지속적인 골프장의 공급과 코로나19의 영향으로 최근 2030세대는 물론 전반적인 골프인구가 급증한 가운데, 골프장 운영기업들은 기업의 차별화 전략을 통한 변신을 꾀하고 있다. 그러한 움직임중의 하나가 ‘명문골프장’이라는 이미지와 가치를 부여하는 작업이다. 골프장은 골프코스와 클럽으로 이루어진 것은 주지의 사실이나 대부분의 경우 골프코스에 대한 전반적인 개선을 통해 ‘명문’의 이미지를 부여하고 있다. 이러한 결과로 해외 골프코스평가기관에 의해 100대 골프코스 등에 선정되는 등의 결과를 가져오기도 했다. 하지만 아직까지 골프클럽이 명문성을 갖추기 위한 국내의 기준이나 조건은 제대로 정립되지 않은 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 명문골프크럽이 갖추어야 할 조건과 기준은 무엇인지에 대한 의문을 갖고 연구를 진행하였다. 연구결과 명문골프클럽이 갖추어야 할 조건으로 물리적 요소 등 4개의 요소와 23개의 중간항목 그리고 65개의 세부기준을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 국내의 골프클럽의 명문성의 조건에 대한 첫 연구로서 의미를 가지며, 추가적인 연구를 통해 기업들에게 객관적 조건과 기준을 제공함으로써 국내골프문화의 다양성과 발전을 이룰수 있기를 기대한다. With the continuous supply of golf courses and the impact of Corona 19, the golf course operator is trying to transform through corporate differentiation strategies while the general golf population as well as the 2030 generation has increased rapidly. One of such movements is to give the image and value of a 'prestigious golf course'. It is a well-known fact that a golf course consists of a golf course and a club, but in most cases, the image of a 'prestigious' is given through the overall improvement of the golf course. As a result, it was selected as one of the top 100 golf courses by overseas golf course evaluation agencies. However, the domestic standards or conditions for golf clubs to have a prestigious reputation have not yet been properly established. Therefore, this study was conducted with a question about what conditions and standards a prestigious golf club should have. As a result of the study, 4 factors including physical factors, 23 intermediate items, and 65 detailed criteria were suggested as conditions that a prestigious golf club should meet. This study is meaningful as the first study on the conditions of prestige of domestic golf clubs, and it is expected that the diversity and development of domestic golf culture can be achieved by providing objective conditions and standards to companies through additional research.
골프관련 하위문화(subculture)에 관한 연구동향 및 미래과제에 대한 탐색적 연구

본 연구의 목적은 여가스포츠로써 골프분야의 하위문화 연구에 대한 경향성을 분석하는데 있다. 국내에 골프가 소개된 이후 우여곡절을 거친 골프산업은 코로나19의 영향에도 불구하고, 그 수요가 폭발적으로 증가하여 골프대중화 시대에 맞하게 되었다. 이러한 시대적 상황을 고려할 때, 골프는 경기스포츠이기도 하지만 여가 및 사교스포츠로서의 다양한 역할을 수행하고 있다. 본 연구는 다양한 하위문화의 개념을 소개한 다음, 지금까지의 골프관련 하위문화에 대한 연구들이 어떤 개념을 활용했는지를 알아보았다. 이를 위해 2000년 이후 연구된 6편의 논문을 분석하였고, 질적 연구방법으로 문화기술지 연구방법을 활용하였다. 그 결과 대부분이 연구자가 설정한 명확한 하위문화 개념없이 연구를 진행한 것으로 파악되었다. 또한 대부분의 연구의 연구대상이 인적 자원에 한정되어 진행됨으로써 연구의 한계를 가져오는 결과를 가져오게 되었다. 하위문화의 개념은 학자마다 상이하고, 다양한 해석이 가능하기 때문에 명확한 개념의 선정이 필수적이라고 판단되었다. 지난 연구들의 경향성 분석을 통해 연구들이 가지는 한계점을 확인하였고, 향후 연구에서는 보다 다양한 개념의 적용 및 연구대상의 확장이 기대된다. 추가적인 연구는 골프산업 및 여가스포츠 분야의 하위문화에 대한 이해와 발전방안을 도출할것으로 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the tendency of subculture research in the field of golf as a leisure sport. The golf industry, which has gone through ups and downs since the introduction of golf in Korea, has met the era of popularization of golf as its demand has exploded despite the impact of COVID-19. Considering the current situation, golf is a game sport, but it plays various roles as a leisure and social sport. This study introduces the concepts of various subcultures, and then examines the concepts used in the studies on golf-related subcultures so far. For this purpose, six papers researched since 2000 were analyzed, and the cultural descriptive journal research method was used as a qualitative research method. As a result, it was found that most of the studies were conducted without a clear subculture concept established by the researcher. In addition, most of the research subjects were limited to human resources, which led to the limitations of the research. Since the concept of subculture is different for each scholar and various interpretations are possible, it was judged that the selection of a clear concept was essential. The limitations of these studies were confirmed through the trend analysis of past studies, and future research is expected to apply more diverse concepts and expand research subjects. Additional research is expected to draw understanding and development plans for the subculture of the golf industry and leisure sports.

In a large two-stroke diesel engine, it is of great economic importance to minimize the cylinder wear and the consumption rate of cylinder oil. The home-manufactured motor-drive cylinder lubricator is first developed by the industry-university cooperation. The effects of revolution speed, oil temperature and plunger stroke length on oil flow rate, injection delay duration and maximum delivery and injection pressures are experimentally investigated by the developed cylinder lubricator in this study. The maximum delivery pressure of oil line 0.03m and the maximum injection pressure of oil line 6.78m away from the end of lubricating slot are risen as plunger stroke and revolution speed are increased, but the maximum delivery and injection pressures are lowered as the oil temperature is increased without plunger stroke length.<br/>

In the automobile steering system, Tie-rod acts as a sacrificial part to protect the inner steering gear such as rack and pinion. Therefore, the allowable maximum buckling load is crucial design constraint as well as minimum buckling load. The previous model was recognized to be overdesigned so that it should be remodeled to reduce critical buckling load. In this paper, we showed design method of bent outer Tie-rod giving initial imperfection with eigen buckling mode. However, the bent design brings about mass gain although it makes substantial decrease of critical buckling load. So we set the multi-objective optimizing problem to minimize the value of critical buckling load and mass gain with two kinds of structure design variables – scale factor & bent length. As a result, we obtained the optimum parameters that reduced critical buckling load by 64.96%, and 9.05% mass gain.
