중국의 급속한 도시화와 관광지화는 중국의 경제성장과 지역발전의 견인차 역할을 담당했다. 하지만 공공주도의 관광지화와 지역주민의 이동과 농촌지역의 도시화로 인한 부작용의 문제는 많은 관심을 받지 못했다. 이 연구는 중국의 관광지화가 지역사회에 미치는 영향, 특히 세계문화유산으로 선정된 이족의 집단거주지인 운남성 석림현 석림이족자치현(石林彛族自治县)을 연구대상으로 하여 석림관광지 조성과 운영과정에서 나타난 이족의 경제적, 사회적, 문화적 충격과 변화를 고찰하고, 변화를 바라보는 주민과 관광객의 태도를 분석하여 관광지화가 석림현 지역사회에 미치는 영향을 고찰한다. 이족자치구는 도시지역과 농촌지역의 경제적 격차가 심해지고 있으며, 전통문화 계승에 분절화 현상이 나타난다. 또한 토지점용의 차별적 보상정책으로 인해 빈익빈 부익부현상이 심해지고 있으며, 농토에서의 전치로 인한 도시생활에 대한 부적응이 심화되고 있다. 농촌지역의 관광지화과정에서 농촌거주 소수민족의 도시 적응은 편입과 동화보다는 공존과 융합과 같은 새로운 정책적 접근이 필요하다. 경제적 불균형의 해소와 함께 소수민족의 문화적 지체를 극복할 언어와 기술 등의 적응 및 교육 프로그램 개발 등과 같은 공공의 적극적 개입도 필요하다. This study aims to investigate the economic, social, and cultural impacts of tourism development on Yi ethnic community in Shilin-xian, China. Most of the Chinese literature mainly focused on the positive impacts of urbanization, such as regional economic and income growth. However, this study tries to pertain a more balanced perspective by emphasizing both local economic impacts and socio-cultural maladjustments of local people, by employing in-depth interview with local experts, government officials, and residents as well as 160 questionnaire surveys. During the last decade the population, GRDP, income of Shilin-xian have been increased gradually, however, the income disparity between urbanized and rural areas, the loss and segmentation of traditional culture, unfair land compensation policy have caused socio-spatial disparity and socio-cultural maladjustments. The differential income growth and displacements of rural residents in the newly urbanized areas, most of all, the unemployed Yi ethnic local people who have been forced to move to urban areas from their native land, would be a big concerns in this prosperous tourism area, Shilin-xian. This study suggests new policy directions from assimilation and acculturation to co-existence and empathy along with fair and even regional development status.

본 연구는 2020년 12월 발효될 ｢중화인민공화국 수출통제법｣에 대해 초안과 달라진 점과 기본적 입법 취지를 파악하는 한편, GATT 제XXI조(예외조항), 미국 무역확장법 제232조 조치와 차이점 및 우리 기업에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다. 수출통제법 연구결과 제9조 수출통제리스트, 제12조 Catch all 의무조항, 13조 허가기준에 국가안전과 이익 등을 근거로 수출을 통제할 수 있으나, 국가안전과 이익의 개념이 모호할 뿐만 아니라 GATT/WTO 안보 예외 사항에 해당하여 중국이 이 조항을 근거로 자의적으로 수출통제를 할 위험성이 매우 높다고 할 것이다. 수출통제법 발효로 인한 수출통제 대상과 범위, 처벌 수위가 높아질 것으로 예상되며, 이에 따라 중국진출 우리 기업들의 연관된 제품 수출시 동 법률을 자세히 사전 검토할 필요가 있으며, 수입하는 우리 기업들도 수출통제 대상이 되지 않도록 품목, 대상, 최종 사용자 등에 관한 철저한 연구가 선행되어야 할 것이다. This study examines the differences from the draft and the final version of the “Export Control Law of the People s Republic of China”, which will take effect in December 2020, while comparing the differences in Article XXI of GATT, Section 232 of the U.S. Trade Expansion Act, and its implications for Korean businesses. As a result of the study of the Export Control Act, exports can be controlled based on national safety and interests in accordance with Article 9 Export Control List, Article 12 Catch All obligations clause, and Article 13 Permit Standards, but the concept of national safety and interests is ambiguous. In addition, it would be said that there is a very high risk that China will arbitrarily control exports based on this provision as it falls under the GATT/WTO security exception. It is expected that export control targets, scope, and penalties will increase due to the entry into force of the Export Control Act. Accordingly, it is necessary to carefully review the law when exporting related products by Korean companies entering China. Thorough research on items, targets, and end users should be preceded so that they do not become targets.

본 연구는 교사-학생 상호작용이 학습 성과에 미치는 영향을 탐구하며, 학습 몰입의 매개 역할이라는 점에 집중하였다. 연구방법은 중국과 한국의 312명 대학(원)생을 대상으로 한 설문 조사를 포함하며, 연구목적을 검증하기 위해 SPSS 23.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면 교사-학생 상호작용이 학습 성과와 학습 참여에 긍정적으로 영향을 미치며, 학습 참여도 학습 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 본 연구는 학습 참여가 교사-학생 상호작용의 학습 성과에 대한 영향을 매개한다는 결과를 검증하였다는 점이다. 교육 과정의 이러한 중요한 요소를 연결함으로써, 본 연구는 다양한 교육 환경에서 교육자가 교육과 학습의 질 효과를 향상시키려는 데 유용한 통찰력을 제공할 것이다. 또한 본 연구는 학습자 참여와 참여 유도에 대한 교육자에게 중요한 지침을 제공하며, 교육 정책 결정자에게는 교육 환경을 개선하여 교사-학생 상호작용과 학습 참여를 촉진하는 방법에 대한 의견을 제시함으로써 교육의 품질 향상과 학생의 학업 성취도 향상에 기여할 것이라고 생각한다. This study investigates the impact of teacher-student interaction on learning performance, with a particular emphasis on the mediating role of learning engagement. The research methodology involved a survey of 312 students from both China and Korea, and to verify the research objectives, the data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0. The results of the study confirm that teacher-student interaction positively influences both learning performance and learning engagement, while learning engagement also has a positive impact on learning performance. Furthermore, the study validates that learning engagement mediates the effect of teacher-student interaction on learning performance. Additionally, this research offers essential guidance for educators looking to foster student engagement and participation, and it provides recommendations for education policymakers on ways to improve the educational environment, thereby promoting teacher-student interaction and learning engagement, ultimately contributing to the enhancement of education quality and students' academic achievements.
