The purpose of this study is to analyze the interrelations the Khd(Groud Spring constant) using G/Gmax(Ground Response Analysis Modulas Ratio) to calculate the design earthquake earth pressure acting on the underground building structure using ground response analysis when calculating the design earth pressure according to the recently changed KDS related to underground structures and earthquakes (KDS 41 19, KDS 41 17). The ground properties input in the earthquake response analysis are based on the ground response analysis considering the nonlinearity of G/Gmax. Ground amplification displacement can be overestimated by the earth pressure calculated as the value corresponding to G and the ground reaction force coefficient Gmax.

This study aims to survey teachers``, students`` and parents`` opinions about the National Assessment of Educational Achievement (NAEA), and to improve the implementation and application of the results for their support. Based on the results of the survey, this study suggested six implications for the future NAEA in Korea. First, it is necessary to make clear what is the aim of the NAEA: increasing students`` achievement or reinforcing educational accountability. Second, the report card of the NAEA must include detailed information, such as instructional factors related to each question and what is needed for supplementary study. Third, the focus of the four key English skills must be balanced against one another, and the type of the test the students encounter must be changed so they may be familiar with it. Fourth, it is necessary to give supplementary teaching to sixth grade elementary students who are lower level in English during the vacation prior to entering middle school. Fifth, what is important about enhancing students`` academic abilities isn``t making them go to academies or giving them more after school programs, but instead focusing on the regular curriculum and offering them a proper environment for their own study. It is also necessary to provide an well-organized on-line support system for the NAEA. Last of all, the educational policy of the government at a national level must take into account less motivated students.
