저자들은 아토피 피부염 조절을 위해 7개월간 선식만 먹고 발생한 구루병 1례를 경험하여 근래에 대두되고 있는 영양식의 실태와 문제점을 살펴보고자 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Rickets is a nutritional disorder which is caused either by deficiency of vitamin D or by a defective activation of vitamin D. In these days, even though the incidence of rickets has decreased through adequate nutritional support, we sometimes experience rickets in babies receiving a prolonged special diet as therapy for chronic diarrhea, or those subject to a in receiving the prolonged elimination of milk because of allergy. But there are no reports about rickets caused by absolute elimination of milk because of allergies in Korea. We report here a case of rickets developed after feeding on Sunsik( a mixture of several grain and fruits powder) during a seven months period in an 8-month-old male patient. This male infant manifested vomiting, poor feeding, decreased serum calcium and 25-hydroxycholecalciferol levels, and markedly increased serum alkaline phosphatase and parathyroid hormone levels. Skeletal X-rays showed cupping and fraying in distal metaphyses of radius and ulna, and generalized osteopenia. The patient improved with vitamin D and calcium therapy.

The aim of this thesis is exploring the present condition and direction of improvement of researching interpretive text. To reach the goal, 5 researchers of literature education discuss of selected interpretive texts. Interpretive text is the evidence of literary experience and the crucial data to design of literary education. To get a perspective of interpretive text, this thesis is performed in the following order: ⑴ selecting 4 interpretive texts, ⑵ discussing twice, and ⑶ introspective analyzing of contents of discussion. The perception of interpretive text is devided into two parts; interpretive text as a Genotext and interpretive text as a Phenotext. This perception is connectd the awareness of good interpretive text. Researchers agree with the characteristics of genre on interpretive text, but some of researchers prefer integrated interpretation and some of researchers prefer enquiring interpretation. There are confrontation of opinions about teaching method of interpretive text. One is hierarchy of interpretation ability is the base of interpretation education and the other is individual instruction serve much more of an educational purpose. The meaning of this study is ⑴ communicating various points of view of interpretive text, ⑵ leading consensus on evaluation direction of interpretive tex, and ⑶ setting up the interpretational education contents.
전기이중층 커패시터용 질소성 작용기를 이용한 개질 활성탄의 전기화학적 특성

전기이중층 커패시터용 활성탄의 정전 용량 향상을 위해 우레아를 이용해 활성탄 표면에 펩티드 결합을 유도하였다. 우레아 도입에 따른 활성탄은 소성과정을 거쳐 안정화되었으며, 전기화학적 특성을 순환전류 전압법을 이용하여 정전 용량을 관찰하고, 임피던스를 통해 저항 변화를 관찰하였으며, 충방전 평가를 통해 싸이클 성능을 관찰하였다. 결과적으로 질소성 작용기의 도입으로 정전 용량은 기존 탄소재에 비해 약 22.9%의 향상을 이루었으며, 저항 감소 및 우수한 싸이클 성능을 나타냄을 확인하였다. In order to improve capacitance of activated carbon for electric double layer capacitors, peptide bond was induced on the surface of the activated carbon by urea. Urea induced activated carbon has been stabilized through carbonization. Electrochemical characteristics was observed by cyclic voltammetry for specific capacitance, electrochemical impedance spectroscope for measuring resistance and charge-discharge for testing the cyclic ability. In the result, specific capacitance is increased about 22.9% than the activated carbon. And it shows excellent cycle performance and decreasing resistance with the introduction of nitrogen functional groups.

목적:소아 기관지 유발 검사에서 2분 평상호흡 흡입법과 5회 폐활량 흡입법을 비교하고자 이 연구를 시행하였다. 방법:분당 차병원에 내원한 환아 중에서 기관지 과민성이 의심되는 17명을 대상으로 흡입 방법의 차이, 즉 2분 평상호흡 흡입과 5회 폐활량 흡입을 제외한 모든 조건이 같은 상태에서 메타콜린 흡입 유발 검사를 시행하였다. 두 가지 흡입 유발 검사는 1일에서 7일 사이의 간격을 두고 모든 환자에서 교차시행 하였다. 메타콜린 PC20는 용량반응 곡선 Purpose: The results of the bronchial provocation test were different by the method of inhalation, but there was no data in children. Objectives: This study was designed to establish an accurate analytical method for asbestos in a biological sample for determining occupational asbestos-related diseases and relief of the health effects of environmental asbestos. Methods: Biological samples were obtained from lungs of rats following intratracheal instillation of asbestos(Chrysotile, anthophyllite) and were prepared according to digestion method(Wet digestion, high temperature ashing, low temperature ashing). The samples were then analyzed for asbestos fibers using a transmission electron microscope equipped with an energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer. Results: Low temperature plasma ashing removed more of the organic components and reduced fiber loss compared to the wet digestion method, making specimens so prepared more suitable for transmission electron microsocpy. Conclusions: The low temperature ashing technique is the most accurate method for analyzing asbestos in biological samples.
