An articulated robot is being increasingly used in the industrial and service fields in order to improve human life as well as to increase operating efficiency. In this type of robot, operating mechanism is so complicated that the components suffered severe loading conditions. In particular, a variety of operating modes such as torsion, bending and tension, which results in the breakage of a conductor, is applied to the cable that supplies the robot with electric power. Therefore, proper design for this cable has been one of the important issues for improving the durability with respect to the various operating modes. In this study, the effect of the filler material and the cabling pitch on the durability under torsion loading condition will be discussed. For this, numerical simulation using a CableCAD software was conducted to evaluate the tension load which affects on durability under torsion loading condition. The durability of designed cables is also evaluated by a torsion tester. As a result of the simulation and experiment, durability based on the torsion can be improved by employing softened filler material and reduced cabling pitch.

A finite element analysis for near-net-shape forming of A16061 powder was performed under warm rubber isostatic pressing and warm die pressing. The advantages of warm compaction by rubber isostatic pressing were discussed to obtain a part with better density distributions. The shape of rubber mold was designed by determining a cavity shape that provides a desired shape of the final powder compact. To simulate densification and deformed shape of a powder compact during pressing, the elastoplastic constitutive equation based on yield function of Shima-Oyane was implemented into a finite element program(ABAQUS). The hyperelastic constitutive equation based on the Ogden strain energy Potential was employed to analyze nonlinear elastic response of rubber. Finite element results were compared with experimental data for Al6061 powder compacts under warm die pressing and warm isostatic pressing.

Thickness effects of coupling agent on residual bending stress were investigated in $Polyimide/SiO_2$ joints during thermal cycling. Thickness and peel strength of $\gamma$-APS coupling agent were measured and correlated with solution concentration and residual bending stress. The variation of residual bending stress with temperature was also measured for various thicknesses of the coupling agent. Finite element results were compared with experimental data for residual bending stress in $Polyimide/SiO_2$ joints.

친환경에너지의 급속한 성장에 따른 신재생 에너지의 수요증가와 더불어 풍력 발전기 시장은 급속도로 성장하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 풍력발전기의 주기적인 회전에 따른 풍력 발전기내 Loop 케이블의 토션 특성을 확보하기 위한 방법에 대해 기술하였다. 집복합 도체의 인장강도, 신장율, 집복합 피치, 연선 연방향 규제 및 절연체, 시스체의 modulus 특성 확보를 통한 Loop 케이블의 토션성을 확보하였으며,. 이는 Cable Cad 및 Lap. test를 통해 검증을 진행하였다.
초임계 이산화탄소를 이용한 겨우살이(Mistletoe, Viscum album) 추출물의 폴리페놀 함량 및 항산화 활성

소수성 저분자 물질의 추출에 효과적이며, 인체에 무해하고 친환경적 추출법인 초임계 이산화탄소를 이용하여 한국산 겨우살이를 추출한 후 추출물의 추출수율, 전자공여능 등의 항산화활성 평가 및 총 폴리페놀 함량을 측정하였다. 실험 결과 초임계 이산환탄소를 이용한 추출수율은 300 bar, 40℃에서 12.16%, 정제수와 주정을 이용한 추출물은 18.32, 23.84%로 초임계 추출물보다 높은 추출수율을 보였다. 전자 공여능은 초임계 이산화탄소 추출물이 15.73%(400 bar, 30℃), 정제수와 주정을 이용한 추출물이 36.73, 70.53%로 초임계 이산화탄소를 이용한 추출물의 활성은 일반 용매추출법으로부터 얻어진 추출물들에 비해 EDA 활성이 낮은 편이었다. 그러나 SOD 유사활성은 초임계 이산화탄소를 이용한 추출물이 22.54%(200 bar, 40℃), 정제수와 주정을 이용한 추출물이 7.85, 6.12%로 초임계 이산화탄소를 이용한 추출물이 일반용매를 이용한 추출물보다 우수한 활성을 나타내었다. 총 폴리페놀 함량은 초임계 이산화탄소 추출물이 17.57 wt%(200 bar, 50℃), 정제수와 주정을 이용한 추출물이 4.79와 5.46 wt%로 초임계 이산화탄소를 이용한 추출물이 일반용매 추출물보다 높은 함량을 보였다. 결론적으로 초임계 이산화탄소를 이용한 겨우살이 추출물의 전자공여능은 높지 않지만 우수한 SOD 유사활성과 총 폴리페놀 함량이 풍부하여 항산화 건강기능성 식품의 가능성을 갖는 것으로 사료되었다. This study was performed to investigate antioxidant activities of Mistletoe (MS) extracts by measuring electron donating ability (EDA), super oxide dismutase (SOD)-like activity and total polyphenol content (TPC). The extracts were obtained using supercritical carbon dioxide, hot-water and ethanol extraction. EDAs was the higher in ethanol extract (70.53%) than water (36.73%) or supercritical carbon dioxide extract (15.73% at 400 bar, 30℃) at concentration of 10 ㎎/mL. However, SOD-like activities and TPCs were the highest in the supercritical carbon dioxide extract. At concentration of 1 ㎎/mL, supercritical carbon dioxide extract (22.54% at 200 bar, 40℃) was higher SOD activity than water (7.85%) and ethanol extract (6.12%). Regarding TPCs of MS extracts, the content was the highest in supercritical carbon dioxide extract (17.57 wt% catechin equivalent at 200 bar, 50℃) followed by ethanol and water extract. These results suggest that it can be useful to develop functional foods using antioxidative active compounds of MS with high polyphenol contents.
