Radiological Safety Assessment for KAERI Incineration Plant on the Basis of Trial Burn Results

모의 및 실폐기물 시험소각 결과를 기준으로 한국원자력연구소 소각시설의 상용운전을 위한 방사학적 위해성을 평가하였다. 연간 정상운전을 통해 배출되는 방사성 물질로 인한 환경영향은 물론 가상된 사고시의 단기(2시간 기준) 배출로 인한 환경적 영향은 무시할 수 있을 것으로 평가되었으나 정상운전시에 배출되는 주배출원인 반휘발성 방사성 세슘의 농도는 공기중 허용농도의 10%를 약간 상회하는 것으로 평가되었다. 비방사능 세슘추적자를 포함하는 모의폐기물의 시험소각을 통하여 포대 여과기의 응축상 세슘성분에 대한 제거특성을 고찰하였다. 포대여과장치를 통과하기전 배기체내에 확산과 관성의 전이영역에 분포하는 입자상 세슘성분은 5%에 불과하였다. 포대여과기의 세슘성분에 대한 총괄제거효율이 99.9% 이상이어서 방사성폐기물 소각설비의 저온 배기체처리계통의 일차 여과장치로서 충분한 제염성능을 가짐을 보였다. Radiological safety for the conventional operation of Demonstration-Scale Incineration Plant (DSIP) was assessed on the basis of the results of trial burns using the simulated and real radioactive wastes. Radiation dose assessments for routine releases on an annual basis as well a several severe accidental releases on a short-term basis (2h) revealed that there would be no significant environmental impact when low-level waste Is incinerated in DSIP. For semivolatile radioactive cesium species, expected emission concentrations slightly exceeded 10% of maximum permissible concentration. Removal characteristics of the bag filter for condensed-phase cesium species was investigated by the trial burns of simulated waste with inactive cesium tracer. In the off-gas before passing through bag filter, distributions of condensed cesium species in the transition size ranging between the diffusional and inertial region are less than 5%. The overall collection efficiency of the bag filter for cesium species was higher than 99.9%, showing enough decontamination capability as a primary filter for the low-temperature dry off-gas system in radwaste incineration plant.

This study suggests a genetic algorithm-based partial least squares (GA-based PLS) method to select the design variables for building a usability model. The GA-based PLS uses a genetic algorithm to minimize the root-mean-squared error of a partial least square regression model. A multiple linear regression method is applied to build a usability model that contains the variables seleded by the GA-based PLS. The performance of the usability model turned out to be generally better than that of the previous usability models using other variable selection methods such as expert rating, principal component analysis, cluster analysis, and partial least squares. Furthermore, the model performance was drastically improved by supplementing the category type variables selected by the GA-based PLS in the usability model. It is recommended that the GA-based PLS be applied to the variable selection for developing a usability model.

This study lookd upon three structures in the linked Si-Jo Maehwasa written by Ahn Min-young in the aspect of deviant stylistics. The result of this study is as follow; 1. There are two symmetrical expression(1, 2) that are able to help us understanding the sequential and the symmetrical structure in the linked Si-Jo Maehwasa. 2. As the result to examine the symmetrical expressions(1, 2) and the other expressions, we understood the sequential and symmetrical structure in the background time of the linked Si-Jo Maehwasa. The sequential and symmetrical structure is [the former time than the former time before the dust(the first unit)―the former time before the dust(the second unit)―the early dust(the third unit)―the middle dust(the fourth unit)―the latter dust(the fifth unit)―the later time after the dust(the sixth unit)―the later time than the later time after the dust(the seventh unit)]. 3. There are three symmetrical expression(3, 4, 5) and a deviant expression(1) that are able to help us understanding the symmetrical structure in the 2nd-6th units of the linked Si-Jo Maehwasa. 4. As the result to examine the symmetrical expressions(1-5), the deviant expression(1), and the other expressions, we understood the symmetrical structure that is the combination of the climactic structure and the anti-climactic structure in the 2nd-6th units of the linked Si-Jo Maehwasa. 5. There are seven deviant expression(2-8) that are able to help us understanding the logical structure in the linked Si-Jo Maehwasa. 6. As the result to examine the symmetrical expressions(1-5), the deviant expressions(1-8), and the other expressions, we understood the logical structure that is the combination of the introduction(the 1st unit), the development(the 2nd-6th unit), the turn(the 7th unit), and the conclusion(the 8th unit) in the linked Si-Jo Maehwasa. 7. Because the writer used the symmetrical expressions, the climactic structure, the anti-climactic structure, the symmetrical structure, and the repetition of the material(the flower tree 매화) etc, many repetitions of the similar words are discovered in the linked Si-Jo Maehwasa. We think that the result of this study will be able to give a significant influence on the study of the subject/meaning and the aesthetics in the linked Si-Jo Maehwasa.

분산 컴퓨팅 시스템에서 데이터 보안과 통신량 감소를 위한 데이터 인코딩 기법

본 논문은 분산 컴퓨팅을 수행하는 서버(server)로부터 데이터 보안을 보장하는 분산 컴퓨팅 시스템에서 마스터(master)와 서버간 연산 할당에 필요한 통신량 감소를 위한 데이터 인코딩(encoding) 기법을 제안하였다. 분산 컴퓨팅에서 느리게 연산을 처리하는 낙오 서버(straggler)의 영향을 줄이기 위해 연산량이 적은 다수의 연산 업무를 할당하는 환경을 가정하였다. 마스터가 서버에 전달하는 연산 할당을 위한 데이터 인코딩 기법에서 서버로부터의 데이터 보안과 마스터와 서버간 통신량 감소, 낙오 서버의 영향을 모두 고려하였다. 또한, 성능 분석을 위해 마스터에서 서버로 연산을 전달하는 통신량과 서버에서 마스터로 연산 결과를 전달하는 통신량을 시뮬레이션을 통해 확인하였다.

고전문학 : 황진이의 시조 「어져 내일이야…」의 연구

이 글은 황진이의 시조 「어져 내일이야 …」에 나타난 세 종류의 중의, 이 중의들에 의해 생성되는 여덟 텍스트와 네 양가적 자기갈등의 연정 등을 검토한 다음에, 유희공간에서 이 작품이 보이는 세 기능을 살폈다. 세 종류의 중의는 `제`의 어휘상의 동음이의, `몰라`의 어휘상의 다의, "그릴 줄을 모로□냐"의 문법상의 동음이의(1), "가랴마□ 제 구□야 보내고"의 문법상의 동음이의(2) 등이다. 이 네 중의들은 서로 결합하여 여덟 텍스트들을 생성하며, 그 중의 텍스트1·2와 텍스트3·4는 각각 임을 보내고 그리는 자기모순적인 자신의 정에 대해, 텍스트5·6과 텍스트7·8은 각각 나를 보내고 그리는 자기모순적인 임의 정에 대해, 감성적으로 체념하지 못하는 동시에 이성적으로 체념하는 네 종류의 양가적 자기갈등의 연정을 보여준다. 이 네 중의들, 생략, 여덟 텍스트들 등의 표현적 측면과, 네 종류의 양가적 자기갈등의 연정이라는 주제적 측면은 이 작품이 연정시조로 보이는 우수한 작품성이다. 그리고 초장의 질문과 이에 대한 중장과 종장의 대답이 결합된 문답의 구조를 보여주며, 이 문답의 구조와 이에 포함된 생략들은 시적청자들에게 호기심과 궁금증을 불러일으키면서 시적청자들을 수작의 대상으로 끌어들이며, 네 텍스트들(1·3·5·7)은 각각 그리고 함께 유희공간의 시적청자들에게 과거 이별의 정황에 맞는 부류별 수작을 하는 수작의 기능을 하고, 네 텍스트들(2·4·6·8)은 각각 그리고 함께 시적화자가 자기를 보호하는 두 종류의 자기보호의 기능을 한다. 이 수작의 기능과 두 종류의 자기보호의 기능은 연정시조인 이 작품이 유희공간에서 연정의 범위를 넘어서 수작시조로 가지는 이 작품의 특성과 우수성이기도 하다. This treatise looked upon the Sijo(Eo-jyeo Nay-il-i-ya …) written by Hwang Jin-I. The result follows as; 1. `je(제)` in the second line("garyamanen je gutaiya") is lexical homonymy, `molla(몰라)` in the third line("bonaigo geurinen jeongeun nado molla hanora") is lexical polysemy, and the first line("geuril jul moreudeonga") and the second - third line("garyamanen je gutaiya bonaigo") are each grammatical homonymy. 2. This Sijo product eight text by the combination of the four ambiguity above. 3. Eight text(1-8) do each have the ardent love of the self-conflict between to do give up reasonly and to do not give up sensitively. 4. This Sijo have the structure of question and answer. 5. This structure of question and answer and ellipses in this Sijo cause poetic hearers to have a curiosity and a question about the man who is loved by the poetic speaker. 6. This Sijo does not show feeling of the self-conflict between to do can send and to do can not send, but does show four feeling of the self-contradiction which was caused by the send in reason and the attachment in sensitivity. 7. Four text(1·3·5·7) have the function of temptation through the content that poetic speaker or lover does not understanding the feeling of the self-contradiction which was caused by the send in reason and the attachment in sensitivity. 8. Four text(2·4·6·8) have the function of self-defense through the content that poetic speaker does not have a interest to the feeling of the self-contradiction which was caused by the send in reason and the attachment in sensitivity.
