멜트블로운 폴리프로필렌/실리카 에어로겔 부직포의 제조와 단열 특성 분석

To develop heat insulation fabrics with lightweight, low volume and excellent thermal insulation properties, in this study, a binder-free polypropylene/silica aerogel nonwoven fabric with an area density of ${\sim}79.7g/m^2$ was fabricated via a facile melt-blowing process, and its structure, thermal conductivity and thermal insulation properties were investigated. For comparison, a polyester hollow fiber nonwoven having a similar area density of ${\sim}84.6g/m^2$ was prepared by needle-punching. Additionally, a series of composite nonwoven fabrics was prepared by layering the melt-blown polypropylene/silica aerogel nonwoven and the polyester hollow fiber nonwoven in various combinations, and their thermal insulation properties and thermal conductivity were analyzed. Scanning electron microscopic analyses revealed that 5 wt% silica aerogel added during the melt-blown process was adhered well to polypropylene fiber surfaces of the nonwoven fabric. As a result, the melt-blown polypropylene/silica aerogel nonwoven fabric exhibited a low thermal conductivity of $43mW/m{\cdot}K$ and relatively high level of thermal insulation performance, although its thickness (~1.5 mm) was lower than that (~2.2 mm) of needle-punched polyester hollow fiber nonwoven with a similar area density. The thermal conductivity was lowered and thermal insulation performance was improved, as the melt-blown polypropylene/silica aerogel nonwoven fabric was layered. It was also found that increasing the number of melt-blown polypropylene/silica aerogel nonwoven fabric layers in the composite nonwoven fabrics layered in various combinations decreased the thermal conductivity and improved the thermal insulating properties.

만성 간질환 치료의 최신 지견 ; 만성 B형 간염 치료

Despite the introduction of hepatitis B virus (HBV) vaccine for over 20 years now, HBV infection remains an important health problem. Antiviral treatment of chronic hepatitis B has dramatically changed over the last decade. A variety of therapeutic options are now available for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B infection, including four nucleos (t) ide analogues (i.e lamivudine, adefovir, entecavir and clevudine), along with standard and pegylated interferon. Newer oral nucleos (t) ide analogues that include tenofovir, emtricitabine and telbivudine are soon likely to be approved in Korea. Given the wide array of choices and the complex nature of chronic hepatitis B (CHB) infection, selection of the appropriate therapeutic agent can be challenging for clinicians. To help guide clinicians in treating patients with CHB, the Korean Association for the Study of the Liver published a guideline in 2004, which was subsequently revised in 2007 on the basis of new developments in the field. This review includes the range of treatment options and criteria for determining when and how to most effectively intervene with antiviral therapy for chronically infected patients with HBV. The diagnostic assessment of liver fibrosis is an important step in the management of patients with chronic liver diseases. Liver biopsy is considered the gold standard to assess necroinflammation and fibrosis. However, recent technical advances have introduced numerous serum biomarkers and imaging tools using elastography as noninvasive alternatives to biopsy. Serum markers can be direct or indirect markers of the fibrosis process. The elastography-based studies include transient elastography, acoustic radiation force imaging, supersonic shear wave imaging and magnetic resonance elastography. As accumulation of clinical data shows that noninvasive tests provide prognostic information of clinical relevance, non-invasive diagnostic tools have been incorporated into clinical guidelines and practice. 혼합로짓모형을 이용한 샴푸 구매에 대한 소비자 선호 분석

The purpose of this study is to analyze consumer preference for attributes of Shampoo and to calculate both consumer`s marginal willingness-to-pay and relative importance of each attribute. Conjoint survey method is used to collect state preference data for 500 consumers who live around Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon area. In addition, Mixed logit model is used and estimated by using Bayesian estimation method. Estimation results show that functionality of scalp care is the most prefer among functionality of shampoo and perfume extracted from plant is more prefer than perfume extracted from fruit. For consumer`s median marginal willingness-to-pay, functionality of scalp care and preventing hair loss is 72,600 won and 41,700 won, respectively. Thus, the results of this study provide useful information to related companies which are try to develop new products of shampoo.
코로나 바이러스로 인한 폐 섬유증에 대한 호흡물리치료 임상사례

Purpose : This case study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of respiratory physical therapy for pulmonary fibrosis caused by coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19). Methods : A patient with pulmonary fibrosis caused by COVID-19 underwent respiratory physical therapy and education for diaphragmatic breathing patterns, ventilatory movement strategies, positioning for dyspnea relief, diaphragmatic controlled breathing, and airway clearance techniques for 3–4 months. Results : The patients with pulmonary fibrosis caused by COVID-19 who presented with dyspnea, fatigue, and general weakness showed improvement after 3–4 months of respiratory physical therapy. The oxygen supply was reduced from 3 L/min with a T-piece to 1 L/min using a nasal cannula, thereby stabilizing the patient’s breathing. In addition, functional mobility, such as bridging, rolling, sitting on a bed, and wheelchair transfer on a bed, became possible, and symptoms could be alleviated using a diaphragm breathing pattern for dyspnea. Conclusion : The results of the intervention indicate that respiratory physiotherapy is an essential interventional approach for pulmonary fibrosis caused by COVID-19.
