Purpose The purpose of this to investigate the effect of hand movement training based on virtual reality on the upper extremity and hand function of stroke patients and to present a therapeutic evidence for virtual reality training intervention. Methods Subjects were randomly assigned to two groups of 30 stroke patients, 15 experimental subjects and 15 control subjects. Experimental group performed hand movement exercise based on virtual reality, and control group performed general occupational therapy. We performed FMA-UE, WMFT, and BBT evaluations to changes in upper extremity functions. Results The experimental group participating in the virtual reality training showed statistically significant improvement(*P<.05) in the FMA-UE and WMFT evaluation in order to investigate the change of upper extremity and hand function, A statistically significant improvement(**P< .01) was also observed in the BBT evaluation of the hand agility to show that the upper limb function improved after the virtual reality training intervention. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P >.05), but there was a statistically significant difference in the amount of change in upper extremity function between the two groups (*P<.05). Conclusion We found that hand movement training based on virtual reality has a positive effect on recovery of upper extremity and hand function in stroke patients, We hope to discuss various issues to be solved in the approach of upper limb treatment for stroke patients based on virtual reality in the future.

Objective: This study is to analyze the factor affecting elderly's speed of mobile phone ability. Method: Sixty healthy senior citizens who live in Kim-hye participated in Cognition, Visual perception, Speed of mobile phone ability and the collected data was analyzed by an independent multiple regression analysis. Result: The findings can be summarized as follows; 1. Although men were faster than women while using mobile phone, there was little satisfical significance(p<0.05). 2. Although people in their sixties were faster than people in their seventies while using mobile phone, there was minial difference(p<0.05). 3. The primary factor which affect mobile phone using speed is figure ground, visual memory, visual processing and the most beneficial discovery in the entire project is figure ground(p<0.05). Conclusion: The result of study showed that in order to enhance figure ground, visual memory, visual processing in mobile phone using speed. These results will be consider useful for elderly's mobile phone ability.

BAL은 일반적으로 기타 급성 백혈병보다 예후가 나쁘다고 알려져 있으나, 그 치료방침이 아직 확립되어 있지 않다. AML1-ETO 유전자 재배열은 BAL에서도 좋은 예후인자 중 하나로 제시된 적이 있으며 본 증례에서도 1차례의 관해 유도요법 후 완전관해를 보였고, t(8:21) 즉, AML1-ETO 정량검사상 전사 정도가 현저히 감소함을 경험하였다. 특히, AML에 준한 치료만으로 성공적 관해가 유도되었으며, 이는 BAL에 있어서도 AML1-ETO 종양단백이 병태생리에 주 역할을 할 것임을 짐작할 수 있다. AML에서와 마찬가지로 AML1-ETO 유전자 재배열은 향후 BAL 환자의 치료 효과와 예후를 알 수 있는 지표로 사용될 수 있을 것이다. Biphenotypic acute leukemia (BAL) is a subtype of acute leukemia that expresses two different immunophenotypic lineages, most commonly myeloid and either B- or T-lymphoid lineages. This entity has been defined by a scoring system proposed by the European Group for the Immunological Characterization of Leukemias (EGIL). The prognosis of BAL is regarded as being worse than either acute lymphoid or myeloid leukemia that does not show lineage ambiguity. However, a treatment strategy for BAL has not yet been established. We experienced a case of BAL with the t(8;21) translocation, a favorable cytogenetic rearrangement in acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The patient was successfully treated with cytarabine and anthracycline for induction and consolidation. The quantitative value of the AML1-ETO gene decreased after achieving complete hematologic remission. Thus, the AML1-ETO gene rearrangement in BAL may be associated with an acceptable response to the treatment strategy for AML. (Korean J Med 76:617-621, 2009)

Purpose: Monoclonal antibody Ki-67 has been employed to evaluate the growth fraction of various tumors. The purpose of this study is to determin the prognostic value of the Ki-67 index for colorectal cancer. Methods: The Ki-67 index was investigated by counting the immunohistochemically stained cells. We described this as the permillage. We reviewed the test results of 36 colorectal cancer patients and we compared the Ki-67 index with other clinical factors. Results: There was no correlation between the Ki-67 index and the other established risk factors, and only the number of invaded lymph nodes and their degree of differentiation were related with the Ki-67 index. Conclusion: The Ki-67 index is an important marker of the growth fraction of tumor. The pattern of tumor growth is determined not only by the growth fraction, so the discovery of other parameters that can reflect tumor growth and the Ki-67 index can help the patients with respect to their prognosis & treatment.

시설 딸기의 지속적인 생산을 위해서는 적정시비가 매우 중요하다. 시설 딸기 특화작목 재배지 토양진단을 통한 친환경농업 실현을 위해 2008년부터 2009년 까지 충남지역 435개소 농가의 토양 화학성을 조사하였다. 시설 재배지의 평균 화학성은 pH 6.5, EC 2.28 dS m?¹, 유기물 함량 26 g ㎏?¹, 유효인산 함량 910 ㎎ ㎏?¹, 교환성 K? 1.09, Ca²? 8.3, Mg²? 2.5 및 Na? 0.58 cmolc ㎏?¹을 나타냈다. 유효인산 함량은 사양토가 양토와 미사질양토 보다 통계적으로 유의성이 있게 높은 반면, 그 외의 토양 화학성은 토성간 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 품종이 달라짐에 따른 토양 화학성 차이는 통계적으로 인정되지 않았다. 토양 화학성분의 적정수준 비율은 pH 30.6%, EC 35.4%, 유기물 37.0%, 유효인산 5.3%, 교환성 K? 8.5%, Ca²? 8.5% 및 Mg²? 17.9%를 나타냈다. 유효인산과 교환성 Ca²? 함량의 초과비율은 각각 86.9%와 86.0%로 양분 불균형이 심각한 것으로 나타났다. 토양 EC 값은 pH를 제외한 유기물, 유효인산, 교환성 K?, Ca²?, Mg²? 및 Na?과 고도의 정의상관을 보였다. 화학성분의 주성분 분석결과 PC 1은 38.8%, PC 2는 17.8%를 보여 합계 56.6%로서 토성과 품종별 차이를 간단하게 구별할 수 있었다. To reduce the dose of fertilizers is very important to sustainable production of many horticultural crops, including strawberry. In order to practice the environment friendly agriculture of strawberry cultivation in plastic film house, soil chemical properties of 435 soil samples (232 for loam, 83 for sandy loam, and 120 for silt loam) in Chungnam Province from 2008 to 2009 were determined. The average of pH, EC, OM, Av. P₂O5, Ex. K?, Ex. Ca²?, Ex. Mg²?, and Ex. Na? was 6.5, 2.28 dS m?¹, 26 g ㎏?¹, 910 ㎎ ㎏?¹, 1.09 cmolc ㎏?¹, 8.3 cmolc ㎏?¹, 2.5 cmolc ㎏?¹, and 0.58 cmolc ㎏?¹, respectively. The content of Av. P₂OSUB>5 in sandy loam soil was significantly higher than silt loam soil, whereas other properties showed no difference between soil texture. The kinds of strawberry cultivars showed no difference in soil chemical properties. The frequency distribution within optimum range of soil chemical properties was 30.6%, 35.4%, 37.0%, 5.3%, 8.5%, 8.5%, and 17.9% for pH, EC, OM, Av. P₂OSUB>5, Ex. K?, Ex. Ca²?, and Ex. Mg²?, respectively. Especially, excessive portion of Av. P₂OSUB>5, and Ex. Ca²? were high 86.9%, and 86.0%, respectively. EC values of soil samples were significantly positive correlatoin with all chemical properties except soil pH. In principle component analysis of chemical properties in soil samples, the percentage of variance explained by PC 1 was 38.8%, while PC 2 explained 17.8% of the variance, for a cumulative total of 56.6%. These results were able to distinguish between soil textures and strawberry cultivars. Also, these results considered that understanding of soil chemical properties under using principal component analysis be able to improve amounts of fertilizers for sustainable agriculture in plastic film house.
충남지역 시설 딸기재배지 시비수준과 토양 화학성과의 관계

우리나라 농민들은 저투입 지속가능한 농업 보다 화학비료에 더욱 의존하고 있다. 딸기 시설 재배지에서 친환경 농업을 추진하기 위해서 토양 양분 불균형을 개선하도록 충남지역 56개소의 양분관리 조건과 토양 화학성과의 관계를 구명하였다. 퇴비 시용량은 40대가 40Mg ㏊?¹로 표준시비량 보다 2배 높았고 50대는 밑비료 시용량으로 질소 105.2, 인산 58.3, 칼륨 68.1 Mg ㏊?¹로 표준시비량 보다 각각 질소는 3배, 인산과 칼륨은 1.2배 였다. 딸기 재배 경력은 10년 이하가 42.8%로 비율이 높았고 재배면적은 400 ㎡ 이하인 농가가 75.0%의 높은 비율을 나타냈다. 돈분 퇴비를 시용하는 농가는 48.2%로 가장 높았으며 밑비료 질소 평균 시비량은 92.3 Mg ㏊?¹로 표준시비량의 2.6배 였다. 또한, 퇴비 시용량이 30 Mg ㏊?¹를 초과하는 경우 적정수준에 비해 토양 EC 값은 1.8배, 유효인산 함량은 3.0배, 치환성 칼륨 함량은 2.6배, 칼슘 함량은 1.7배, 마그네슘 함량은 1.6배 높았으며 토양의 유효인산 평균 함량은 986 ㎎ ㎏?¹으로 적정수준 보다 2.2배 높았다. 주성분 분석결과 PC 1은 토양 유효인산 (0.342), 토양 치환성 칼슘 (0.327), 토양 EC (0.310), 토양 유기물 (0.289)순으로 정의 기여를 보였으며 PC 1은 39.6%, PC 2는 17.3%, PC 3은 13.6%로서 전체 70.5%의 자료를 설명할 수 있었다. 퇴비 시용량이 증가할수록 토양의 유효인산 함량 (r=0.370, p≤0.01), 치환성 칼륨 (r=0.429, p≤0.01), 칼슘 (r=0.404, p≤0.01), 마그네슘 (r=0.453, p≤0.01) 및 나트륨 (r=0.369, p≤0.01)과 고도의 유의성 있는 정의상관을 보여 퇴비 시용량을 적정수준으로 조절하는 것이 매우 중요할 것으로 판단되었다. 본 연구결과 딸기 시설 재배지는 연령, 재배경력, 재배면적, 축분 퇴비 종류, 퇴비 시용량에 따라 많은 차이가 있어 지속농업을 위한 근본적인 토양 양분 관리방안은 농가별 토양검정에 의한 최적 시비라고 제안한다. Nowadays, Korean farmers rely more on chemical fertilizers than low input sustainable agriculture drawn from the farm itself. In order to improve soil nutritional imbalance for environment friendly agriculture in greenhouse, we have carried out a relationship between fertilizer application level, and soil chemical properties for strawberry cultivation at 56 sites in Chungnam Province. Average amount of nitrogen as basal fertilization was 92.3 Mg ㏊?¹ which higher 2.6 times compared to standard amount of basal fertilizer. In case of compost application more than 30Mg ㏊?¹, excessive ratio compared to optimum level was higher 1.8 times for EC value, 3.0 times for available phosphate, 2.6 times for exchangeable potassium, 1.7 times for exchangeable calcium, and 1.6 times for exchangeable magnesium, respectively. Amounts of compost application significantly correlated with available phosphate (r=0.370, p≤0.01), exchangeable potassium(r=0.429, p≤0.01), exchangeable calcium(r=0.404, p≤0.01), exchangeable magnesium(r=0.453, p≤0.01), and exchangeable sodium (r=0.369, p≤0.01), respectively. Our results suggest that soil nutrients management for sustainable agriculture was optimum fertilization based on soil testing for strawberry cultivation in greenhouse.
