디자인 관점에서 제주도의 미래경쟁력 강화를 위한 연구 농업 디자인 사례를 중심으로

다가오는 창조경제시대에 제주도의 미래 경쟁력 강화를 위해, 디자인이 융합되어 발전되어야 하는 농업분야를 디자인적 관점을 가지고 영역별로 정리하고 분석했다. 이 분야는 제주특별자치도가 글로벌화 되어감에 따라, 발전에 꼭 필요로 하는 6차 산업에 관한 것으로 제주특별자치도가 발표한 제주도 개발 5개년 계획과 정책적으로 부합되는 부분이 많다. 소비자 감성을 자극하는 디자인과의 농업 분야가 융합되어 제주 미래 경쟁력의 핵심 엔진으로 대두되어 질수 있다는 점을 사례를 들어 조사했다. 농업 디자인의 선진사례를 분석하기 위해 일본의 농산물 포장디자인과 제주 특산물인 구좌 향당근의 포장 디자인 실태를 보고해 보았다. 또 오토고마에 두부의 사례를 통해 스토리텔링을 통한 농산품의 문화 상품화와 이를 통한 디자인 경영사례에 대해 조사해보았다. 특히 시행 사례부분에서는 저자가 2010년부터 직접 실행해본 제주 백년초의 브랜드와 포장법을 개발을 통한 농업디자인의 사례를 소개함으로서, 디자인이 제주도 6차산업 발전에 크게 기여할 수 있다는 가능성을 제시 하였다. 농업디자인을 통해 소비자 감성을 유발시켜 상품 구매력을 창출시키고 우수 브랜드화 함으로 제주특별자치도의 새로운 경쟁력으로 육성해야 한다. This study reviewed and analyzed agricultural sector that needs to be fused and combined to be developed for enhancement of future competitive power of Jeju Island in the approaching creative economy era. The field is about the sixth industry which is essential to the development as Jeju Special Self-Governing Province is becoming globalized that there are many corresponding political areas as the 5-year Jeju development plan. This study investigated that design, which stimulates consumer sensibility, and agriculture field can get fused together and emerge as the core engine of the future competitive power of Jeju Island. This study reviewed the real condition of packaging design of agricultural products of Japan and packaging design of Gujwa flavored carrot, a regional product of Jeju to analyze advance cases of agriculture design. Also, culture commercialization of agricultural products through storytelling and cases of design management were investigated through cases of Otogomae tofu. Specially, cases that the writer put into practice from 2010 are introduced for implementation cases. By introducing cases of agriculture design related to the brand and packaging technique of Jeju cactus, this study suggested possibility that design can contribute greatly to the enhancement of future competitive power of Jeju Island by integrating with the sixth industry.

Recently, many fires broke out in the traditional markets. This was frequently resulted in concentration of deteriorated facilities that are vulnerable to fire. The goal of this study is to design a green wall that prevents fire’s progress through a wall planting system. The spray header can be attached to top of the piping system in order to sprinkle water over the fire. Therefore, the study produces a wall planting system that are easily designed for maintenance. As a result of the study, the system ultimately assists to minimize the fire damages by preventing fire spreading with watering in case of a fire.

VE(Value Engineering) is believed to be a very powerful tool for quality improvement and schedule reduction of a project as well as for cost savings. However, little of small and medium size construction companies adopt the VE into their projects, particularly those in private sector. The main reason is that the VE is commonly misunderstood to be complex and sophisticated process, thus it is only applicable for large and difficult projects. VE applied into two small and medium scaled private projects from design phase to construction phase in order to verify advantages of the tool and find the most optimized process of it. As a result, a P university project experienced a considerable reduction on construction cost by changing a construction method of its ground works and sizes of H-beams. In addition, a H motor exhibition hall project also achieved time and cost savings. It was also revealed that, for better application of the VE on a small and medium size project, building trust between owner and contractor is prerequisite. VE skill can be taken full advantage by all the small and medium scale enterprises, which will surely lead to a huge progress of the construction business.
건축물내의 실내 녹화로 인한 주거환경 개선에 관한 연구

Recently, the indoor greening has been focused on a lot because of its various functions, namely the function of solving the problems of hot-island effect and flood which happens in urban region. In this study, the indoor greening technology which is based on recycling materials was researched, to be specific, this technology can be able to improve our living conditions with a quite low cost. After analysing mechanical property of the recycling materials and production system, the optimal combination was proposed and a sort of blocks which can be utilized to indoor greening was developed. It proves that a lot of additional effect could be derived because of the energy conservation effect, rain wastage reduction effect and rest space offering effect of this new technology.
아토피 개선용 황토·숯보드판넬 개발 및 적용방안에 관한 연구

Because of the increasing of enclosure space and large-scale underground facilities during recent years, the air contamination of enclosure and underground space has already become an important issue. Therefore, a lot of studies have been carried out for the purpose of improving the air quality of indoor space and reducing the hazardous material in air already, namely HCHO and VOCs etc. However, the more functional indoor decorating materials has become more necessary than the general materials what can only improve air quality. In this study, the positive effect was proved out after applying the extractive of indian strawberry herb to loess·charcoal board materials. It shows that when the extractive of indian strawberry herb is sprayed out at indoor space based on the humidity control function of charcoal, not only air quality, but also lot’s of healthy problems could be improved, for instance, atopy, sterilization, immunity problems etc. Lastly, the specific planning of applying this newly developed board materials to real buildings was researched.

Although the depression of oversea construction market becomes more serious recent years, asian construction market is relatively dynamic, particularly in china. However, few research has been conducted about how to manage construction projects in china as foreign developers. Risk management is surely important for the success of a construction project conducted by a foreign developer in the country due to differences of systems as well as regulations. Important risks were identified by series of expert interviews and surveys using the WBS-RBS method, namely tender max. price error, bill of quantities error, inappropriate contract type etc, after explaining construction cost estimation method in China. Then, several risk responding strategies suggested by experienced experts are proposed. The results will be in the interests for those that are likely conduct construction projects in china as foreign bodies.
주파수 분석을 이용한 GIS 부분방전 진단 시스템 개발

가스절연개폐장치(GIS: Gas Insulated Switchgear) 내부에서 발생하는 UI-IF 부분방전 신호를 측정하고, 이를 주파수 분석을 통하여 l차 부분방전 진단을 수행하며, 주요 이상이 있올 경우 위상 분석을 통하여 7가지의 부분망전 패턴으로 분류하여 부분방전 원인을 진단할 수 있는 GIS 부분방전 진단 시스템을 국산화 개발하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 주파수 분석 방법, 부분방전 진단 패턴 및 모니터링 시스템에 대하여 기술한다.
