        우수방사성의약품 생산시설 개발

        Manufacturing facilities of the pharmaceuticals must meet certain level of the cleanness required so that foreign substances such as dust, moisture, heat, microorganism, or virus do not contaminate the product. In case of radiopharmaceuticals for medical treatment and diagnosis, not only should the operators and environment be protected from radiation but also need to be isolated from the foreign contaminant. Therefore, manufacturing facilities for radiopharmaceuticals must satisfy the design standards of both hot cell and clean room which are specified by GNP. However, standards of maintaining negative pressure for preventing spread of radioactive contaminant in isolated facilities conflict with the standards of maintaining positive pressure for keeping cleanness. To solve this problem, are pressure of hot cell was designed lower than in the adjacent area to meet standards of the radiation safety. To keep higher cleanness in certain part of the hot cell for filling, minimal relative positive pressure allows. In order to effectively maintain the cleanness that is required for production of Tc-99m generator, which takes 70% of whole demand of radiopharmaceuticals, the rooms placed in each side of production room are used as a buffer area and three lead hot cells are installed in production room. In this research, we established the appropriate engineered design concept for Tc-99m generator manufacturing facility, which satisfies both GMP cleanness standard for preventing particles, bacteria, other contaminants and the regulations of radiation safety for supervising and controlling the amount of radiation exposure and exhausted radioactivity. And the concept of multi-buffer zones is introduced to apply negative air pressure for hot cell with first priority and to continue relative positive air pressure for clean room.

        Bispectral Index 감시장치로 경막외마취의 진정효과를 평가할 수 있는가?

        Background: Epidural anesthesia has been shown to a have direct sedative effect and to markedly reduce the amount of hypnotic agents required for sedation. A Bispectral Index (BIS) is a useful of the level of sedation and loss of consciousness for several anesthetics including propofol. In this study, we investigated whether BIS monitoring could detect the sedative effect of epidural anesthesia during propofol induction. Methods: Twenty patients scheduled for elective lower abdominal surgery were included. A Target controlled infusion (target effect concentration 5㎍/ml, induction time 3 min) of propofol was administered to the patients with or without epidural anesthesia (2% lidocaine 15 ml) at the L_2-3 level. The OAA/S scale and BIS were evaluated 20 min after epidural injection. Hypnotic requirements of propofol were determined using loss of eye opening in response to verbal command as an epidural. At the time of induction of hypnosis, the target concentration, target effect concentration and BIS were recorded. Results: Epidural lidocaine significantly decreased the hypnotic dose of propofol (1.0±0.2㎍/ml vs. 1.3±0.1㎍/ml; p=0.0008), hypnotic calculated concentration (3.3±0.6㎍/ml vs. 4.1±0.3㎍/ml; P=0.0007), and the hypnotic effect concentration (0.7±0.3㎍/ml vs. 1.1±0.1㎍/ml; P=0.0007). In the patients with epidural anesthesia, the OAA/S scale was decreased without a change of the BIS after epidural anesthesia and BIS recorded at the time of induction of hypnosis was much higher in patients with epidural anesthesia than in patients without in epidural anesthesia (92.7±2.2㎍/ml vs. 85.5±6.2㎍/ml; P=0.0029). Conclusions: Epidural anesthesia included a sedative effect without a change of the BIS and then induced the hypnosis with lesser dose of propofol. At the time of hypnosis, a higher BIS was noticed with epidural anesthesia. These results concluded that BIS monitoring could not detect the sedative effect induced with epidural anesthesia.         IPv6 헤더 압축에서의 에러 복구 방안

        Header compression scheme is suggested as a solution to reduce the inefficient overhead of general packet stream data. Especially, it is shown that there are more overhead rate for real-time media stream links such as voice because of its short payload size, and it is possible to get higher bandwidth efficiency using the header compression scheme.There are two kinds of error recovery in header compression such as Periodic Header Refresh (PHR) and Header Request (HR) schemes. In this paper, we analyze the performance of these two compression recovery schemes, and some results such as the overhead rate, bandwidth gain and bandwidth efficiency (BE) are presented. 헤더 압축 기술은 기존의 일반적인 패킷 데이터의 비효율적인 오버 헤드를 줄이기 위한 방안으로 제안되었다. 특히 음성과 같은 실시간 미디어 스트림 경우에는 더욱 큰 오버헤드율을 보이게 되는데, 헤더 압축을 통해 보다 높은 대역폭 효율을 얻을 수 있다.본 논문에서는 PHR (Periodic Header Refresh) 방법과 HR (Header Request) 방법의 두가지 에러 복구 기법에 관하여 각각 성능 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과로 Overhead Rate, Bandwidth Gain, 그리고 Bandwidth Efficiency 등의 분석결과가 제시되었다.

        The Formality and Landscape Significance of Geomundo Samhopalkyung

        The research results on the examination of the characteristic and value of Samhopalkyung (三湖八景, the eight sceneries of Samho) as an important source of Geomundo’s tourism through symbolic analysis on the scenic formality and significance of Geomundo Samhopalkyung. The 1st and 2nd sceneries of Samhopalkyung employs the motif of Sosalpalkyung; Gyuleun Kim Lyu, the subject of Palkyungsi (poetry of the eight sceneries), which is the origin of Palkyung (the eight sceneries), is understood as the observed scenery of his residence and safe haven. The main subject of Samhopalkyung combines formal factors and endemic factors, such as the pavilion, rain, waves, setting sun, returning ship, sandy beach of the sea, fishing light, and the clouds, in which the panoramic scenic characteristic of a fishing village is emphasized. Most of the sceneries are time sensitive landscape type and view type sceneries; Samhopalkyung holds the variety of various visual ranges, and includes the sceneries that demonstrate property of sound landscape. Geomundo Samhopalkyung pursues the poetic tension, and dialectic composition through the juxtaposition and confrontation of each scenery to apportion contrasting directions, distances, and time, such as night and day, sky and sea, coastal waters and deep waters, and the East and the West, in which the traces of agony to embrace the indigenous aesthetic characteristic of the sea, holding the universal order, and scenic significance, can be found. Ultimately, the dignity of oceanicinsular sceneries based on the three dimensional spatial-temporal elements of direction, space, distance, and time, is discovered within the Samhopalkyung.

        헤더 압축 기술은 기존의 일반적인 패킷 데이터의 비효율적인 오버 헤드를 줄이기 위한 방안으로 제안되었다. 특히 음성과 같은 실시간 미디어 스트림 경우에는 더욱 큰 오버헤드율을 보이게 되는데, 헤더 압축을 통해 보다 높은 대역폭 효율을 얻을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 PHR(periodic Header Refresh) 방법과 HR(Header Request) 방법 의 두가지 에러 복구 기법 에 관하여 각각 성능 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과로 Overhead Rate, Bandwidth Gain, 그리고 Bandwidth Efficiency 등의 분석 결과가 제시되었다.       • 경추 추나요법이 추골동맥과 기저동맥 혈류에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : CHUNA therapy that removes compression of dislocated vertebral bones has positive effect, but sometimes improper CHUNA manual therapy may give rise to negative effect. The aim of this study is to make sure that cervical CHUNA manual therapy give positive effect or negative effect to the blood flow velocity of vertebral artery(VA) and basilar artery(BA) by Trancranial Doppler sonography(TCD). Methods : We performed TCD study on 20patients(male 5, female 15, mean ages 38.5 years) with diagnosis like cervical movement related disorder, headache or dizziness. After we measured mean blood flow velocity(Vm) of VA and BA before cervical CHUNA therapy(Pre-CCT) and after cervical CHUNA therapy(Post-CCT), statistically evaluated the results. Results: The patients received cervical CHUNA therapy for TA sequel, HIVD of cervical spine, headache, dizziness, neck stiffness etc. VA Vm was $31.9{\pm}8.0cm/sec$ before CHUNA therapy, but significantly increased $35.0{\pm}8.7cm/sec$ after CHUNA therapy (p < 0.05). But, there was no significant variation of BA Vm between $41.8{\pm}7.5cm/sec$ Pre-CCT and $41.2{\pm}8.5cm/sec$ Post-CCT(p>0.05). Though VA Vm slightly increased after CHUNA therapy in normal range group, there was no significant variation between VA Vm Pre-CCT and VA Vm Post~CCT. In VA Vm decrease group, VA Vm significantly increased after CHUNA therapy(p<0.05). But, there was no significant variation of BA Vm between Pre-CCT and Post-CCT in BA Vm normal range group and BA Vm decrease group(p>0.05). Conclusions: These findings suggest that cervical CHUNA manual therapy have positive effect on blood flow velocity of VA and BA.
