      • 가시오가피(Acanthopanax senticosus)의 석유에테르 추출물 중 polyacetylene계 물질의 동정

        This study was conducted to isolate polyacetylenes from the Acanthopanax senticosus and to identify the chemical structure of the polyacetylenes by UV, IR, ¹H-NMR and (13)^C-NMR. One of the liposoluble materials was extracted with petroleum ether. Polyacetylene compounds were collected through solvent fractionation at silica gel column chromatograph. The HPLC was used for the semi-preparative separation IR spectra of fraction 5 showed triple bonds at 2256 cm^(-1) and double bond at 1654cm^(-1), respectively, ¹H-NMR spectra of Fraction 5 showed the double bond at 5.35-5.48 ppm. Triple bond at 64.0. 71.2, 74.2, 80.2 ppm and double bond at 121.89, 133.0 ppm were observed in the (13)^C-NMR spectra. 가시오가피를 실온에서 petroleum ether로 추출한 polyacetylene의 동정하기 위하여 TLC, HPLC, UV spectrum, IR, NMR로 수행하였다. TLC에 전개시킨 결과, polyacetylene 표준품과 동일한 band가 fraction 5에서 확인되었으며, HPLC에서 fraction 5를 분리시킨 결과 retention time이 4.40, 5.36, 6.40분이었다. 이를 UV spectrum에서 확인한 결과, 6.40분의 peak(compound 3)에서 polyacetylenes의 파장인 231.0nm, 239.0nm, 257.0nm을 나타내었다. IR spetrum에서 triple bond 2256cm^(-1)과 double bond1654cm^(-1)의 전형적인 peak를 나타내었으며, (13)^C-NMR(400MHz, CDC1₃)에서 polyacetylenes 전형적인 64.0, 71.2, 74.2, 80.2ppm은 2개의 triple bond에 의한 peak와 121.89, 133.0ppm에서 internal double bond로 결합된 2개의 peak를 확인 할 수 있었다.

        속방형 및 용출조절형 비타민 C 정제의 용출 특성 비교 분석

        In this study, a comparative dissolution experiment was conducted between an immediate-release and a controlled-release vitamin C tablet applied with a technology to control the dissolution of vitamin C to maintain the vitamin C level in the human body. In order to confirm the dissolution rate (%) of vitamin C tablets, HPLC determination was conducted based on the dissolution test methods in the ‘Korean Pharmacopoeia (No. 2020-88),’ ‘Guidelines on Specifications of Dissolution Tests for Oral dosage Forms,’ and ‘Standard and Specifications for Health Functional Foods (No. 2020-63)’ from Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS). In addition, the dissolution pattern between the immediate-release tablet and the controlled-release tablet was comparatively analyzed. The analysis result confirmed that the immediate-release vitamin C tablet was 100% dissolved after 45 minutes, while the controlled- release vitamin C tablet was 100% dissolved after 480 minutes (8 hours). Furthermore, the dissolution rate (%) at 60 minutes was slower than that of the immediate-release vitamin C tablet. Based on these results, this study confirmed that the dissolution rate (%) test and development of controlled-release tablets containing vitamin C as the main component a re possible.

        군병원 간호군무원의 직무 만족도, 직무 스트레스와 이직의도

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among job satisfaction, job stress, and turnover intention and to identify the effect of job satisfaction and job stress on turnover intention among civilian nurses in military hospitals. Methods: As a descriptive study, this study was conducted with a self-reporting questionnaire of 76 military civilian nurses working in military hospitals in April, 2020. Statistical methods for data analysis included independent t-test, one-way ANOVA with Scheffé's test, and multiple regression. Results: The mean scores of job satisfaction, job stress, and turnover intention were 3.00±0.57, 3.66±0.66, and 3.46±0.93, respectively. The turnover intention had positive correlations with job stress (r=.34, p=.003), and a negative correlation with job satisfaction (r=-.68, p<.001). A statistically significant correlation was also found between job satisfaction and job stress (r=-.29, p=.011). The multiple regression analysis presented that the job satisfaction (ß=-.40, p=.001) had the greatest influence on the turnover intention. The model explained 52.0% of the turnover intention among civilian nurses in military hospitals (F=5.55, p<.001). Conclusion: In order to reduce turnover intention of civilian nurses in military hospitals, the effort to increase job satisfaction and to reduce job stress are continuously needed.

        상담자의 성인애착과 역전이 관리능력의 관계에서 정서인식 명확성과 자아탄력성의 매개효과

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among adult attachment, countertransference management ability, emotional clarity and ego-resilience. And to examine the mediating effects of emotional clarity and ego-resilience on the relationship between adult attachment and countertransference management ability of counselor. This study was conducted on 209 counselors with four or more counseling experiences. For these purposes, 209 counselors working for center in universities, public counseling center, center in school, centers for youth and other centers are were selected for survey. The mediated model was analyzed based on adult attachment, countertransference management ability, emotional clarity and ego-resilience. Collected data were treated by the SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0. The results of the study were as follows. First, counselors anxiety attachment, avoidance attachment, countertransference management ability, emotional clarity, and ego-resilience were found to have significant correlation. Second, emotional clarity and ego-resilience were found to have a complete mediating effect in the path of anxiety attachment and avoidance attachment affecting countertransference management ability. Third, emotional clarity and ego-resilience were mediating variables, and sequential double mediation effect was confirmed. Also, the direct path of adult attachment to countertransference management ability was not significant and was completely double mediated. This study provides a way for counselors who have difficulty in countertransference management in counseling. 본 연구는 상담자의 성인애착과 역전이 관리능력의 관계에서 정서인식 명확성과 자아탄력성의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 심리상담을 4회기 이상 진행한 경험이 있는 심리상담자 209명을 대상으로 성인애착, 역전이 관리능력, 정서인식 명확성, 자아탄력성의 척도를 사용하여 측정하였고, 통계방법으로는 SPSS 25.0과 AMOS 25.0을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상담자의 불안애착, 회피애착, 역전이 관리능력, 정서인식 명확성, 자아탄력성의 관계는 모두 유의한 상관이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 상담자의 불안애착과 회피애착이 역전이 관리능력에 영향을 미치는 경로에서 정서인식 명확성과 자아탄력성은 각각 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 정서인식 명확성과 자아탄력성이 매개변인으로서 순차적으로 이중매개효과가 있음이 확인되었다. 본 연구는 불안애착과 회피애착이 역전이 관리능력에 유의미한 영향을 준다는 것을 확인하였고, 정서인식 명확성과 자아탄력성이 중요한 매개요인임을 밝혔으며 그 경로를 확인하였다. 끝으로 본 연구결과를 토대로 상담자의 역전이 관리능력 증진에 관한 논의와 연구의 제한점을 제시하였고, 후속연구에 대하여 제언하였다.

        Push-Pull-Mooring 모형을 통한 호텔종사원의 이직의도 영향요인 이해

        The primary goal of this study is to explore the factors that influence hotel employees’ turnover intention with the push-pull-mooring framework. In this study, while the push effect is defined as negative factors that lead hotel employees to leave the current hotel and consisting of work overload, role ambiguity, and job insecurity, the pull effect is defined as positive factors that attract hotel employees to a new place, which consists of availability and attractiveness. In addition, mooring is defined as subjective norms and switching costs that encourage or hinder turnover. The results showed that role ambiguity and job insecurity significantly influence hotel employees to leave the hotel, and attractiveness significantly attracts them to a new place. Besides, subjective norms and switching costs significantly influence turnover intention. In addition, subjective norms play a moderating effect. These findings could help hotels devise strategies to retain and attract employees.
