다. 경제관계에서 오늘날 중국은 한국의 최대 교역국과 투자대상국으로 부상하였고 한국 역시 중국 제3위의 교역상대국으로 부상하였다. 인문교류에서도 양국 수교 이후 한류(韓流)와 중국바람(漢風)으로 대변되는 중한 간 문화적 관심과 교류의 열기가 고조되고 중한 양국 간 상호 방문자 수 역시 급증하였다. 그럼에도 불구하고 양국 간에는 교역 마찰, 민간 영역의 민족주의의 대두, 역사문제에 대한 부동한 해석, 양국 공유문화에 대한 종주권 논란이 불거지는 등 유교문화와 같은 쌍방이 공유하고 있는 문화를 통해 수교 초기 가졌던 호감은 실망감으로 전이되거나, 갈등의 불씨가 되기도 하였다. 또한 한국 이명박 정권 시기 남북관계 경색 국면과 탈북자 문제 등을 둘러싼 중한간의 이견이 양국 국민여론 악화로 연결되기도 하였다. 현실적으로 평가할 때 중한 전략적 협력파트너 관계는 내용(?涵)의 실현이 아닌 양측이 공동으로 노력해야 할 목표로 되었다. 2013년 새롭게 출범한 중한 양국 지도부에게는 그동안 한미동맹의 강화 속에서 냉랭했던 양국관계를 재조정해야 하는 과제가 놓여있었다. 2013년 6월 박근혜대통령의 방중을 계기로 중한 정상은 <중한 미래비전 공동성명>을 발표하고 중한 전략적 협력동반자 관계를 신뢰에 기반 하여 내실화하기로 하고, 이를 위해 ①정치안보 분야 전략적 소통강화, ②경제사회 분야 협력 확대, ③인문유대강화 활동추진의 세 가지 방안을 중점적으로 추진해 나가기로 함으로써 양국 관계의 새로운 도약을 위한 중요한 틀을 마련하였다. 이를 기초로 본고는 양국관계 내실화를 위한 일부 방안을 제시하는데 목표를 두고 있다. 본고의 구성은 다음과 같다. 우선 , 중한 수교 20여 년 동안 양국이 정치, 경제, 사회 문화 등 각 분야에서 이룩한 성과들을 정리하였다. 다음으로 양국 관계발전에서 분쟁과 역사 문화 마찰이 가중되고 있는 현황 진단을 통해 교류 협력 증진 및 관리의 중요성을 살펴본다. 마지막으로 2013년 중한 정상회담의 관련 주요결과를 정리하고 양국 간 협력 증진 및 관계 내실화를 위한 제안으로 1) 지역과 국제적 전략 사고로 다자간(多邊主義) 틀 속에서의 양자 간 협력 증진, 2) 동북아지역 경제일체화 추진을 통한 경제협력 강화, 3) 양국 간 문화 갈등 해소를 위한 인문교류의 중점영역인 교육협력, 청소년 교류, 언론교류, 학술교류 강화의 필요성과 방안들을 제시하고 양국 문화산업의 육성과 지방도시 간 인문교류 강화를 통한 인문유대 추진을 강조한다. 본고에 수록된 내용은 필자의 개인적인 관점이며, 당 연구소의 공식 입장이 아님을 특별히 강조한다.

셰어하우스 설계유형과 운영유형에 따른 거주만족도

As an alternative to the recent increase problem in the number of young one-person household, research on share house is actively underway. The purpose of the study is to identify residential satisfaction of shared house residents by analyzing the influence of the floor plan and operation type. We conducted stratified random sample for recruiting 250 young respondent living in shared housing in Seoul at November 2017. The respondent filled out survey questionnaires. The floor plans of shared houses were classified by size and space composition of private and shared space. The operation type of shared house were classified by resident configuration, way of deciding community regulation, and characteristics of house mate meeting. The results of residential satisfaction showed that small size-concentrated floor plan increased residential satistfaction regarding emotional and social aspects, and residents of large size-module floor plan were highly satisfied with the overall living condition of shared houses. With regard to operation types, frequent and regular meetings with housemates increased residential satisfaction only when the composition of share house was either male or female only. For future study, qualitative approach including interviews is desirable for figuring out the causal mechanism between the design and operational factors and resident satisfaction. 최근 서울 청년층 1인가구의 증가 추세는 주거비가 상대적으로 높은 서울에서 경제적 안정성이 낮은 청년층에게 청년 주거빈곤 문제를 악화시키고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 쉐어하우스의 설계 및 운영유형이 쉐어하우스 거주자의 거주만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 청년주거문제의 대안으로서의 쉐어하우스 설계 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 분석자료는 2017년 11월 설문조사를 통해 서울 기업형 쉐어하우스에 거주하는 청년층 250명을 대상으로 수집되었다. 쉐어하우스의 설계유형은 쉐어하우스의 규모와 개인공간과 공유공간의 배치방식에 따라 유형화하였고, 쉐어하우스의 운영유형은 쉐어하우스의 거주자구성, 생활규정 결정방식, 정기모임의 유무에 따라 유형화하였다. 쉐어하우스 설계유형에 따른 거주 만족도 조사결과, 소규모 집중형 설계유형은 사회, 정서적 측면에 대한 만족도를 증가시켰고, 대규모 모듈형 설계유형은 쉐어하우스의 전반적인 주거 환경에 대한 만족도를 증가시켰다. 운영유형의 경우, 정기적이고 잦은 거주자 모임은 남성 또는 여성전용 쉐어하우스일 경우에만 거주 만족도를 증가시켰다. 향후 연구에서는 인터뷰를 포함한 질적 연구 방법을 통해 쉐어하우스의 설계 및 운영 요인이 주거 만족도에 미치는 영향에 대한 심도있는 추가 연구가 필요하다.

발광 박테리아 Photobacterium phosphoreum의 Lumazine Protein을 코드 하는 유전자의 염기 서열 분석 및 발현

Lumazine protein은 lux operon의 하류 영역에 존재하는 riboflavin synthase와 아미노산 상동성을 보일 뿐만 아니라, riboflavin synthase의 기질인 6,7-dimethyl-8-ribityllumazine (lumazine)과 결합하여 청록색의 형광을 내게 하는 형광 단백질이다. 발광세균 Photobacterium phosphoreum의 lumazine protein을 코드하는 유전자의 염기서열을 결정하였는데, 이 유전자는 lux operon의 656 bp 상류의 영역에 존재하며, lux operon과는 서로 반대 방향으로 전사되는 것으로 나타났다. 중합효소 연쇄 반응(PCR: Polymerase Chain Reaction)의 방법으로 아미노-말단 절반 lumazine protein을 코드하게 되는 유전자(lumP-N)를 클로닝하여 형질전환의 방법으로 대장균에 유전자를 전이시켜 이들의 유전자의 발현 양상을 조사하여 보았는바, lumP 전체 유전자(lumP-W)가 삽입되어 있는 재조합 플라스미드에서는 발현이 매우 미약한 반면에 아미노 -말단(lumP-N)이 들어있는 경우는 과발현됨을 보였다. In this study, the amino-terminal half truncated lump and the whole lump genes from Photobacterium phosphoreum coding for the lumazine protein were cloned by polymerase chain reaction and expressed in Escherichia coli. To identifiy of the binding site of the ligand or substrate, the amino acid identities from the sequences of the lumazine protein, yellow fluorescent protein, and riboflavin synthase from different organisms were also compared and analyzed.

  In studying the way of our thinking and life, we can"t study it without studying the traditional system such as way of forefather"s thinking and action.   Accordingly, as I analyzed Kyuk Mong Yo Kyul, Displine Book for Children of Yulgok, great politician and great scholar, I intended to investigate figure of being human been idealized in the period and way of practical education.   The education of the period was the integrated education been not differentiated knowledge education from humanism education. But for inquiring meaning of modernistic education I divided the integrated education into education for learning, education for reverence of body, education for role and education for management of affairs and analyzed it.   As the result, the education for children in the period has been dealt with very concretely and minutely in all the aspects. In view of Children Development Step of Piaget, because the education corresponded to Concrete Operation Step I regard the education was very effective. And the education can be easily internalized from the basic principle to the end, exactly how to eat by correspondence of home and society.   But the education of these days is accomodated itself to circumstances by outside conditions and has room of confusion.   But the children of the period has had hindrance of revelation of progressive and creative thinking because of extreme rank-centered human relation.   And because all the education of the period was based upon not full curiosity and achievement motive out of children"s inside but adult level, the education made positivism spirit of children weakly.
