        농촌지역개발사업 추진과정의 갈등특성 연구 - 권역단위종합정비사업 참여 주체 인식조사를 중심으로 -

        This study aims to offer base line data for efficient conflicts control measures by first, analyzing the current situation of the regional comprehensive development project and second, identifying level, type and cause of the conflicts appeared during the development business promotion. For this purpose, theoretical side of this study establishes a basic frame by reviewing the existing researches in order to analyze the characteristics of the conflicts between the participation subjects in the development business, and the empirical side conducts survey and analysis on the awareness on these conflicts. As a result of the analysis, the survey revealed the followings. First, the respondents were aware of the overall promotions of the business quite positively, second, the conflicts were considered as a major obstacle against the development project promotion just as the other negative factors, third, majority of the responses on the seriousness of the conflicts were neutral which meant that the conflicts could be deepened by situations, fourth, most respondents had positive recognition on the needs of conflict control training and its effectiveness, and last but not least, most respondents of the survey revealed their intentions to take parts in trouble shooting from the conflicts. Based on the results above, we were able to extract several elements to consider preparing the countermeasures for the conflicts. First, specific plan should be arranged and institutionalized in order to control the conflicts between the residents at the initial stage of the development business or even before. Second, the specific plan must lower its threshold for easy participation of the residents in that region and make the residents main body of the conflict control. Third, enhanced conflict control education must be provided to the residents of the region where comprehensive development plan is in progress or being prepared.

      • Effects of Amitriptyline and Imipramine on Superoxide Generation, Myeloperoxidase Release, Leukotriene $B_4$ in Human Neutrophils

        삼환계 항우울제들은 calmodulin 억제 작용을 갖고 있으며, 칼슘 유입, 산화성 인산화 반응 및 ATPase 활성도를 억제하는 것으로 제시되고 있지만 사람 호중구에서의 기능 표현에 대한 효과는 밝혀져 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 amitriptyline, imipramine과 doxepine이 superoxide와 $H_2O_2$ 생성, myeloperoxidase 유리, leukotriene $B_4$ 생성과 세포내 칼슘의 상승에 나타나는 효과를 조사하였다. 변성된 IgG에 의하여 활성화된 호중구에서 superoxide와 $H_2O_2$ 생성은 amitriptyline, imipramine과 doxepine에 의하여 억제되었고 EDTA, EGTA, verapamil과 bepredil은 superoxide 생성을 억제하였다. Chlorpromazine, trifluoperazine, staurosporine 및 H-7 또한 superoxide 생성을 억제하였다. PMA에 의한 superoxide 생성은 amitriptyline, imipramine과 doxepine, chlorpromazine과 H-7에 의하여 억제되었다. Amitriptyline, imipramine, chlorpromazine과 trifluoperazine은 변성된 IgG에 의한 myeloperoxidase 유리를 억제하였다. 변성된 IgG에 의하여 활성화된 호중구에서 $LTB_4$와 5-HETE 형성은 amitriptyline, imipramine과 doxepine에 의하여 억제되었다. 변성된 IgG에 의한 세포내 칼슘의 증가는 amitriptyline, imipramine, doxepine, chlorpromazine과 EGTA에 의하여 억제되었고, verapamil은 세포내 칼슘의 증가를 약간 억제하였으나 H-7은 세포내 칼슘의 증가에 영향이 없었다. 이상의 결과로부터 변성된 IgG에 의하여 활성화된 호중구에서의 respiratory burst, myeloperoxidase 유리와 LTB, 생성에 대한 amitriptyline, imipramine과 doxepine의 억제효과는 칼슘동원, calmodulin과 protein kinase C의 억제에 기인할 것으로 추정된다. A number of tricyclic antidepressants appear to have inhibitory action on calmodulin. Although amitriptyline, imipramine and doxepine have been shown to inhibit calcium uptake, oxidative phosphorylation and ATPase activities, effects of amitriptyline, imipramine and doxepine on functional responses of human neutrophils have not been elucidated. In this study, effects amitriptyline, imipramine and doxepine on superoxide and hydrogen peroxide generation, myeloperoxidase release, leukocriene B4 formation and intracellular calcium level were investigated. Superoxide and hydrogen peroxide production in heat aggregated IgG-activated neutrophils were inhibited by amitriptyline, imipramine and doxepine. EDTA, EGTA, verapamil and bepredil inhibited heat aggregated IgG-induced superoxide production. Chlorpromazine, trifluoperazine, staurosporine and H-7 also inhibited it. PMA-induced superoxide production was inhibited by amitriptyline, imipramine, doxepine, chlorpromazine and H-7. Amitriptyline, imipramine, chlorpromazine and trifluoperazine inhibited the myeloperoxidase release by heat aggregated IgG. Productions of $LTB_4$, and 5-HETE in heat aggregated IgG-activated neutrophils were inhibited by amitriptyline, imipramine and doxepine. In neutrophils, elevation of intracellular calcium induced by heat aggregated IgG was inhibited by amitriptyline, imipramine, doxepine, chlorpromazine and EGTA, while verapamil slightly inhibited increase of intracellular calcium and H-7 did not inhibit it. These results suggest that the inhibitory effect of amitriptyline, imipramine and doxepine on respiratory burst, myeloperoxidase release and LTB4 production in heat aggregated IgG-activated neutrophils appears to be ascribed to the inhibition of calcium mobilization, calmodulin and protein kinase C.

      • Influences of Divalent Cations and Membrane Phosphorylation Inhibitors on $Na^+-Ca^{++}$ Exchange in Synaptosomes

        소듐에 의한 칼슘의 유리는 verapamil, TTX, TEA의 영향을 받지 않았다. $100\;{\mu}M\;Cd6{++}$과 $Zn^{++}$은 소듐에 의한 칼슘 유출을 유의하게 억제하였다. $Cd^{++}$은 $Ki\;100\;{\mu}M\;Cd6{++}$로써 비상경적으로 소듐-칼슘 교환이동을 억제하였다. $Cd^{++}$은 SH기의 산화를 초래하였으나, $Zn^{++}$은 거의 영향을 나타내지 않았다. $Cd^{++}$과 $Zn^{++}$은 $Na^+-Ca^{++}$ ATPase를 효과적으로 억제하였으나 $Ca^{++}-Mg^{++}$ ATPase를 약간 억제시켰다. Carbonyl cyanide chlorophenylhydrazone, 2,4-dinitrophenol과 sodium arsenate는 소듐에 의한 칼슘 유리를 촉진하였다. Dibucaine과 oligomycin은 소듐에 의한 칼슘의 유리를 약간 억제하였으나, 이에 반하여 ouabain은 약간 촉진하였다. 이상의 실험 결과로부터 신경 세포막에서의 소듐-칼슘 교환은 이온 통로를 통하여 이루어지지 않을 것으로 시사되었다. 소듐-칼슘 교환이동은 $Cd^{++}$에 민감하게 억제되고 이 이동기전에 synaptosome막의 SH기가 관여할 것으로 사료되었다. 또한 소듐-칼슘 교환은 세포막 단백질 성분의 인산화 반응 동안에 억압될 것으로 추정되었다. Verapamil, tetrodotoxin and tetraethylammonium chloride in the stated amount did not affect the $Na^{++}$ induced $Ca^{++}$ release. $Cd^{++}$ and $Zn^{++}$ significantly inhibited the $Na^{++}$ induced $Ca^{++}$ release. $Mn^{++}$ also inhibited $Na^+-Ca^{++}$ exchange. $Cd^{++}$ inhibited $Na^+-Ca^{++}$ exchange noncompetitively with an apparent inhibition constant (Ki) of $100\;{\mu}M$. $Cd^{++}$ caused loss of sulfhydryl group, whereas $Zn^{++}$ did not show any significant effect. $Cd^{++}$ and $Zn^{++}$ effectively inhibited $Na^+-Ca^{++}$ ATPase and slightly inhibited $Ca^{++}-Mg^{++}$ ATPase. Carbonyl cyanide chlorophenylhydrazone, 2,4-dinitrophenol and sodium arsenate stimulated the $Na^{++}$ induced $Ca^{++}$ release. Dibucaine and oligomycin slightly inhibited it. The results suggest that the $Na^+-Ca^{++}$ exchange on the synaptosomal plasma membrane may be not accomplished by ion channels. The $Na^+-Ca^{++}$ exchange is sensitively inhibited by $Cd^{++}$ and this transport process appears to be partially regulated by sulfhydryl groups of the synaptosomal plasma membrane. It is also postulated that $Na^+-Ca^{++}$ exchange is suppressed during the phosphorylation reaction of protein component on the neuronal membrane.

        패모(Fritillaria thunbergii Miquel)의 항균, 항혈전 및 항산화 활성 평가

        패모는 한국, 일본, 중국 지역에 분포하는 백합과 인경식물로 오래전부터 진해, 거담제 및 편도염, 기관지염에 이용되어 왔다. 그러나, 오랫동안 진행되어 온 기내배양, 휴면타파, 성분분석에 대한 연구와 달리 생리활성에 대한 연구는 거의 없는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 패모로부터 메탄올 추출물을 조제하고, 이로부터 다양한 유기용매 분획물을 조제하여 이들의 항균, 항혈전 및 항산화 활성을 평가하였다. 패모의 메탄올 추출물은 다량의 수용성 당을 포함하고 있으며(물 잔류물 58.98%), 지용성 오일도 상당량 포함하였다(헥산 분획물 14.85%). 항균 활성의 경우, 에틸아세테이트 및 부탄올 분획물 500 ㎍/disc에서 E. coli를 제외한 실험세균 모두에서 우수한 항세균 활성이 나타났으며, 항진균 활성은 모든 시료에서 나타나지 않았다. 항혈전 활성은 메탄올 추출물에서 우수하였으며, 헥산, 에틸아세테이트 및 부탄올 분획물은 2.4 ㎎/㎖ 농도에서 모두 300초 이상의 연장된 트롬빈 타임을 나타내었고, 특히 에틸아세테이트 분획은 1.2 ㎎/㎖ 농도에서 95.4초를 나타내어 항혈전 제인 아스피린 활성과 유사하였다. 메탄올 추출물 및 분획물의 항산화 활성 평가 결과, 에틸아세테이트 분획 및 부탄올 분획이 368.2 및 344.0 ㎍/㎖의 IC??를 나타내어 우수한 DPPH 소거능을 나타내었으며, SOD 유사활성은 55∼63%로, vitamin C의 20∼25%, 환원력의 경우 BHT의 51∼54%를 나타내어 우수한 항산화 활성을 가짐을 확인하였다. Beimu (Fritillaria thunbergii Miquel), a bulbous plant of Liliaceae found in Korea, Japan and China, has been used as an antitussive and expectorant agent, and is also useful in alleviating stonsillitis and bronchiolitis. Most researches have been focused on micropropagation and plant regeneration, component analysis, and dormancy relieving of beimu. Reports regarding the biological activity of beimu, such as anti-Helicobacter pyroli or platelet aggregation inhibition activity, are few and not widely available. In this study, methanol extract and its organic solvent fractions were prepared from Fritillaria thunbergii Miquel and their antimicrobial, antithrombin, and antioxidant activities were evaluated, respectively. The methanol extract contained lots of water- soluble materials (58.98%) and hexane-soluble oils (14.85%). The ethylacetate and butanol fraction at 500 ㎍/disc concentration showed strong antibacterial activity against tested bacteria, except Escherichia coli. Antifungal activity was not observed in methanol extract and its fractions. The hexane, ethylacetate and butanol fractions showed strong antithrombin activity at 4.8 ㎎/㎖ concentration. Especially, the ethylacetate fraction showed 95.4 sec of thrombin time at a concentration of 1.2 ㎎/㎖, which is comparable to aspirin, a widely used antithrombosis agent. For antioxidation activity, the ethylacetate and butanol fraction showed good 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl hydrazyl scavenging activity (IC?? of 344∼368 ㎍/㎖). In superoxide dismutase-like activity and reducing power, the fractions showed 20∼25% of vitamin C, and 51∼54% of butyl hydroxytoluene, respectively.

        복합트레이닝이 저성장 중학교 남학생의 신장, 유연성, 다리 및 허리 근기능에 미치는 영향

        training on height, flexibility, legs and waist muscular function in slow growth middle school male students for 24 weeks. Subjects were 10 who came to Growth and Health KINESS. Data were analyzed using paired sample t-test. As a results, after 24 weeks, the improvement ratio of the height, flexibility, legs and waist muscular more than before. In conclusion, the complex training for improve in flexibiltiy, legs and waist muscular effects positively on height for short stature students. Especially, improvement of legs and waist muscular was significant.

        주관적 소리인식에 관한 설문조사 연구

        This research aims to derive the general emotion and preference of the 25 sounds by using the questionnaire method to provide the contents for the soundscape design fit to the characteristics of the given situation. The results can be summarized as follows : Nature sounds except dog barking and locust crying showed highest preference, and the traffic sounds, baby crying and footstep of upper floor showed the lowest. Hereby, the sound recognition can be different each other according to quality of tone and situation even they are the same sounds. The most impressive, wanted to be conserved and retrospective sound was the nature sound, and the most wanted to be removed sound was the machinery sound. And the social sound was shown as the most korean and fit to the art theme street.
