신경영전략론의 수사학적 재현과 리프레이밍에 대한 비판적 고찰

1990년대 후반 이래로 신자유주의 정치담론과 새로운 자본주의에 대한 비판적 연구들이 비교적 꾸준히 이루어졌다. 하지만, 그런 담론들에서 구사되는 수사학에 초점을 둔 연구는 많지 않았다. 이 글은 신자유주의 정치담론과 상호담론 관계를 갖는 신경영담론의 수사학적 재현 방식에 대해 비판적으로 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이 글에서는 첫째로, 신경영 이데올로기의 수사학적 재현양식을 거시적 수준에서 새로운 자본주의 담론들과 상호담론 관계 속에서 모방과 수용을 통해 영향을 주고받는 경영전략담론들의 담론자원과 수사학을 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 도구적 목적 달성을 강조하는 전쟁은유로부터, 상호작용적이고 해석적인 성격의 전략으로 변화하는 경향이 있고, 조직이 보다 자율적이고 분산 시스템적이며 하층에 임파워된 조직으로 은유화되는 경향이 있음을 확인했다. 둘째로, 구체적인 전략경영론 및 전략경영도구들의 수준에서 드러나는 수사학적 재현방식과 그 특징을 BSC와 통합적 브랜드관리 및 인재경영전략에 초점을 두고 살펴보았다. 이를 통해서 균형, 정렬, 접속, 가치 등의 은유에 기초한 수사학적 재현을 통한 리프레이밍과 설득이 시도됨을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 전략경영론에서 이런 레토릭들이 노동과정, 노동자의 주체성, 가치화 논의에 어떤 시사점을 줄 수 있는지 따져보았다. This essay explored the mode of rhetorical representation in strategic management theories and discourses. Although there are many studies about the discursive formations and processes of “new capitalism”, there are few studies about the rhetorics of neoliberal ideological formation. So this essay tried to identify key rhetorics of neoliberal management strategy discourses. Firstly, this essay explored the typical rhetorics of strategy discourses in the context of inter-discursive processes. And identified distinctive shift from war metaphors to the metaphors of autonomous, distributed, empowered organizations. Secondly, more concretely this essay explored major rhetorics could be seen in brand and talent management strategy as integrated management strategy. So this essay identified the rhetorical reframing devices such as balancing, aligning, engaging, value metaphors. And discussed their characteristics in terms of labour process, subjectivity, and valuing service labour issues.

Silver is an inexpensive precious metal and is used in various jewelry in Asia. Although silver has high potential, it has corrosion resistance that is vulnerable to boiling sulfuric acid and nitric acid. So, silver research is needed to prevent the corrosion with environment. But silver corrosion is not studied. Sulfuric acid make the uniform corrosion and chloride ion make the pitting corrosion. ICCP inhibits the corrosion because it offset electrons. This study used a potential from - 4 V to 4 V to check the effect of potential. Corrosion rate is lowet at –1 V.

딥 러닝 기반의 근전도 신호를 이용한 실시간 손동작 추측

본 논문은 근전도(EMG) 신호와 손동작에 대한 연구를 다룬다. 먼저, 생체신호의 한 종류인 근전도 신호를 짧은 시간 푸리에 변환(STFT: Short time fourier transform)을 이용하여 변환한 다음 손동작에 대한 상태와 함께 데이터를 학습시켰다. 이후 본 논문에서 제시하는 딥 러닝 알고리즘을 이용하여 하나의 학습 모델을 만들었으며, 컴퓨터가 학습된 모델을 참고하여 실시간으로 전달받은 EMG 신호로 실제 손동작을 추측하는 프로그램을 구현함으로써 학습 모델에 대한 정확도를 평가하였다.

푸코의 파르헤지아 개념과 교육론적 함의: 교사의 형상과 대안적 주체화 과정을 중심으로

이 글은 신자유주의 시기 교육현장에서 단순한 지적 탁월성을 넘어 도덕적 탁월성의 형성이 가능한 비판교육과 시민성 교육을 수행할 수 있는 교육자의 존재 양식은 어떠해야 하고, 신자유주의적인 주체화와는 다른 대안적주체화가 교육에서 과연 가능한 지를 푸코의 파르헤지아 개념에 관한 논의에 기초하여 검토해보았다. 스승의 제자에 대한 파르헤지아적 발화는 양자 모두에게 새로운 주체화를 초래하는데, 이 글에서는 이러한 주체화가 자기위치설정, 독특한 자기긍정, 자기변환의 역능을 주며, 주위세계와의 단절과 자기 내부로의 전향을 초래한다는 점에 초점을 두고 그 동학을 명세화하였다. 또한 파르헤지아적인 진실말하기는 발화자 자신의 정동과 주체성에서의 변화를 수반하면서 가르치는 자도 제자와 더불어 동시에 변하는 관계를 초래함도 살펴보았다. 파르헤지아적 발화는 공동체에 윤리적 차별화를 야기함에 따라 위기를 초래할 수도 있으므로, 긍정적인 파르헤지아적 관계 형성이 가능하려면, 평등자유와 우애의 공동체라는 조직적 조건이 필요하다고 보았다. 마지막으로 신자유주의 시기 파르헤지아의 위기에 대응 가능한 한 방안으로 견유주의적 실존 양식에 비추어, 현 시기 교육공동체 속에서 가능한교사 및 스승의 실존적 양식에 대해 숙고해보았다. This paper explored the alternative theorization of educational subjectivation based on the concept of Michel Foucault``s parrhesia. This paper examined whether the concept of parrhesia can help reconstruct teachers`` mode of existence to be able to teach the critical and citizenship education which could build moral arete beyond excellence in knowledge aquisition. Concretely, this paper reviewed the concept of Foucault``s parrhesia as contrasted with the rhetoric, and identified possible contemporary form of teacher from the Foucalut``s 4 types of form of truth-telling. And this paper specified the micro process of educational subjectivation. From this review, this paper identified the consequences of parrhesistic enunciation in terms of the subjectivity of parrhesist and addressee, conversion process and examined the crises of parrhesia based on its impossibility of ethical differentiation in democratic communities. And according to Foucault``s line, this paper examined the Cynic as an alternative form of existence.

비고츠키와 그의 ‘과학적’ 방법에 대하여

이 글에서는 주류화된 교수-학습 이론과 기법으로 왜곡되었고, 진보적이고 비판적인 학계와 교육계에서도 주변적으로만 다루어지던 비고츠키의 문화역사이론을 현재적 맥락에서 이론적, 실천적으로 전유하는데 있어 사전에 검토해야 할 점이 무엇인지를 살펴보았다. 특히 이 글에서는 비고츠키의 문화역사이론이 형성되던 시대의 ‘과학적인’ 이론 및 방법론적 논쟁 지형을 고려하여, 그의 이론이 갖고 있는 고유한 모순을 이론 탄생기의 사회역사적 맥락에 비추어 비판적으로 검토했다. 이를 통해 그의 ‘과학적’ 방법은 당대의 고유한 정치이데올로기적 지형을 고려함으로써 더 잘 이해될 수 있고, 그의 방법이 갖는 가장 큰 강점이자 기존의 전통과의 단절을 특징짓는 것은 바로 그의 기호 개념의 적용에 있음을 주장했다. 그리고 문화역사이론이 그 역사유물론적이고 변증법적인 보편원리를 현실화시킬 수 있으려면, 그가 제대로 분석하지 못했던 ‘사회적인 것’에 대한 보다 구체적인 논의가 필요하며, 주관적인 것의 객관화, 외재화에 관련된 다른 탐구들에 더 의존할 필요가 있음을 주장하였다. 바흐친의 대화주의, 푸코의 언표와 담론 개념, 사회기호론적 접근, 알튀세르의 이데올로기의 물질성테제 등이 그 예가 될 수 있다고 보았다. Vygotsky’s CHT(cultural-historical theory) has selectively accepted and distorted by mainstream academic societies of psychology and education. Also, he has not been examined sincerely by critical academic societies of humanity and social sciences. Considering this socio-historical context, it is important to examine its relevance to progressive educational movements and the theoretical possibility of its productive appropriations. Particularly, this paper examined the nature of Vygotsky’s ‘scientific’ method focusing on the time of the birth of CHT. His theory has been introduced into many societies which have faced different sorts of problems requiring new creative educational solutions. His CHT was a critical synthesis of different theories and methodological perspectives in late 19C~early 20C. For example, experimental psychology, animal studies, and Gestalt psychology gave him the resources to be reformulated. From this synthesis was originated the CHT’s unique contradictions, strength and weakness. Itwas argued that his ‘scientific’ theory could be understand only from the politico-ideological terrain in revolutionary Russia. And it was argued that the unique excellence of his method was the application of semiotics to learning experiments. Lastly, this paper suggested that in order for true realization of his historical materialist and dialectical principles, we should focus on the social and take more large level of analysis such as semiotic objects: phrase, statements and discourses.

Ag925의 전기화학적 특성에 미치는 네오디뮴 함량의 영향

Ag925, silver with added copper, is popular alloy due to its low price. However, it has a difficult to use because of the low corrosion resistance. In various alloys, neodymium (Nd) works as an element to improve corrosion resistance by reacting with interstitial elements in the alloy. When 1.5 wt. % Neodymium was added to Ag925, the potential on the activated polarization in a potentiodynamic polarization test was increased from -0.15 V to –0.05 V. Ag925 with added neodymium showed the passivation after activation polarization. But When the potential increased around 50 ㎷, the current density is increased to 3 x 10-3. Ag925 with the 1.5 wt. % Nd had the low corrosion rate.

Among the various precious metals, silver is used in various fields because of its low price than other precious metals. However, the surface of silver remains after rain in the atmosphere containing sulfur ions and chlorine ions, causing silver corrosion and discoloration. Existing documents have developed a anode to prevent corrosion but that are concentrated on secondary batteries. This study tried to prevent corrosion and discoloration of silver by using an Al sacrificial anode. Sulfuric acid decreased the potential of silver and increased the current density at active polarization and OCP. The amount of corrosion of silver with the Al sacrificial anode was reduced from 0.5 % to 6.5%. When silver is used for decoration outside, corrosion and discoloration of silver can be suppressed by installing an Al anode.
