경찰 수사에서 진술의 진실 여부를 인공지능 기법을 이용하여 판단하는 연구는 인적, 물적 자원의 낭비를 줄일 수 있다. 우리는 진술 동영상에서 이미지, 음성 데이터를 각각 추출하여 동시에 고려해 진술의 진실 여부를 자동으로 판단하는 시스템을 제안하였다. 실험을 통해 제안된 시스템이 유의미함을 알 수 있었다.
Bacillus spp.를 이용한 Biosurfactant 생산공정

청국장에서 분리한 Bacillus subtilis CH-1, Bacillus circulans K-1과 Bacillus subtilis(natto) N-1 모두 biosurfactant를 생성하며 이중 Bacillus subtilis CH-1가 가장 큰 생성력을 나타냈다. Biosurfactant를 대량 생산하기 위하여 AM, LM, NB과 TSB 배지중 AM을 기본배지로 선정하여 최적 탄소원과 질소원으로 glucose 2%, soy peptone 0.3%와 무기염을 포함하는 합성배지를 완성하였다. Biosurfactant의 생성은 96시간에 최대를 나타냈으며 이때 배지의 표면장력은 초기값의 약 43% 값을 나타냈다. 한편 배양온도 및 pH는 biosurfactant생산에 크게 영향을 주지 않았으며 pH 5.0~8.0 범위에서 대체적으로 안정한 생성을 유지하였다. 최적조건에서 배양시 crude biosurfactant 수율은 6 g/L를 얻을 수 있다. Among the bacterial strains isolated from chungkook-jang, Bacillus subtilis CH-1, Bacillus circulans K-1 and Bacillus subtilis (natto) N-1, Bacillus subtilis CH-1 showed the highest productivity of biosurfactant. Amedium was selected for the basal medium in the large scale production of biosurfactant, and modified to synthetic medium which containing 2% glucose, 0.3% soy peptone, and mineral salts. The surface tension was reduced to maximal value after 96 hr after fermentation, about the 43% of initial tension. Temperature and initial pH of medium was not critical factor for the biosurfactant production. The yield of crude biosurfactant was 6 g/L under the optimum condition.

This paper presents the measured water droplet size distributions and their humidification-related parameters of various water spraying nozzles for the development of a fully electric cleanroom. It was observed in the case of the present single-fluid nozzle models that contrary to the existing two-fluid nozzle, the single-fluid nozzles were not suitable as water humidification nozzles customized for the return shaft of the electric cleanroom. It is expected that the humidification performance of the single-fluid nozzles can be further improved based on the swirling effect inside the nozzle body.

This paper presents the transient responses of indoor temperature and the energy consumptions of various feedback control schemes for a typical semiconductor cleanroom. The control schemes include ON/OFF, PID, ANN and MPC controls with saturation capabilities. Control block diagrams with the platform of MATLAB/Simulink are developed for an indoor temperature control with constant humidity ratio in the cleanroom. The simulation results showed that the properly tuned PID control scheme with saturation was more energy efficient than the other schemes were. However using ANN and MPC controllers would give the faster response with comparison to PID controllers and give the zero overshoot output.
