교육정책연구의 동향 분석 : 2011년 - 2015년 주요 학술지 논문을 중심으로

본 연구는 최근 우리나라에서 수행된 교육정책관련 연구를 분석함으로써, 연구의 동향을 파악하고 이를 바탕으로 교육정책 발전의 관점에서 교육정책연구가 나아가야 할 방향을 제시 하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2011년부터 2015년까지 5년 동안의 국내 교육학 분야 주요 5개 학 술지에 게재된 논문 중 교육정책관련 364편을 선정하여 분석하였다. 분석틀은 선행연구를 바 탕으로 연구유형(정책내용연구, 정책과정연구, 정책메타연구, 기타 연구), 연구주제(대영역, 소 영역), 연구방법(문헌연구, 양적연구, 질적연구, 혼합연구), 정책적 제언(정책적 제언의 수준을 0-3단계로 구분)으로 구성되었다. 분석 결과, 정책연구는 정책과정에 관한 연구가 다수로 나타 났고, 연구주제의 경우 교육행정·재정, 중등교육, 고등교육 영역이 상대적으로 높은 비율을 차 지하였다. 연구방법의 경우 문헌분석법이 주로 활용되었으며, 정책적 제언의 경우 정책적 제 언을 시도한 연구들은 많았으나, 정책 제언이 심층적이거나 구체적이지 못한 것으로 나타났 다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 향후 교육정책 연구의 방향으로 첫째, 이론기반 및 논리 강화를 위한 정책내용 연구의 확대, 둘째 질적연구를 포함한 다양한 연구방법의 활용, 셋째 심도 있는 정책적 제언의 필요성을 제시하였다. 정책제언의 경우 단순한 방향 제시보다는 보 다 심층적이고, 정책결정자들에게 구체적인 시사점을 제시할 수 있는 제언이 필요하다는 점 을 강조하였다. 본 연구는 기존 연구에서 다루어지지 않았던 정책적 제언의 구체성을 분석하 였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyze recent research trends in educational policy field. A total number of 364 preceding research papers, published from 2011 to 2015, were selected and analyzed in five major academic journals in Korea. For this analysis, four large frameworks were used for analysis. First was a type of research frame with four small categories in policy contents research, policy process research, policy meta research, other policy researches. Second frame is regarding research theme. The third research framework is methodology used in each research paper. Fourth research framework is to analyze the level of policy implications that were provided in each research paper. Followings are major findings of this research. First, the results indicated that most frequent type of research topic was ‘policy process.’ Researches in secondary education, educational administration, and higher education were the highest number in the research theme frame. As for research methodology, literature analysis method was used most frequently, and most policy implications suggested from studies were not in-depth or concrete. Followings are implications drawn from this study. Future researches in educational policy studies should adapt more diversified research methodology especially qualitative method, and should provide more concrete and specific policy implications that can be used in actual education field.

치매노인 부양부담과 가족에 대한 개입방안

치매노인 가족에 대한 가족 치료적 개입을 하기 이전에 표적문제를 확인하고 문제의 심각도 (severity)를 사정하기 위하여 본 연구자가 개발한 한국 치매노인가족의 부양부담 사정도구를 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 이 사정도구에는 노인-주부양자관계의 부정적 변화, 전체 가족관계의 부정적 변화라는 가족관계 변화양상 뿐만 아니라 주부양자의 사회적 활동제한, 심리적 부담, 건강상의 부담, 재정 및 경제활동상의 부담 등 다른 부양부담 영역들을 동시에 측정할 수 있어 가족관계와 주부양자의 부양부담사이의 관련성을 파악할 수 있는 장점을 지니고 있다. 한 치매노인 가족을 대상으로 한 가족 치료적 접근에서의 개입의 표적은 Haley의 전략적 가족치료에서와 같이 역기능적 가족 상호작용의 연쇄과정이 되는 것이 타당하다. 즉, 치료자는 치료상황에서 전개되는 노인부양과 관련된 가족 상호작용의 연쇄과정을 면밀히 분석하여, 역기능적 가족 상호작용의 연쇄과정 중 일부 단계를 차단하여야 할 것이다. 역기능적 가족 상호 작용의 연쇄과정 중에서도 가장 변화가 용이한 것은 가족갈등으로 전이되기 이전의 3가지 단계가 아직 연결되지 못하도록 개입하는 것이 가장 바람직할 것이다. 코너영역 분산치 기반 코렐로그램을 이용한 형태검출

본 연구에서는 객체 코너의 분산치에 기반한 코렐로그램 형태검출 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 알고리즘은 다음 단계로 진행된다. 먼저 영상 내 객체의 코너 점을 추출한 후 이들의 분산치를 구한다. 그리고 각각의 코너영역들의 분산치 중 최대/최소값을 추출한다. 그리고 이 최대/최소값을 이용하여 코렐로그램 매핑을 한 후 유사도를 측정하게 된다. 제안된 기법은 영상 내에서 형태 구조가 분명한 객체의 실험에서 성능이 우수하였으며 객체의 이동이나 회전에도 강인하였으며 코너 패치 히스토그램을 이용한 형태 검색에 비해 약 0.03%의 향상된 recall을 나타내었다. This paper have proposed an object retrieval using the corners area variability based on correlogram. The proposed algorithm is processed as follows. First, the corner points of the object in an image are extracted and then the feature vectors are obtained. It are rearranged according to the number dimension and consist of sequence vectors. And the similarity based on the maximum of sequence vectors is measured. The proposed technique is invariant to the rotation or the transfer of the objects and more efficient in case that the objects present simple structure. In simulation that use Wang's database, the method presents that the recall property is improved by 0.03% and more than the standard corner patch histogram.

LED 색광의 음영구역에 대한 살오징어의 행동반응 및 LED 집어등의 어획성능

This study made a comparative analysis of behavioral reaction of squid to red (624nm), green (524nm), blue (460nm) & white LED light, its arrival time for the shadow section by making the shadow section in the central section of a water tank just like the bottom part of a squid jigging vessel, and on-site catching efficiency of LED fishing lamp with control fishing vessel. The color LED light showing the highest squidgathering rate as against the shadow section was found to be blue LED light with 39.3% rate under the dark (0.05lx) condition. Under the brighter condition than 0.05lx, white LED light was found to have the highest gathering rate of 41.5%. In addition, it was found that squid gathering rate was high at the shadow section which showed 6.3-fold brightness difference between the shadow section and bright section. As for the arrival time for the shadow section, blue LED light was found to be the fastest in attracting squids in 192.7 seconds under the dark condition while the red LED light was the fastest in luring squids in 164.6 seconds under the bright condition. The ratio of the squid-jigging operation and sailing in fuel consumption of the fishing vessel loaded with LED fishing lamp is about 7 to 1, showing most of the fuel is consumed more in sailing than in squid-jigging operation. As for a catch of squid, the control vessel loaded with MH (Metal Halide) fishing lamp had more catch of 600-7,080 squids than the vessel loaded with LED fishing lamp having a catch of 260-1,700 squids. In addition, even in the comparison of a catch per automatic jigging machine, the catch of the vessel loaded with MH fishing lamp excelled that of the vessel loaded with LED fishing lamp in 6 operations of squid jigging out of 9 operations. The ratio of hand-jigging and automatic jigging machine (one line) in the LED fishing lamp vessel was 1:1.1 excepting the case of having a catch only using an automatic jigging machine, showing almost the same with each other in catches, while in case of a MH fishing lamp vessel, its ratio against hand-jigging was 1 to 5.8, showing hand-jigging excelled in catches.

Decoys for automatic jigging machines, the body part of a squid hook, have been developed in small and existing sizes in consideration of squid food, color blindness, and retinomotor responses and in utilization of pearl pigment, PP of high transparency, and combined mixture. In comparison of the developed silver-white decoy and existing decoys, the optical characteristics were examined, and the fishing performance of small size silver-white squid hooks was assessed in application of 4 fishing boats with the squid automatic jigging machine and metal halide fishing lamp in July, 2012. The luminances of the three squid hook colors-green, dark green and silver-white-increased as the intensity of illumination increased. Among these, the increase of silver-white was particularly distinguished. As to the average contrast of squid hooks, that of silver-white was 10.33, which was the highest, and then green 1.86 and dark green -0.10 in the order. As to the fishing performance of the silver-white hook, that of the 202Geumyeong-ho and 101Yongjin-ho which caught squids were similar to that of the existing green hook and was relatively low in the case of the Dongbu-ho. However, that of the Haengbok-ho which caught relatively small squids whose average length was 19.9cm and installed silver-white hook in all automatic jigging machines was significantly excellent. In order to enhance the fishing performance of small size silver-white hooks, therefore, it would be effective to install in every automatic jigging machines of fishing boat and to start fishing before July by which small squids are caught.
