코로나19 엔데믹 시점에서 바라본 비대면 문화예술교육의 연구 동향 분석

본 연구의 목적은 2020년 코로나19로 인해 시작된 세계적인 팬데믹 이후 3년이 지난 엔데믹 시점에서 비대면문화예술교육의 연구 동향을 살펴보는 것이다. 연구 대상은 KCI, RISS, Science On, 국회도서관(NANET)을 통해 국내에서발표된 학술지 및 학위 논문 중 '예술교육', '코로나', '온라인', '비대면'을 주요 키워드로 하는 총 120편으로 선정하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 26.0을 이용하여 선정된 분석 기준에 따라 영역별 기술적 통계분석, 빈도분석, 교차분석 및 주제어중심으로 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 전 연령 참여 가능한 문화예술교육기회 확대와 연구의 필요성 제고, 둘째, 비대면이라는 새로운 문화예술교육 환경에 대한 인식 변화에 따른 교수법 연구의 필요성, 셋째, 다양한 예술 장르에서에듀테크를 활용한 비대면 문화예술교육의 후속 연구 증진이 필요하다는 시사점을 도출했다. The purpose of this study was to examine research trends in non-face-to-face culture and arts education three years after the global COVID-19 pandemic. A total of 120 academic journals and dissertations published in Korea were identified through KCI, RISS, Science On, and the National Assembly Library (NANET), with "arts education," "COVID," "online," and "non-face-to-face" as the main keywords. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 26.0, including descriptive statistical analysis, frequency analysis, cross-analysis, and keyword analysis based on selected criteria. The research findings indicate the following. First, it is necessary to expand the accessibility of culture and arts education opportunities to all age groups and emphasize the necessity of research. Second, research on instructional methods in response to changing perceptions of the new non-face-to-face culture and arts education environment is essential. Third, further research on non-face-to-face culture and arts education, utilizing educational technology in various art genres, is required.

부모문화예술교육 프로그램 사례연구: 서울문화재단 <예술로 부모플러스>프로그램을 중심으로

본 연구는 2017년부터 2021년까지 5년간 부모 참여형 예술교육 사업 <예술로 부모플러스>프로그램 사례연구를 통해 연도별 주요 변화와 특성을 살펴보고, 부모문화예술교육이란 무엇이며 향후 부모문화예술교육 프로그램 개발의 방향성 고찰을 목적으로 한다. 연구대상은 어머니 대상, 아버지 대상 문화예술교육 프로그램 10회와 찾아가는 문화예술교육 5회를 포함 총 15회 프로그램을 최종 선정하였다. 자료수집은 <예술로 부모플러스> 프로그램 관련 문헌자료 및 직접 참여한 행정담당자와 예술가교사와의 인터뷰 전사기록을 자료원으로 수집했으며, 자료분석은 첫째, 5년간의 전반적인 운영현황 분석, 둘째, 연도별 운영에 변화 고찰, 셋째, 참여인력에 대한 인터뷰를 바탕으로 프로그램 운영에서 보완 및 개선점에 대해 분석했다. 분석 결과, 첫째,‘부’와 ‘모’가 각각 창작자로 참여주체가 됨으로써 보다 긍정적인 교육효과를 확인할 수 있었고, 둘째, 연도별로 기존 교육의 문제점을 보완함으로써 부모문화예술교육의 지속성을 위한 실행안으로써 가능성을 확인했다. 셋째, 향후 프로그램 운영에 필요한 현실적 개선방향에 대해 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 연구자는 부모문화예술교육이란 부모가 한 사람으로서 자신의 행복을 영위하고 개인적・사회적 삶의 질 향상을 위한 문화예술교육이라고 정의한다. 이후 다양한 부모문화예술교육 관련 후속연구가 이루어지기를 기대한다.

한국어판 간호사 직무순환 스트레스 측정도구 타당도와 신뢰도

Purpose: This study was a methodological research implemented to establish basic data for controlling the job rotation stress of nurses and effectively managing human resources by reflecting the Nurse Job Rotation Stress Scale (NJRS) developed by Huang and others into the domestic nursing environment and verifying the use of measurement tools. Methods: The study selected nurses working at four hospitals, with over 300 beds, in Seoul, Gyeongi-do, and Busan, as its research subjects and verified the content validity, construct validity, concurrent validity, and internal consistency reliability of the measurement tool. Results: The results ultimately formed eight questions from three sub-factors (3 emotional response questions, 2 daily life questions, and 3 communication questions). In terms of reliability, emotional response issued a Cronbach’s of .78, daily life issued a Cronbach’s of .75, and communication issued a Cronbach’s of .86. Conclusion: This study is expected to be used as basic data for achieving effective human resource management by calculating the stress of clinical nurses resulting from job rotation, but the researcher believes that the measurement tools must be expanded by confirming additional job rotation stress questions which reflect the organizational culture of Korea.

청소년기 자아존중감 향상을 위한 학교 통합예술교육 프로그램 실행연구 - 여행(여기에서 행복하기) 프로젝트를 중심으로-

본 연구는 학교 통합예술교육 프로젝트 활동 경험이 청소년들의 자아존중감 향상에 어떤 영향을 미치는지, 그리고 COVID 19 환경 및 학업 스트레스 해소에 어떤 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있는지에 대한 문제 인식에서 출발했다. 이에, 중학생을 대상으로 인문 교과와 예술 교과의 통합예술교육 프로젝트를 구안하고 실제 수업에 적용함으로써 청소년기 자아존중감 향상을 위한 학교 통합예술교육의 실천방안을 모색하는 데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 서울 소재 Y 중학교 학생을 대상으로 ‘여행(여기에서 행복하기) 프로젝트’ 프로그램을 기획‧실행하고, 순환적 과정의 실천적 연구 방법을 적용하였다. 본 연구에 제시된 프로그램은 지금까지의 일반적인 예술교육 프로그램과 달리, 서로 다른 예술적 배경을 가진 두 명의 예술가교사와 인문 교과 교사가 함께 기획하고 팀티칭으로 운영한 통합예술교육 프로젝트이다. 그 결과, 청소년의 자아존중감 및 자기효능감이 향상되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 예술 교과를 교육의 중심에 두고 학생들이 예술 경험을 통해 자아존중감을 강화함으로써 행복한 학교생활을 영위할 수 있도록 구성하여 실행한 본 연구의 기록은 통합예술교육을 실천하려는 교수자들에게 유용한 참고 사례로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구를 통해 학교 통합예술교육의 질적 개선과 향상이 이루어질 것으로 기대한다.

결혼이주여성 대상 문화예술교육 연구 동향 분석

목적 본 연구는 결혼이주여성 대상 문화예술교육과 관련된 연구 동향을 살펴봄으로써 향후 결혼이주여성 대상 문화예술교육에 대한 방향성 및 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 방법 본 연구의 분석 대상은 결혼이주여성 대상 문화예술교육 관련 학술지 및 학위논문 총 59편이다. 결혼이주여성 대상 문화예술교육과 관련된 연구 동향을 발표연도, 연구 방법, 연구 분야, 연구 주제, 주제어로 범주화하여 분석하였다. 결과 첫째, 결혼이주여성 대상 문화예술교육과 관련된 연구는 2010년부터 2011년 사이 가장 많이 이루어졌다. 둘째, 연구 방법별 동향은 문헌 연구로 가장 많이 이루어졌고, 질적 연구, 혼합 연구, 양적 연구 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 연구 분야별 동향은 문학과 관련된 내용이 가장 많았고, 이어서 일반, 미술, 무용, 음악, 연극 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, 연구 주제별 동향은 대영역 중 방향과 관련된 주제에서 교육방안이 가장 높은 비중을 차지하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 주제어로 알아본 동향은 워드 클라우드의 주제어 크기로 살펴본 결과 다문화가정, 한국문화교육, 한국어 교육, 다문화사회, 문학교육, 문화적응 순으로 나타났고, 정체성 복원, 융합적 문화 정체성, 자아정체성, 서사적 정체성 등 결혼이주여성의 정체성과 관련된 주제어가 포함되어 있음을 알 수 있었다. 결론 본 연구는 다문화 시대에 도래한 한국 사회에 결혼이주여성이 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 상황 속에서 결혼이주여성 대상 문화예술교육에 관한 연구의 동향을 분석하였으며, 이와 관련된 시사점 및 향후 관련 연구의 방향을 제시한다는 점에서 의의가 있다. Objectives The purposes of this study were to examine the research trends related to culture and arts education for marriage migrant women. Through this study, it intends to provide insights and directions for future culture and arts education targeting marriage migrant women. Methods The subject of this study consists of a total of 59 academic journals and dissertations related to culture and arts education for marriage migrant women. The research trends in cultural arts education targeting marriage migrant women were analyzed and categorized based on publication year, research methodology, research field, research topics, and keywords. Results First, the research related to culture and arts education for marriage migrant women was most prevalent between 2010 and 2011. Second, in terms of research methodology, literature review was the most commonly used method, followed by qualitative research, mixed-methods research, and quantitative research. Third, the re-search fields were predominantly related to literature, followed by general arts, visual arts, dance, music, and theater. Fourth, regarding research topics, the majority focused on educational approaches in the context of broader themes. Lastly, the analysis of keywords through word cloud visualization revealed that topics related to multicultural families, Korean culture education, Korean language education, multicultural society, literary educa-tion, and cultural adaptation were prominent. Additionally, themes associated with the identity of marriage mi-grant women, such as identity restoration, hybrid cultural identity, self-identity, and narrative identity, were also identified. Conclusions This study analyzed the trends in research on culture and arts education targeting marriage migrant women in Korean society, where marriage migrant women hold a significant presence in the multicultural era. The significance lies in providing insights and future directions for related research in the context of marriage migrant women's culture and arts education within the multicultural society of Korea.
