The electric vehicle charging business consists of the operation of charging infrastructure and charging services for electric vehicle users, and each system is developed and provided for these charging business services. As the charging business becomes active, new business needs such as failure management and diagnosis of charging infrastructure are emerging. This research responds by developing individual systems tailored to each business need to address and service such new business needs. Meanwhile, Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP) is a standard communication protocol in charge point communication. In Korea, separate non-standard communication protocols are used by charging business operators, so chargers that do not support the communication protocol cannot provide the business service. This paper provides a standardized interface with charging business services regardless of charge point communication protocol and proposes an electric vehicle charging business service platform based on OCPP that can easily add and expand various new charging business services such as electric vehicle demand response and smart charging.

국가 전력수급의 안정화, 국가 전력에너지의 효율적 투자 및 관리, 국제 기후협약 대처 등 전략적 국가 전력수급계획 수립을 위해서는 전력에너지 수급자원에 대한 통합 정보관리가 요구되며, 전력산업 전반의 환경변화와 구조개편에 의해 전력의 공급에서 수송, 소비에 이르기까지 각 부문별로 관리행태 및 정보의 다원화, 복잡화, 이질화가 가속되는 상황에서 정보기술을 활용하여 언제, 어디서나 손쉽게 고품질의 전력에너지 수급자원 정보를 활용할 수 있도록 하는 전력에너지 수급자원 통합 정보관리시스템의 개발은 변화된 전력산업 환경에 부응할 수 있는 선행조건으로 인식되고 있다. 본 논문은 전력의 공급에서부터 최종 수요에 이르기까지 각 부문별 정보관리의 연계를 바탕으로 다양한 정책적 의사 결정이 가능한 전력에너지 수급자원 통합 정보관리시스템 개발에 대해 기술하였다.
A Study on the Model of Power Control Center for the Intelligent Grid in Korea

The requirements of transforming the centralized and one-way flow of control and information by energy service providers to the decentralized and two-way flow structure enabling plug-and-play are rapidly increasing. The importance of reliable, high-quality electrical power continues to grow as society enters into a new era of economics driven by digitally-based technologies. Enabling the digital economy of the future will require an intelligent power grid based on information infrastructure. In this paper, a system-level reference model of power system control center for the intelligent grid is described. It will provide the guideline on how to implement the intelligent grid suitable for Korea's power transmission and distribution system.

Power distributing switches are very important equipment for distribution automation. Power distributing switches are mostly installed in the outdoor facilities. And more and more power distributing switches are influenced by weather. Even if the same kind of power distributing switches is estimated for extracting the time-varing failure rate, the failure rate could be different depending on weather. In this paper, we analyse the failure patterns of power distributing switches and the influence of weather on the power distributing switches. With this consequence, we suggest the failure prediction method of power distributing switches based on weather.
