전처리 방식에 따른 AI 이미지와 실사 이미지의 분류 성능 비교

본 연구는 생성이미지와 실사이미지의 분류를 위한 최적의 이미지 전처리 기법을 탐색한다. Stable diffusion과 크롤링을 통해 구축한 데이터셋에 sharpening, grayscale, canny, diffusion, ELA(Error Level Analysis) 총 5가지 전처리 기법을 적용하여 모델별 성능을 비교하고자 한다.

The Heterochromatin Protein 1 (HP1) Family: Put Away a Bias toward HP1

Heterochromatin protein 1 (HP1) was first described in Drosophila melanogaster as a heterochromatin associated protein with dose-dependent effect on gene silencing. The HP1 family is evolutionarily highly conserved and there are multiple members within the same species. The multi-functionality of HP1 reflects its ability to interact with diverse nuclear proteins, ranging from histones and transcriptional co-repressors to cohesion and DNA replication factors. As its name suggests, HP1 is well-known as a silencing protein found at pericentromeres and telomeres. In contrast to previous views that heterochromatin is transcriptionally inactive; noncoding RNAs transcribed from heterochromatic DNA repeats regulates the assembly and function of heterochromatin ranging from fission yeast to animals. Moreover, more recent progress has shed light on the paradoxical properties of HP1 in the nucleus and has revealed, unexpectedly, its existence in the euchromatin. Therefore, HP1 proteins might participate in both transcription repression in heterochromatin and euchromatin.

미야자키 하야오의 작품에서 나타난 감독의 세계관에 관한 연구

Since Hayao Miyazaki"s animation is a movie that is loved by both boys and girls around the world, there are a variety of expectations that a director can gain when conveying meaning to an audience. Young children can become educational films by absorbing the directors" arguments, and adults can be an opportunity to look at social issues that they have never thought of before. The social issues that the director insists are summarized by the supervisor"s world view. What is the representative world view is expressed in some way in the work, and when the ultimate meaning of supervision is conveyed through it, the audience feels the change Is the research purpose of this paper. In this study, only the predictions about the changes that can happen to the audiences are described, but there is a limitation that it is impossible to investigate what changes have actually happened to the audience. If we collect the audience who watched Hayao Miyazaki‘s work and investigate the changes that happened to him after watching the movie, it will be very helpful for the animation industry as well as the video industry.

Wheel of Wellness Counseling in Community Dwelling, Korean Elders: A Randomized, Controlled Trial

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Wheel of Wellness counseling on wellness lifestyle, depression,and health-related quality of life in community dwelling elderly people. Methods: A parallel, randomized controlled, open label, trialwas conducted. Ninety-three elderly people in a senior welfare center were randomly assigned to two groups: 1) A Wheel of Wellnesscounseling intervention group (n=49) and 2) a no-treatment control group (n=44). Wheel of Wellness counseling consisted ofstructured, individual counseling based on the Wheel of Wellness model and provided once a week for four weeks. Wellness lifestyle,depression, and health-related quality of life were assessed pre-and post-test in both groups. Results: Data from 89 participantswere analyzed. For participants in the experimental group, there was a significant improvement on all of the wellness-lifestylesubtasks except realistic beliefs. Perceived wellness and depression significantly improved after the in the experimental group (n =43)compared to the control group (n=46) from pre- to post-test in the areas of sense of control (p=.033), nutrition (p=.017), exercise(p=.039), self-care (p<.001), stress management (p=.017), work (p=.011), perceived wellness (p=.019), and depression (p=.031). One participant in the intervention group discontinued the intervention due to hospitalization and three in the control group discontinuedthe sessions. Conclusions: Wheel of Wellness counseling was beneficial in enhancing wellness for the community-dwelling elderlypeople. Research into long-term effects of the intervention and health outcomes is recommended.

호스피스완화의료서비스 성과평가 도구개발

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and validate a hospice·palliative care performance measure which would cover more than just physical symptoms or quality of life. Methods: Through an intensive literature review, the author chose questions that measured aspects of physical, emotional, spiritual, social, or practical domains pertinent to hospice·palliative care for inclusion in the scale. Content validation of the questions was established by 15 hospice·palliative care professionals. A preliminary Hospice Palliative Care Performance Scale (HPCPS) of 20 questions was administered to 134 pairs of terminal cancer patients from 5 hospice palliative care units and their main family caregiver. A validation study was conducted to evaluate construct validity and internal consistency. Results: Factor analysis showed 14 significant questions in five subscales; Physical, Emotional, Spiritual, Social, and Patient’ rights. There were no significant differences between the ratings by patients and family members except for three out of the 14 questions. The measure demonstrated construct validity, and Cronbach’s α of the subscales ranged from .73 to .79. Conclusion: The HPCOS demonstrated acceptable validity and reliability. It can be used to assess effectiveness of hospice·palliative care for terminal cancer patients in practice and research.

델파이 방법을 이용한 완화의료 도우미 직무범위 개발

Purpose: Given the emergence of a new profession called a palliative care aide, this study aims to develop the scope of its practice using the Delphi consensus method. Methods: This study was participated by a panel of experts comprising 36 members who were involved in either hospice palliative care practice or making relevant policies. Through a four-step Delphi study, the feasibility of the duty, task and task element was examined. Among the results, items that scored over 4.0 out of 5.0 were selected. Results: The analysis of the Delphi study suggested four job duties, 15 tasks and 46 task elements to be included in the practice scope for palliative care aides. Conclusion: This study defined the scope of practice for palliative care aides, which is expected to prevent any conflict or confusion regarding their job and to promote the quality of their service. 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 델파이 합의방식을 통해 ‘완화의료 도우미’라는 새로운 직종의 직무범위를 개발하는 것이다. 방법: 호스피스 완화의료 실무와 정책에 관여하는 전문가 패널 36명이 참여하였고, 4단계에 걸친 델파이 조사를 통해 각 책무-과업-과업요소의 내용 타당도를 검증하였다. 내용 타당도는 5점 척도에서 4점 이상인 항목을 채택하였다. 결과: 4단계의 델파이 조사결과를 분석하여, 완화의료도우미의 직무로 책무 4개, 과업 15개, 과업요소 46개를최종 확정하였다. 결론: 본 연구를 통해 완화의료 도우미의 직무범위가명시되었으며, 이를 통해 역할갈등과 혼란을 예방하고서비스의 질 향상에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.
