SOA 기반 애플리케이션 개발을 위한 Agile 프레임워크

최근 다양한 비즈니스 모델 및 컴퓨팅 환경이 웹 서비스로 집결됨에 따라 웹 애플리케이션 형태의 다양한 제품들이 개발되고 있다. 이에 따라 국내외 대부분의 기업/조직들이 웹 소프트웨어 개발에 있어서 SOA(Service Oriented Architecture)를 적용한 사례들이 늘어나고 있다. SOA는 네트워크가 가용한 소프트웨어 자원에 대해 느슨한 결합과 프로토콜 독립 그리고 표준화 분산 컴퓨팅 접근방법 이다. SOA는 다양한 기업의 서비스 조합을 통한 프로세스의 통합을 요구하는 비즈니스 사용자의 신속함과 융통성을 제공하는 향후 기업의 관심 있는 기술이다. 하지만 SOA의 표준모델에서는 특정한 개발 방법론이 제시되지 않아 기존의 방법론들을 적용하여 개발하거나 SOA 솔루션 업체에서 제안하는 방법론으로 SOA 기반 애플리케이션을 구축하고 있다. 이로 인해 SOA를 초기 도입하는 기업의 경우 개별 프로젝트 단위에서 부분적 도입에 그치고 있어서 SOA의 장점 활용하는 것이 제한적이다. 본 논문에서는 소규모 웹 프로젝트의 생산성 향상과 SOA의 효과적 적용을 위해 Agile 개발 방법론을 SOA에 적용하는 프레임워크를 제안한다. SOA 아키텍처를 기반으로 하여 Agile 방법론을 도입한 아키텍처를 설계 구현하며 프레임워크 개발과정에서 필요한 다양한 Practice요소를 도입하여 프로세스 모델을 제안한다. 프레임워크 실행을 통해 향상된 개발속도와 고객의 변화하는 요구 수용성 및 유지보수성 향상을 평가하게 된다. Various business model and computing environments are currently merged into web services and many web related application products are also develop. Most of IT enterprises in Korea use the Service-oriented architecture (SOA) whenever they develop the web applications. SOA is an approach to loosely coupled, protocol independent, standards-based distributed computing where software resources available on the network are considered as Services. SOA is believed to become the future enterprise technology solution that promises the agility and flexibility the business users have been looking for by leveraging the integration process through composition of the services spanning multiple enterprises. But, There are no specific development methodology to apply into SOA standard model until now. The developer uses the currently existing methodology to develop the application with SOA. The users have some limitations to use it. In this paper, we suggest a Frameworks for applying agile methodology into SOA to address the productivity and quality of small web related project. We design and implement a frameworks architecture for applying the agile method into SOA and describe the process model to implement it. We finally evaluate the frameworks with productivity, flexibility and maintainability.

Wolff-Hirschorn Syndrome (WHS) 환아의 치과 치료 -증례보고-

Wolff-Hirschorn syndrome is a condition that is caused by a deletion of genetic material near the end of the short (p) arm of chromosome 4. The major features of this disorder include a characteristic facial appearance, delayed growth and development, intellectual disability, and seizures. A 9-year-old girl was brought to the clinic with a chief complaint of dental examination. The child was diagnosed as WHS at Samsung medical center. The child was under Sodium valproate, Atrovastatin medication for epilepsy, hyperlipidemia and had a history of heart surgery. So prophylactic antibiotics were recommended. The child was mentally retarded and had seizure so it was difficult to manage her behavior effectively. Thus dental treatment was carried out under general anesthesia. For prompt sedation induction we used 8% sevoflurane shortly. This report presents the case of a 9-year-old girl with WHS, who has received treatment for extensive caries under general anesthesia.

사업 단계별 의사결정 지원 게이트웨이 리뷰 체계 구축

As Urban Regeneration is being carried out, stakeholders are most likely to have disagreements on their interests. Besides, dispersion of numerous communication routes and obscure decision processes aggravate the situation. Eventually, fragmented decision-making processes and complex structure lead to inefficient outcome and delay of projects. This paper is a study on decision-making support not only helps the program manager have more efficient and optimum decision, but also provides alternatives for Urban Regeneration. This study is conducted as follows. Firstly, the project process and the decision-making structure among stakeholders in Urban Regeneration are analyzed, and then the current status of decision-making in Urban Regeneration project is classified. Secondly, with literature study on "Gateway Review", the decision-making gateway review process in Urban Regeneration is defined, and then the "Gateway Review Elements" are listed. Thirdly, to establish gateway review process, this paper presents a check points, namely gate which supports a program manager to monitor and to control the program management in Urban Regeneration. Each gate has several supporting tools such as diagram of critical decision points relation, scheme of stakeholder, checklist. Fourthly, the proposed concept is verified by experts who have been carefully selected to provide their respective reviews. Finally, decision-making support gateway review system is modified based on their critiques and suggestions. 최근 증가하고 있는 도시환경정비사업, 재개발 사업 등과 같이 민 관이 함께 주관시행주체로서 참여하는 도시재생사업은 관리영역 혹은 주관주체에 따라 다수의 독립된 프로젝트로 구분할 수 있으며 각 프로젝트는 고유의 업무 프로세스에 의해 수행된다. 다수의 프로젝트가 병행 혹은 순차적으로 진행됨에 따라 프로그램 거버넌스 개념이 적용된 관리방안으로써 사업단 계별 검토와 협의가 요구되는 지점(Gate)을 시행주체와 다수의 참여자가 공통으로 인지하고 프로젝트의 특성을 반영하여 설정하는 것이 중요하다. 또한 사업단계별 이해관계자의 역할과 책임이 규정되고 의사결정을 위한 객관적인 필요정보가 공유될 수 있을 때 신뢰가 형성되며 결국 이해관계자간의 상충구도에서 협력구도로의 전환을 기대할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 도시재생사업과 같은 메가프로젝트(Mega Project)의 시행주체가 사업관리를 효과적으로 수행할 수 있도록 사업단계별 주요 의사결정 지원도구로서 게이트웨이 리뷰(Gateway Review) 체계 구축을 제시한다.

노후 공업단지 공장 임대료 형성요인 분석

There has been little or no progress made since the Ministry of Land, Transport, and Maritime Affairs announced four Industrial Complex Regeneration Pilot Projects in 2009. This study examines the determining factors of factory rents of decrepit industrial complexes using the rental data on Daejon and Daegu. We find that the model using the factory level rent performs much better than that of factory rent per 3.3 M2. Regarding input variable, the width of the front street is one of the most influential factors determining the factory rental rates of the two decrepit industrial complexes.

모바일 웹 표준 지원을 위한 애자일 프레임워크

최근 모바일 디바이스의 웹 접근 환경이 PC환경과 동일한 프로토콜을 이용하는 형식으로 변화하고 있다. 이에 따라 많은 곳에서 모바일 웹 애플리케이션을 개발하고 있으나 모바일 웹 표준을 도입하여 개발을 수행하는 곳은 많지 않다. 본 논문에서는 최근 각광을 받고 있는 경량화 웹 애플리케이션 개발 프레임워크인 Ruby on Rails[1]를 기반으로 하여 최근 W3C에서 정의된 모바일 웹 표준을 준수하는 애자일 개발방법론을 제안한다. Ruby on Rails기반의 모바일 웹 개발 아키텍처를 정의하고 이를 바탕으로 모바일 웹 표준을 준수하는 애자일 개발방법론을 제안한다. 제안한 프레임워크를 통하여 개발을 수행할 경우 애자일 개발방법론을 도입함과 동시에 모바일 웹 표준 환경을 준수하여 모바일 웹 애플리케이션의 품질을 보증할 수 있으며 신뢰도도 획득하게 된다. 또한 다양한 디바이스에서 정상적인 구동이 가능하다.

The subprime mortgage crisis that has been developing since the summer of 2007 has generated keen interest in Korea, but as yet no one has been able to predict the outcome. It is important to be prepared for whatever results from the crisis by constructing a sensible risk-management system with which to govern the mortgage industry. In this study we investigate the determinants of borrowers` decisions pertaining to early termination through prepayment and default, using a database of bogeumjari loans that originated in the years 2004 and year 2005. In the paper we describe the results of our analysis of pricing factors associated with two embedded options in individual mortgages, namely the default option and the prepayment option, employing a Cox-type proportional hazard model with competing risks and a multinomial logit model with random parameters. We also compare the results obtained by using these models with those yielded by a proportional hazard model with respect to goodness-of-fit and future behavior predictive power, and finally calculate required risk capital of Bogeumjari loans portfolio.

모바일 웹 표준 기반 경량화 프레임워크

최근 모바일 디바이스의 성능향상으로 모바일 웹 애플리케이션 구동환경이 개선되고 있다. 이에 따라 모바일 웹 애플리케이션 개발 수요가 국내외적으로 증가하고 있다. 하지만 기존 PC환경과 달리 개발 환경 및 표준에 대한 고려가 적어 많은 개발비용이 소모되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 MWeb-프레임워크를 통해 최근 각광 받고 있는 웹 개발 프레임워크 기반의 개발방법론을 제안하며 이와 더불어 다양한 디바이스에서 동일한 사용이 가능하도록 모바일 웹 표준을 준수하는 개발방법론을 제안한다. Ruby on Rails기반의 모바일 웹 개발 아키텍처를 정의하고 이를 바탕으로 모바일 웹 표준을 준수하는 애자일 개발방법론을 적용한 프로세스 모델을 제안하고 기존 웹 개발 프레임워크와 개발방법론을 비교, 평가한다. 제안한 프레임워크를 통하여 신속한 개발을 수행할 수 있으며 모바일 웹 표준 환경을 준수하여 모바일 웹 애플리케이션의 품질과 신뢰성을 획득할 수 있다.

한국은행은 부동산 시장을 고려하는가?

부동산 시장이 어려울 때마다 정부가 개입하여 시장을 회복시켜 줄 것이라는 막연한 기대가 시장 참여자들 사이에 만연한 것을 자주 본다. 이러한 시장의 근거 없는 속설을 검증하기 위하여 한국은행 금융통화 위원회의 기준금리 결정과정을 2001년 2월부터 2012년 12월까지 기간을 정하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 부동산 시장이 금융통화 위원회의 기준금리 결정과정에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있음을 발견하였으며, 특히 아파트 가격 상승률, 주택담보대출 금리, 가계대출 총액 증가율, 건설업생산 증가율, 공동주택 착공 증가율 등이 중요한 변수임을 확인하였다. 분석방법을 설명하면, 요인분석을 통하여 추출한 경제부문별 요인들을 독립변수로 투입하여 일반 조건부 이분산 모형을 추정하였는데, 본 연구의 7개 경제부문은 국내 거시경제, 해외경제, 미국경제, 부동산 시장, 부동산 공급부문, 국내 금리 및 국내 물가이다. There is a long-lived belief that the government dare not desert the real estate market and will boost it soon. To test this idea we analyze the base rate process as carried out by the monetary policy committee at the Bank of Korea, covering the period running from February 2001 through December 2012. This study finds that the Bank of Korea incorporates several factors related to the real estate market in the base rate process. In particular, the condominium price growth rate, the home mortgage rate, the household debt growth rate, the construction industrial product growth rate, and the housing starts growth rate have statistically significant effects on the base rate process. We fit the GARCH model with factored dependent variables. The seven factors are the macro economy, the real estate supply, other real estate markets, overseas markets, the U.S. economy, interest rates, and inflation.

셀룰라 오토마타 컴퓨터(CAM)를 가속기로 갖는 VLSI DAD용 PC 환경구축

본 논문에서는 PC Window 환경에서 CAM을 가속기로 사용하여 회로 및 결함 가상 실험, 테스터 패턴 생성, 결함 사전을 만드는 PC VLSI CAD환경 구축하였다. 이와 같은 VLSI CAD용 환경은 8 bit 크기의 셀 기억 용량을 가진 CAM상에 구현될 수 있음을 보여 준다. 제시된 알고리즘들은 PC Window 환경에서 저렴한 비용으로 설계하여 구현 할 수 있는 CAM상에서 회로의 여러 가지 문제를 병렬로 처리를 할 수 있는 이점을 가지고 있다.
