        표준품셈의 기계경비 산정 현실화를 위한 자료 조사.분석 -불도우저와 로우더를 중심으로-

        건설공사 표준품셈 기계경비 부분은 1960년대 초 일본 및 미국의 자료를 근간으로 하여 제정된 이후, 극히 부분적으로만 제 개정되었을 뿐 그 동안의 건설기계와 공법의 발전을 반영하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 합리적인 기계경비 산출을 위해 불도우저와 로우더를 중심으로 국내 외 문헌조사, 건설현장 16개소 실사, 그리고 건설기계장비 임대업체 20개사를 대상으로 설문조사 및 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 수집한 자료와 현행 표준품셈의 기계경비 산출에 적용되는 수치들을 비교 분석한 결과, 관리비는 금리와 보험료를 고려하여 6종건설기계와 일반기계를 구분하여 현실적인 수치를 제시하였으며; 운전경비는 조수를 삭제하는 것이 현실적인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 주연료 및 잡재료는 현행수준이 적정하지만 장비가격은 상향조정할 필요가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 논문에서 제시하고 있는 각종 자료 및 수치들은 건설기계와 기술의 급속한 발전을 예정가격산정의 기준에 적용할 수 있는 기초가 될 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 관련 연구의 토대가 될 수 있으리라 기대한다. The Equipment Expenses section of the Poom-Saem that is used for Construction Cost Estimation of public sectors in Korea has been rarely revised, and so does not reflect changes of Construction Equipment technology and construction methods, since it was established based on data from Japan and the U.S in the early 1960s. In order to make reasonable estimation of equipment expenses for a bulldozer and a loader, the domestic and overseas documentary records were investigated. Further, 16 construction sites were visited, and 20 Construction Equipment leasing services were surveyed. The optimum level of each item which consists of equipment costs was revealed based on the result of the analysis on the figures of equipment costs calculation from the Poom-Saem and the collected data. The research will be the foundation for applying the rapid development of Construction Equipment and technology to the appropriate cost estimations and the ground work of related studies.

        초고층 건축물의 방재시스템 시공생산성 및 공정관리 분석을 위한 기초연구

        최근에 초고층 건축물의 안전과 관련되어 강화된 규정이 적용된 방재설비 시스템이 계획·시공되고 있으나, 시공품질 불량으로 인하여 많은 재산과 인명의 피해로 이어지는 사례가 빈번하게 발생되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 방재설비 시스템의 시공품질을 극대화 할 수 있는 방안 중의 하나인 초고층건축사업 방재설비공사의 생산성 및 공정관리 향상을 위한 기초연구로서 관련법규 및 관리현황, 그리고 공사절차 및 주요공종 등을 분석하였다. 시공이 완료된 사업들의 공사비 자료를 분석하여 생산성 향상 및 공정관리를 통하여 그 효과를 극대화 할 수 있는 핵심공종으로 기계공사의‘스프링클러설치 공종’과 ‘옥내소화배관설치 공종’을 도출하였다. 사고사례 분석 및 전문가 인터뷰를 통하여 밝혀진 방재시설공사의 시공품질을 저하시키는 주된 원인들로는 전문 인력의 부족, 협소한 작업공간에서 복합공종의 작업, 그리고 불충분한 공사기간 등이며, 이러한 문제들은 주도급업체의 인식전환과 더불어 소방시공업체의 면밀한 생산성 및 공정 관리가 없이는 해결되기 어렵다는 것이 공통된 의견이었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 향후 초고층건축물 방재시설공사의 정량적인 생산성 분석과 이에 근거한 적정한 공정의 계획 및 관리방안에 대한 연구가 이루어진다면, 방재시설의 시공품질이 향상과 더불어 영세한 소방시공업체가 최대한의 이윤을 창출할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. Although enhanced safety-related-regulations have been forced into newly constructed high-rise buildings for many years, fire accident cases caused by failure of disaster prevention systems and resulted in many casualties and much damages of properties are frequently reported. As a preliminary research for construction productivity and process analysis on disaster prevention system of high-rise building that will eventually lead to improved quality of the constructed system, related regulations and management practices, its construction process, and major work items are studied. Two work items, namely ‘Installation of sprinkler system,’ and ‘Installation of indoor fire piping system,’ were found to be the major ones that can maximize the effects of will-be-improved productivity and schedule management, as a result of construction cost analysis of historical data. Furthermore, it was found that main reasons of the failure of the system were ‘shortage of advanced engineers,’ ‘works done by multiple crews in narrow work areas,’ and ‘insufficient work duration’ from case studies and experts interviews. It was also revealed that those problems were very unlikely overcome without improvement of productivity and schedule management practices. In the future, studies on quantitative productivity analysis, and scheduling and resource management based on these results will lead to the improvement of constructed disaster prevention system.

        Identification of Factors Driving Crew Production Rate : Methodology and Application

        For accurate construction contract time estimation, few parameters are more significant than crew production rates and factors affecting the rates. However, statistical analysis techniques for finding such factors are not always simple mainly because there are many factors and the interaction between factors is not well quantitatively understood. This paper presents methodology of identifying factors driving crew production rates. The methodology is further demonstrated with representative data collected by the author from 13 on-going highway constructions. Three factors were identified as statistically significant drivers of Cap crew production rate: 'Cap Size (m3/ea)'; 'Cap Length (m)'; and 'Cap Shape (Rectangle vs. Inverted 'T')'. It was also found that the production rates are best explained by a multiple regression model with two of the drivers; 'Cap Size' and 'Cap Shape'.

        Quantitative Analysis on Factors Affecting Crew Productivity : Crew Size

        Consideration of factors driving crew productivities is imperative for accurate construction time estimation. Their impacts need to be well understood by estimators. There have been, however, little studies that quantified relationships between crew productivities and factors. This paper quantifies impacts of $^{\circ}A$ECrew size $^{\circ}\phi$ on crew productivities, for three highway concrete bridge activities, namely Column, Cap, and Deck, based on data compiled from 17 on-going highway projects in Texas State, USA. It was found that, for Bridge Deck operation, an increase of one crew-worker of formwork and rebarwork by one, leads to an increase of the productivity (cy/crew day) by 2.5 and 2.9, respectively. For the other activities, larger crew sizes did not lead to better crew productivities.

        Data Collection Methodology of Activity Production Rates for Contract Time Determination

        Contract time determination for highway construction projects has never been easy despite considerable research efforts from academia as well as industry. High variations in crew production rates are considered one of the main barriers to accurate contract time determination. This paper presents a methodology for collecting field information on crew production rates which will help to enhance the accuracy of contract time determination for highway bridge construction. Based on a standard data collection tool developed, data on field crew production rates was collected from 14 on going projects in Texas, USA, over the past two years. The production rates based on the data collected were considered by industry practitioners to be more realistic and practical than those available to the current practices. As more data becomes available, key drivers influencing production rates could be identified and provide site personnel with a means to better plan and control production in a project specific context.

        철골세우기 작업의 영향요인별 현장생산성 측정 및 분석

        In today's construction industry, buildings have been more complicated and higher, the demands of steel works have been increasingly concerned, which makes the schedule planning and management more significant. However, in actual construction sites, management is more based on a manager's construction experience than productivity data accumulated in previous projects. Moreover, most of the existing studies also featured a theoretical approach rather than an analysis of data straightforwardly collected in sites. In this study, a steel-erection site was visited to collect productivity data. The study found that there were significant disparities between aboveground work productivity and underground work; one tower crane operated work and two tower crane operated; and work productivity conducted in clear weather condition, cloud and rainy. However, the productivities of ‘first node on ground’ and ‘second node on ground’ were estimated similar. The productivity data collected and factors affecting the productivity will help managers to plan and control their similar steel-erection works. This study will also be beneficial for those performing related studies.       • [논문]건설 산업체의 요구에 따른 학계의 연구 주제 변화에 관한고찰

        건설산업의 경제 환경이 변함에 따라 회사는 관리기술, 문제해결방법 그리고 조직운영 둥을 유연하게 변화하며 대처해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 경영적,경쟁적,그리고 전략적인 측면에서의 대처방안들에 대해서 논하고,경제여건이 변함에 따라 회사들이 필요로 하는 연구내용에 학자들이 얼마나 민감하게 연구주제들을 변화시켜 왔는가를 밝히고자 하였다. 이를 위해 개발된 연구주제 분류체계에 근거하여 영국에서 약 30년간 주요 저널에 발행된 논문 860 여 편을 분류하고 분석하였다. 그 결과,1970 년대 및 1990년대 조직론 측면에서의 문제해결방법 분야 외에는,학계의 연구주제들이 산업전반이 실제로 필요로 하는 내용과는 무관하게 변화되어 온 것으로 파악되었다. 학자는 시장의 경제상황이 변함에 따라 기업들이 펼요로 하는 내용이 달라지는 것을 이해하고 이를 연구 주제선정에 적정하게 반영해야 할 것으로 판단된다.

        원자력발전소 건설현장의 철근콘크리트 공종생산성 및 영향요인 분석

        Nuclear power plant projects are being increased all over the world. The construction of nuclear power plants needshuge money and time, which makes conducting a detailed analysis of productivity through the whole process. Reinforced-concrete works productivity field data was collected for more than one year and analyzed from anuclear-power-plant project in Korea. The productivities of formwork, rebar-work, and concrete pouring were 0.54 ㎡/man․day, 0.06 ton/man․day, 1.98 ㎥/man․day, respectively. Moreover, it is revealed that ‘Day of the Week’ is adriver of the formwork activity and ‘Overtime’ is for all of the three. The results will be a great interest of industrypersonnel estimating time and cost of a new nuclear power plant. 특수 플랜트 건설은 타 건설사업보다 체계적인 원가 및공정관리가 요구되지만 이를 위하 반드시 필요한 현장 생산성을 구체적으로 분석한 연구는 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본연구에서는 국내에서 건설중인 특수 플랜트 현장의 철근콘크리트공종을 형틀, 철근, 콘크리트로 나누어 생산성을 측정하고 생산성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 생산성 측정결과 형틀공종 0.54(㎡/man·time), 철근공종0.06(t/man·time), 콘크리트공종 1.98(㎥/man·time)로나타났다. 영향요인으로는 형틀공종은 요일과 야간적업 유무,철근공종은 야간잡업 유무, 콘크리트공종은 야간작업 유무와콘크리트 물량이 통계적으로 유의게 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

      • 제철소 연속주조 공정에서의 퍼지제어를 위한 기능코드의 구현 연구

        As the modern industrial processes become more complex, it is getting more difficult to model and control the processes. Naturally, an advanced type of DCS(Distributed Control System) with higher level functions is being sought. Advanced DCS is a DCS with advanced functions such as fault diagnosis, GPC(Generalized Predictive Control), NN(Neural Network), and Fuzzy Control. In this thesis, we have studied a fuzzy control algorithm for realizing an advanced DCS. Its algorithm is implemented in a form of function code which is a process control language, being used by the industrial engineers. To verify the realized function code of the fuzzy control, the function code is applied to a continuous casting process of the Pohang Iron & Steel Works in Kwangyang. The rules of the fuzzy control were collected via interviews of the field operators and their operation documents. Finally under a real-time operating system environment, usability of the function code of the fuzzy control is shown via simulation for the continuous casting process.
