        흰색 꽃이 피는 내병, 조기 개화종 유채 ‘중모 7003’

        A new rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) variety ‘Jungmo 7003’ is with early flowering and disease tolerance, which has white petals. ‘Jungmo 7003’ was developed from the cross between ‘Tower’ as female parent and ‘AB130’ as male parent in 1983. The selection for advanced lines with white flower had been done by the pedigree method. A promising line, ‘83025-B-1-1-2’, was selected and designated as the name of ‘Mokpo113’. It had good results from regional adaptation yield trials at four locations for two years from 2013 to 2014 and was released as the name of ‘Jungmo 7003’. ‘Jungmo 7003’ has light-green and middle parted leaf, light-green stem and black seed coat. Since, the prominent very special trait of ‘Jungmo 7003’ is white flower, it can be used for landscaping purposes created farm-art images. The flowering date of ‘Jungmo 7003’ was 16th April and ripening date was 5th June. The yield of ‘Jungmo 7003’ was 207 kg/10a, which was 6% lower than ‘Hanlayuchae in regional adaptation trials. ‘Jungmo 7003’ showed high resistance to screrotium. The oil content of ‘Jungmo 7003’ was 43.8%. In fatty acid composition of ‘Jungmo 7003’, oleic acid content is 68.4%, which is 1.2% higher than ‘Hanlayuchae . ‘Jungmo 7003’ will be adaptable to southwestern area including Jeonllanam-do, Jeollabuk-do and Gyeongsangnam-do and Jeju island of Korea.

        부인과 악성종양 환자에서 복합 항암화학요법에 따른 세포독성에 대한 Amifostine 의 임상효과에 관한 연구

        N/A Objective : Amifostine (Ethyol(R)), an organic thiophosphate, has shown the ability to protect normal, but not neoplastic, tissues from the damaging effects of chemotherapy and radiotherapy in various kinds of cancers. This study was designed to determine ifostine could reduce the serious hematologic and nephrologic toxicities associated with cisplatin based combination chemotherapy in gynecologic cancer patients. Patients and Methods : Forty patients who received cisplatin-based combination chemotherapy were randomized into two groups. They received chemotherapy with or without pretreatment of amifostine before each course. The occurrence of hematologic and renal toxicities were evaluated. Stastical analysis was done by independent t-test and Chi-square test. Results : Hematologic toxicity was evaluated with nadir count of neutrophil and platelet. The nadir count of neutrophil was 2034.2±1199.20/μl in group with pretreatment using amifostine vs 1070.85±472.66/μl in control group (p<0.01). Platelet count was not statistically different. (p<0.16) Grade 3 neutropenia was observed in nine (45%) patients in pretreatment group vs four (20%) patients with control group (p<0.09). Grade 4 neutropenia occurred in one patient only in control group. Renal toxicity was evaluated by serum creatinine and creatinine clearance. Protracted serum creatinine elevation was not significant in both groups. (p<0.14) Reduction of creatinine clearance was less in patients with pretreatment (p<0.01). There were no significant side reactions in subjects using amifostine. Conclusion : Pretreatment with amifostine reduces the neutropenia and nephrotoxicity associated with cisplatin-based combination chemotherapy with gynecologic cancer patients.

        폴리에틸렌글리콜 상이동 촉매를 이용한 디페닐메탄의 산화반응

        보통의 산화조건에서는 산화되기 어려운 diphenylmethane (pKa = 33.4)을 상이동 촉매와 고체인 potassium tert-butoxide를 염기로 사용하여 상온과 상압에서 산화시켜 benzophenone을 합성하였다. 4급염인 benzylytriethylammonium chloride, tetrabutyl ammonium bisulphate, tetrabutylphosponium chloride 등은 이 반응에 활성이 없었으나 18-crown-6와 폴리에틸렌글리콜은 촉매활성을 나타내었다. 같은 무게나 같은 몰수의 폴리에틸렌글리콜을 상이동 촉매로 사용한 경우 모두에서 diphenylmethane의 전화율은 폴리에틸렌글리콜의 사슬길이가 길수록 증가하였다. Diphenylmethane의 반출속도는 교반속도가 클수록 증가하였고, 비양성자성 용매인 DMF를 사용한 경우가 벤젠을 용매로 사용한 경우보다 높은 반응속도를 나타내었다. Diphenylmethane (pKa = 33.4), which is difficult to be oxidized in normal oxidation conditions, was oxidized to produce benzophenone at ambient temperature and atmospheric pressure by using phase transfer catalysts and solid potassium tert-butoxide as base. Quaternary salt such as benzyltriethylammonium chloride, tetrabutyl ammonium bisulfate, tetrabutylphosponium chloride, are ineffective catalysts for this reaction, but 18-crown-6 and polyethylene glycols showed catalytic activity. The conversion of diphenylmethane was increased with increasing chain length of PEG molecules when they are used as phase transfer catalysts both in equal molar and equal weight basis. The conversion of diphenylmethane was increased with the agitation speed, and aprotic solvent like DMF showed higher reaction rate compared with benzene.

        Aliquat 336 상이동 촉매하에서 디페닐메탄의 산화에 의한 벤조페논의 합성

        본 연구는 Aliquat 336 상이동 촉매와 potassium tert-butoxide 염기를 사용하여 상온에서 디페닐메탄올 산화시켜 벤조페논을 합성하는데 관한 것이다. 4급 암모늄염 촉매 존재하에서는 벤조페논이 합성되지 않는다고 보고된 다른 연구결과와는 달리 Aliquat 336 촉매로 상온에서 30% 이상의 벤조페논 수율을 얻었다. Aliquat 336 촉매의 양과 potassium tert-butoxide의 양이 증가할수록 디페닐메탄의 전화율이 증가하였다. 산소의 분압이 높을수록 유기용매에 녹아 있는 산소의 농도가 증가하여 전화율과 선택도가 상승하였다. 또한 A1iquat 336 촉매의 역할이 포함된 반응 메카니즘을 제시하였다. Synthesis of benzophenone by oxidation of diphenylmethane at room temperature is studied using Aliquat 336 as phase transfer catalyst and potassium tert-butoxide as base. No other study has shown that diphenylmethane can be oxidized to benzophenone with quaternary ammonium salt as phase transfer catalyst. However, in presence of Aliquat 336, higher than 30% of benzophenone was yielded. The conversion of diphenylmethane was increased with increasing amount of Aliquat 336 and potassium tart-butoxide. Higher partial pressure of oxygen favored conversion of diphenylmethane and selectivity of benzophenone by increasing the concentration of oxygen in organic solvent. A reaction mechanism involving the role of Aliquat 336 was also proposed.

        N/A Although recently the incidence of heterotopic pregnancies are increasing because of assisted reproduction, heterotopyic pregnancies were rare with an incidence of 1 per 30,000 pregnancies. In this presentation, we describe a case of combined intrauterine and cervical pregnancy after artificial abortion. The patient was treated by local injection of methotrexate directly into gestational sac under the guidance of sonogram after systemic methotrexate treatment. The gestational products were removed by dilatation & currettage due to persistent vaginal bleeding on the next day. So we report a case with a brief review of the literatures.
