Oil-based nanofluids were prepared by dispersing spherical and fiber shaped $Al_2O_3$ and AlN nanoparticles in transformer oil. Two hydrophobic surface modification processes using oleic acid (OA) and polyoxyethylene alkyl acid ester (PAAE) were compared in this study. The dispersion stability, viscosity and breakdown voltage of the nanofluids were also characterized. $(Al_2O_3+AlN)$ mixed nanofluid was prepared to take an advantage of the excellent thermal conductivity of AlN and a good convective heat transfer property of fiber shaped $Al_2O_3$. For $(Al_2O_3+AlN)$ particles with 1 % volume fraction in oil, the enhancement of thermal conductivity and convective heat transfer coefficient was nearly 11 % and 30 %, respectively, compared to pure transformer oil. The nanofluid, containing $Al_2O_3+AlN$, successfully lowered the temperature of the heating element and oil itself during a natural convection test using a prototype transformer.

A fine hot-wire is used both as a heating element and a temperature sensor in transient hot-wire method. The<br/> traditional sensor system is unnecessarily big so that it takes large fluid volume to measure the thermal<br/> conductivity. To dramatically reduce this fluid volume, a new sensor fabrication and a data processing method<br/> are proposed in this article. Contrast to the conventional and most popular two wire sensor, the new sensor<br/> system is made up of divided multiple long and short wires. Through validation experiments, it is found that the<br/> measured thermal conductivities of the glycerin are exactly same each other between the conventional and<br/> proposed new method. Also some technical considerations in arranging the multiple wires are briefly discussed.
비정상열선법과 환상공간내 정상상태 자연대류 열전달을 이용한 나노절연유 열전도율 측정실험

In this article, comparison of the thermal conductivity measurement of nano transformer oil was made between the two measuring methods of conventional transient hot-wire technique and newly developed steady state method. Present method is based on the principle of conduction of heat in concentric solid cylinders, however, the nanofluid sample fills that concentric region. Measurements was made for three fluid samples with different particle concentration of pure, 2% and 4%. Thermal conductivity data from present method coincide well enough to ensure the thermal conductivity enhancement data of nanofluids by transient hot-wire technique.

Korea Electric Power Research Institute (KEPRI) is developing the anode supported planer solid oxide fuel cell operated at intermediate temperature. KEPRI has researched on materials and structures of SOFC stacks for several years. As a result, the maximum power density of a single cell in a stack reached above 0.3W/㎠ at 750℃. At the first in Korea, KEPRI succeeded in manufacturing a 1㎾-class SOFC stack composed of 37 cells and developed a SOFC generation system for combined heat and power in 2006. The system designed for residential power generation by using natural gas as fuel can concurrently produce electricity at a SOFC stack and hot water from recuperating heat. The system showed the maximum DC output of 1.3㎾e and is under testing continuously.

In dieser Arbeit wurde beabsichtigt, durch die Analyse der fruheren theoretischen Schriften Brechts seinen Rezeptions- und Uberwindungs- prozeβ der 'Neuen Sachl ichkeit. zu erklaren, die in der Stabilisierungsphase der Weimarer Republik als der neue herrschende Zeitgeist auftrat. Es konnte festgestellt werden, daβ die neusachlichen Momente ab 1920 in betrachtlichen Maβe in den brechtschen Schriften ausgedruckt waren, besonders in seiner Expressionismuskritik, Filmkritik und seinem ersten Theaterkonzeption "Sport-Theater". Diese sind seine Abneigung gegen den Gefuhlsuberfluβ und die rhetorische Ubertreibung des Expressionismus, sein Willkommen des Films als neues Mediums und der Konsumenten-standpunkt des "Sport-Theaters". Wenn man Brechts Rezeption der 'Neuen Sachlichkeit' als eine unvermittelte annehmen wurde, dann wurde ihr Einfluβ auf ihn zu den sogenannten "Verdachten" gehoren. Aber seine Rezeption war im Grunde kritisch und souveran. Denn mit ihr teilte er nicht in der ersten Halfte der zwanziger Jahren die Ingenieur-Romantik, den Waren-Fetischismus und die kapitalistische Utopie, die wichtige Charakteristika der 'Neuen Sachlichkeit' sind. Die neusachliche Momente waren ihm vor allem die Angriffswaffe gegen das konventionelle burgerliche Theater und Publikum. Durch die Aneignung der marxistischen geschichtlichen Perspektive und der dialektischen Denkweise konnte Brecht ab 1926 schnell die 'Neue Sachlichkeit' uberwinden. Die obengenannten MIomente wurden fur den neuen Zweck dialektisch aufgehoben, d.h. aufbewahrt und negiert. Ende der zwanziger Jahren konnte Brecht diese Momente als Material zum Herstellen der vielfaltigen asthetischen Experimente verwenden.
