Recently, LDI(laser direct imaging) technoloy is being researched to make micro circuit pattern. In this study, LDI system was developed using DMD(digital micromirror device) and experiment of pattern generating according to focal length was perfomed. Generated noncontinuous pattern due to gap of DMD was changed to continuous pattern by control of focal length. Width of pattern was increased by defocusing. Therefore, optimal focal length was selected by measurement of profile. As a result, optimal focal length was selected location of 120μm away from focus.

본 논문에서는 고품질·고기능성이 요구되는 카메라폰용 카메라 모듈의 주요 부품인 초소형 플라스틱 barrel, base의 조립 토크 편차 저감을 위하여 금형 코어, 전극 및 사출성형품의 나사 형상의 주요 기하를 정밀하게 측정할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 해당 공정을 실현하기 위하여 품질 평가의 주요 측정 파라메터를 선정하고 측정 방법을 개발하였으며, 최종적으로 현장 적용이 가능한 전용 측정 시스템을 개발하였다. In this paper, for reducing the assembly torque of subminiature plastic barrel and base which are the essential parts of mobile phone camera module, the high-precision system for inspecting the screw shape of core, electrode and injection molding products was developed. For realiztion of inspection process, the inspection parameters for evaluating the manufacturing quality were selected and the measurement methods of selected parameters were developed. Finally, the inspection system which is possible to be applied to the field were fabricated.

In general, metallic bio-materials is more widely used in solid tissue like bone or tooth than flexible tissue such as skin or muscle. Especially, Cobalt Chrome Molybdenum(Co-Cr-Mo), which is used in tooth surgery, has a great corrosion resistance. Because this bio-material is non-toxic in human body, and has a bio-compatibility that the vital reaction is not occurred with tissue in body. However the chemical reaction is occurred by fatal matter that deteriorate the property of material surface in conventional polishing, and it can affect to fatal disease in human body or decrease the material properties such as hardness, yield strength or bio-compatibility. This surface in poor condition can cause development of corrosion or bacteria. In this study, MR fluid polishing is used to minimize the scratch, pit or surface flaws generated in conventional polishing. Surface roughness is measured according to the polishing condition to obtain fine surface condition.

Recently, as the demand for high-precision parts increases due to industrial development, a machine tool system for ultra-precision machining and polishing has been actively developed. As a result, there is an increasing demand for ultra-precision surface roughness along with dimensional processing. However, due to the increase in processing time due to the demand for ultra-precise surfaces and enormous facility investment, it is difficult to secure competitiveness. The polishing process using the abrasive film in super precision machining has been applied to machines, electronic devices, aerospace, and medical fields. Super finishing using the abrasive film which is applied in the industrial field recently can achieve high surface roughness in a short time. Also, application of industrial field is increasing due to advantages such as low noise and low dust. Recently, researches on stainless steel having strong resistance to corrosion, heat resistance, heat resistance, toughness and weldability have been actively conducted with respect to the nuclear energy industry or marine development. Therefore, in this study, surface roughness and residual stress were measured after SUS304 polishing using dynamic analysis of film polishing apparatus and polishing film.

Both injection and injection molding dies have evolved into advanced technology. Product quality is also evolving day after day. Therefore, the conditions of the injection mold and the injection conditions are becoming important. In order to improve the quality of the product, the Hardware part of the mold has developed as an advanced technology, and the Software part has also developed with advanced technology. This study deals with the cooling part, which is part of the hardware. In addition to fluid cooling, which is commonly used in the industry, by using gas cooling identify the phenomena that appear on the surface of the product and the critical point strain of the product to find the optimal cooling. Electronic parts and automobile parts whose surface condition is important, the cooling process is important to such a degree that they are divided with good products and defective products according to the cooling process at the time of injection. By controlling this important cooling and reducing the injection time with additional cooling, the product quality can be increased to the highest production efficiency. In addition, high efficiency can be achieved without additional investment costs. This study was conducted to apply these various advantages in the field.

Cephalosporins are well-known agents that may cause occupational asthma. There have been a few reports suggesting that its pathogenesis may be IgE-mediated. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of cefotiam-induced occupational asthma. A 36-year-old female, a nurse, visited our allergy department for the evaluation of occupational asthma. She had worked in the surgical inpatients`` ward and handled a few kinds of antibiotics for 4 years. At that time, she developed rhinorrhea, paroxysmal cough and chest tightness for 2 months. Her symptoms used to be aggravated during and shortly after her work and subsided several hours after work. However, her symptoms subsided spontaneously, because she was brought to the outpatients`` ward for recent 3 years. Therefore, she had only mild dyspnea on exercise. Methacholine bronchial challenge test revealed a negative response. The skin prick test with cefotiam (Fontaim(R)) showed a strong positive response and a specific bronchial provocation test with cefotiam demonstrated an early asthmatic response. A few days after bronchial provocation test with cefotiam, the methacholine bronchial challenge test showed a positive response. Further studies will be needed to evaluate the exact pathogenetic mechanism of cefotiam-induced occupational asthma. (Korean J Asthma Allergy Clin Immunol 2008;28:152-155)

The rapid growth of information technology and internet based skills has an effect on the structure of production for a conventional manufacturing industry. Recently, the concept of ‘E-Manufacturing’ is used as a total solution for improving the competitiveness of company. This paper introduces the web-based monitoring/control system as a new concept to improve productivity in mold manufacturing. The primary goal of the proposed system is that it reduces load time and improves product quality in shop floor. The major functions of the proposed system are: (a) providing a transparent, seamless and automated information exchange to monitor the process remotely, (b) improving the utilization of resource through production schedule or process control, and (c) supporting the effective information using the simulation tool. The operating system is developed using the VC and OpenGL, and the system connects with internet for remote monitoring & control methods.

Recently, due to the development of MEMS technology, researches for the production of effective micro structures and shapes have been actively conducted. However, the process technology based on chemical etching has a number of problems such as environmental pollution and time problems due to multi-process. Various processes to cope with this process are being studied, and one of the mechanical etching processes is the powder blasting process. This process is a method of spraying fine particles, which has the advantage of being an effective process in manufacturing hard brittle materials. However, it is also a process that adversely affects the material surface roughness and material properties due to the impact of the injection of fine particles. In this study, after fabricating micro-channels in fused silica glass with excellent optical properties among the hard brittle materials, we used the nano indentation system to analyze the micro parts using nano-particles as well as machinability and surface roughness analysis of the processed surface. The analysis was performed for the effective processing of powder blasting.
