        봉 추나요법의 개요

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to introduce the Chuna Manual Therapy (CMT) using Bong (a type of stick which is called 'bong') as a part of Oriental Medicine. Methods : We searched several traditional methods of CMT using Bong, either individual contact to specialist of CMT using Bong or referred to publications, and summarized briefly for introduction. Authors also made a comparative study between existing CMT and CMT using the bong. Results & Conclusions : The indications of Bong CMT are regarded as acute or chronic pain syndrome, whiplash associated disorders, facet syndrome, vertebral misalignment, chronic fatigue syndrome, obesity and also lower extremity length difference caused by malalignment of vertebrae and pelvic bone. The Meridian Muscle Therapy by pressing down using the Bong can be carried out on the imbalances of the muscle by shortening and lengthening contraction. CMT with Bong is considered more effective than other existing CMT in terms of effectiveness. In the case of pelvic correction which needs a tremendous amount of force, it can reduce the force required effectively. This fact can be inferred by the theory of composition and decomposition of force during the transmission of power. We can perform Bong CMT feeling less fatigued subsequently than general CMT. Pressing down with flexed fingers to grip bong acts on the contraction of flexor digiti and extensor digiti muscle, this protects the $doctor^{\circ}{\emptyset}s$ wrist joints from injury. The bong which acts as a tool between the doctor and the patient, while being given treatment, absorbs and spreads out the direct impact from the patient to the doctor. CMT with Bong is able to apply to both existing massage therapies with the hand. The bong appliance can be used in all applications, particularly, but not limited to; Orthopedic and Manual Correction Therapy, Meridian Muscle Pressing, Exercise Therapy, and Meridian Point Manual Pressing Therapy. CMT with Bong belongs to the category of oriental rehabilitation and Chuna manual medicine.

        봉추나요법 후 유발된 견갑하건 부분파열을 동반한 급성 외상성 삼각 근하 점액낭염의 약침과 자가혈 분리 재생약침 시술 1례

        This is a case report about effect of syeom pharmacopuncture, bee venom and autohemo-seperated regeneration pharmacopuncture(ASRP) for acute traumatic subdeltoid bursitis with partial tear of subscapularis tendon, which was diagnosed by symptoms and MRI(Magnetic resonance imaging) and caused by bongchuna treatment. We evaluated the patient using Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) every two or four days and range of movement(ROM), physical examination of shoulder about one per ten days and observed improvement with reexamination by ultrasonography and MRI as well. Pharmacopuncture rapidly reduced pain and improved range of motion and function of shoulder in patients with acute sub-deltoid bursitis even though it was severe symptom. Our result suggest that autohemo-seperated regeneration pharmacopuncture might be effective in regenerating the tear of soft tissue such as subscapularis tendon.

        스딸린주의의 탈신화화

        대중독재의 하나로서 ‘강제와 동의’라는 양면의 정치학에 기초한 스딸린 체제는 ‘대테러’라는 물리적인 강제의 도구뿐만 아니라, ‘개인숭배’로 상징되는 이데올로기적인 동의의 장치를 통해 존립했다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 탈스딸린주의라는 관점에서 ‘위대한 태양’, ‘위대한 아버지’라는 스딸린의 개인숭배 신화에 대한 해체적 성찰을 통해 ‘역사 바로 세우기’와 ‘러시아적 정체성의 모색’을 동시에 지향하고 있는 포스트소비에 뜨 시대의 대표적 영화, 〈태양에 지친 사람들〉(미할꼬프, 1994)과 〈도둑〉(추흐라이, 1997)에 대한 비판적 분석이다. 영화 〈태양에 지친 사람들〉은 위대한 시대의 태양에 눈멀고 지친 사람들에 관한 이야기로서, 우상을 창조하고 숭배한 사람들의 맹목성을 통해 역사적 비극에 대한 자기 책임성과 권력에 의한 희생이라는 비극적 최후를 통해 인위적 태양의 폭압성과 기만성을 함께 반성하고 폭로하는 영화이다. 감독 미할꼬프는 역사적 맹목에 대한 현재적 개안과 역사 앞에서 쓰라린 참회와 양심의 가책을 동시대인들의 책무로서 제기한다. 영화 〈도둑〉은 스딸린의 또 다른 통치 수사인 위대한 아버지에 관한 이야기로서, 아버지 신화가 당대에 지닌 허구적인 본질과 그것에 대한 불완전한 역사적 청산 그리고 역사의 비극적 악순환이라는 현실태를 예리하게 추적하고 있다. 감독 추흐라이는 어머니-조국과 아들-민중에 대한 위대한 아버지의 이중성과 배반성을 들춰내면서 위로 부터의 선택적 부정의 잔인한 결과와 멈출 수 없는 진정한 아버지에 대한 갈망이라는 탈신화화의 현주소를 고백한다. 이처럼 두 영화는 스딸린주의를 ‘그때 거기’의 이론적 물음으로서가 아니라, ‘지금 여기’의 실천적 과제로서 제기하며, 무엇보다도 ‘우리 밖의 스딸린주의’뿐만 아니라, 오히려 ‘우리 안의 스딸린주의’를 문제 삼고 있다.

        중앙아시아 이슬람 부흥의 양상과 전망

        This study purposes to inquire into the aspects and prospects of Islamic revival in the Central Asian countries since their independences. Islam in this region is a powerful regulator for the societal lives, an indigenous vector for spiritual identity of the individuals as well as the nation as a whole, and a traditional basis for regional solidarity. Accordingly, the Central Asian countries paid attention to islam to solve their most imminent problem of the time, that is, the task of nation-state building based on new national identity. Islam, which was once expected to serve as a powerful mediator for national and regional integration, however, is now rather treated as a source of disruption threatening social order and regional security. This status of the contemporary islam in Central Asia results from the complicated interactions among various internal and external factors. The biggest factor among them is divided identity of Central Asian Islam. Since the Russian rule, Central Asian islam was bifurcated into `official islam` and `popular islam,` and then recently `political islam` emerges. Represented by the religious administration of Muslims, `official islam` speaks for the state`s position to repress and control all kinds of religious activities. `Popular islam` is called as `everyday islam,` but often criticized for its mysticism and passivism. On the while, `political islam` standing for islamic fundamentalism has been a target for the regimes` oppressions and people`s neglect due to its terrorism and extremism. This study concludes that the rifted identity of Central Asian islam is not a perpetual nature but a passing phenomenon. Paying attention to the Central Asian realities of multi-ethnic, multi-cultural, multi-religious characteristics, accordingly, we should reconsider the stature and role of islam as a cultural foundation of trans-ethnic and regional identity for harmony and coexistence.

        실리카 나노입자가 에폭시/은 나노와이어 나노복합재료의 전기적 물성에 미치는 영향

        에폭시/은 나노와이어(AgNW) 나노복합재료는 전기 절연성 에폭시에 높은 형상비의 AgNW를 첨가하여 전도성을 부여한 재료이다. 하지만, AgNW 간의 van der Waals 인력에 의한 응집은 나노복합재료의 물성 향상에 장애요인이 되고 있다. 실리카 나노입자(SNP)는 금속 나노필러와 친화력이 우수하여 응집을 방지하고 분산에 도움을 주는 물질로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 에폭시/AgNW 나노복합재료의 분산성 및 전기적 물성에 SNP가 미치는 영향에 대해 고찰하였다. AgNW 함량 3 vol%인 나노복합재료에 있어서 SNP를 첨가하지 않은 경우 전기 전도도가 향상되지 않았지만, SNP를 2.63, 3.95, 5.26, 7.89 vol% 첨가함에 따라 급격히 향상되었다. AgNW의 전기적 네트워크는 SNP 함량 3.95 vol%에서 형성되었다. 첨가한 SNP의 함량이 7.89 vol%인 경우, 에폭시/AgNW 나노복합재료의 전기적 임계농도는 AgNW 1.39 vol%로 나타났으며 AgNW 4 vol%에서의 전기 전도도는 10 S/m 정도의 값을 보여 주었다. Epoxy/silver nanowire (AgNW) nanocomposites are emerging class of materials that provide electrically conductive properties to insulating epoxies by adding AgNWs with a high aspect ratio. However, AgNWs are easy to agglomerate due to their van der Waals attractions, resulting in an obstacle to enhance material properties. Silica nanoparticles (SNPs) known to have good affinity with metallic nanofillers prevent agglomeration of the nanofillers. In this study, the effect of SNPs on the dispersion and electrical properties of epoxy/AgNW nanocomposites was investigated. In the nanocomposites of AgNW 3 vol%, electrical conductivity was sharply increased with the addition of SNPs by 2.63, 3.95, 5.26, and 7.89 vol%. The electrical network of AgNWs could be formed at SNP 3.95 vol%. With the addition of SNP 7.89 vol%, the electrical percolation threshold of epoxy/AgNW nanocomposites was AgNW 1.39 vol% and the electrical conductivity at AgNW 4 vol% was as high as 10 S/m.

        현대 우즈베키스탄의 생활이슬람의 양상과 전망

        본고는 현대 우즈베키스탄의 생활이슬람의 양상과 전망에 대한 구체적·심층적 분석이다. 우즈베키스탄에서 이슬람은 오랜 역사적 부침을 거듭했지만 개인적, 사회적 삶의 강력한 조정자이고 종교적, 문화적 정체성의 고유한 벡터이며 민족적, 지역적 연대의 단일한 기초로서 작용해 왔다. 특히 무슬림들의 삶 속에 깊이 뿌리내린 생활이슬람은 통상적 의미의 종교에 국한되는 것이 아니라 삶의 규범이자 양식이며 총체이다. 본고는 소통과 상생, 화합과 번영의 관점에서 먼저 독립 이후 우즈베키스탄 이슬람 사회의 현재적 양상을 탐색한다. 이를 위해 이슬람 부흥의 와중에 식민 지배의 부정적유산과 체제 전환의 복합적 요인의 작용으로 생겨난 이슬람의 분열과 반목의 실상을 공식이슬람, 저항이슬람, 생활이슬람을 통해 개괄적으로 고찰한다. 뒤이어 생활이슬람의 실제적 상황을 제도적, 일상적 차원에서 다양한 예들을 통해 세밀하게 추적한다. 더불어 여론조사에 기초하여 무슬림들의 종교적 태도와 인식을 구체적으로 검증한다. 그리고 마지막으로 생활이슬람의 미래적 전망을 현실태에 대한 비판적 성찰과 잠재성에 대한 적극적 모색의 차원에서 시대적 과제의 일환으로 개진하고자 한다. 현대 우즈베키스탄의 생활이슬람의 양상과 전망에 대한 체계적 고찰과 총체적 규명은 현대우즈베키스탄의 사회 문화에 대한 보다 넓고 깊은 이해에 일조할 것이다. This study`s purpose is to inquire into the aspects and prospects of everyday Islam in contemporary Uzbekistan. Islam, in this country, has historically been a powerful regulator of personal and social life, an indigenous vector of religious and cultural identity, and a traditional basis of national and regional solidarity. In particular, Islam, which is deeply rooted in the everyday lives of Muslims, is not necessarily limited to the religion of ordinary meaning but is a norm, style and life itself. This study first seeks to explore the current aspects of Uzbekistan`s islamic society after independence from the viewpoint of communication, coexistence, harmony and prosperity. To this end, the outline of the division and antagonism of Islam, which have resulted from a complex combination of the negative legacy of colonial rule and the transformation of the regime in the midst of the revival of Islam, is reviewed through official Islam, political Islam and everyday Islam. The actual situation of everyday Islam is closely traced through various examples from institutional and everyday level. In addition, based on the opinion polls, the religious attitudes and perceptions of Muslims are identified. And finally, the future prospects of everyday Islam are presented as a part of the epochal task in terms of the critical reflection on the present state and the active search for potential. The systematic review and overall analysis of the aspects and prospects of everyday Islam will contribute to a wider and deeper understanding of the social culture of modern Uzbekistan.

        슬관절의 전방십자인대파열에 대한 한방치료와 봉추나의 치료효과 증례 2

        Anterior cruciate ligament tear is a common disease of knee injury. We report 1 case of anterior cruciate ligament complete tear diagnosed by MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) imaging and 1 case after reconstruction. Outcomes were measured by visual analogue scale(VAS) and Lysholm knee scoring scale. We applied acupuncture treatment, bee venom injection, bongchuna and prescribed herbal medication. Patients who treated by oriental medical treatments had a significant effect on the pain decrease and range of motion and knee function. Oriental medical treatments are very useful on pain reduction and prevention of muscle contraction, leading to satisfied rehabilitation, as well as diminishing recurrence after operation.

        거북목증후군의 경추만곡 호전에 대한 봉추나요법과 침술의 효과와 방사선학적 평가방법 연구

        Objectives: The aim of this study was to observe the effect of Bong Chuna manual therapy(BCMT) and acupuncture on the Turtle Neck Syndrome(TNS) by the changes of radiological findings and symptoms. Methods: Total twenty-eight patients diagnosed as TNS were evaluated. Twenty patients in experimental group were treated by the combination of BCMT and acupuncture, eight patients in control group were treated by acupuncture only. We measured VAS(Visual analogue scale) as pain intensity and Neck Pain and Disability Scale(NDI) at pre- and post-treatment. Also the four line Cobb`s method and Jochumsen method were assessed for evaluating the radiographical changes, additionally we used `two line method`. Results: VAS score showed statistically significant reduction in pain intensity in both experimental group and control group after 8 weeks treatment, -44.05±14.91 vs -23.75±14.08 respectively. Also NDI score presented -11.40±8.63 reduction in experimental group, and it was significant statistically, however not in control group, -8.63±9.84 reduction after 8weeks treatment. In radiological findings, the four line Cobb`s method, Jochumsen method and two line method were reduced after 8weeks treatment, -9.30±10.33, -0.65±1.72 and -14.35±5.68 in experimental group respectively, -0.75±1.91, -0.25±0.71 and 0.38±2.20 in control group respectively. However they were statistical significance only in the four line Cobb`s method and two line method in both group. Conclusions: Combination treatment of CMT and acupuncture showed better effect on pain reduction, VAS score and the correction of neck anteversion than acupuncture only in TNS. Two line method seems valuable for evaluating the improvement of radiographical changes in TNS.
