The primary school library make high using convenience of teachers and students and support work of teachers efficiently because of transmission education and information fundamentally. Generally, the main purpose of space composition is economic Lay-out of space and furniture to connect faculty of between space and space. Therefore, to convenient for users and high effect of education, Lay-out of space and furniture, we survey and analyze Lay-out type of faculty space in primary school library. To this aspects, the purpose of this study is to understand state and analyze the occupancy character of space for students that user of primary school library then when we plan primary school library, accomplish more efficient space plan that specialization, pluralistic, individuality of primary school library and cope with environment of education and change of society actively.

태음조위탕(太陰調胃湯)과 마황(麻黃)이 비만(肥滿) 백서(白鼠)의 Leptin에 미치는 영향(影響)

In order to investigate the effect of Taeumjowetang and Herba Ephedrae on obesity-induced rats, after Taeumjowetang and Herba Ephedrae were administered by mouth, and then body-weight, serum triglyceride, total cholesterol, Obese mRNA and TNF-${\alpha}$/ mRNA were measured. The reselts were as follows ; 1. The body-weight was decresed with the statistical significance in both the Taeumjowetang and the Herba Ephedrae group as compared with the control group. 2. The quantitation of serum triglyceride was decresed with the statistical significance in both the Taeumjowetang and the Herba Ephedrae group as compared with the control group. 3. The total cholesterol was slightly decresed in both the Taeumjowetang and the Herba Ephedrae group as compared with the control group, but there was no statistical significance. 4. The manifestation of Obese mRNA and TNF-${\alpha}$/ mRNA in epidymal, retroperitoneal, mesenteric and skeletal muscle tissues were inhibited in Taeumjowetang and Herba Ephedrae group. According to the above results, Taeumjowerang and Herba Ephedrae were recognized to be helpful for the treatment of obesity.

협동조합의 사회적 책임과 조합원-협동조합 동일시 및 몰입과의 관계

본 연구는 협동조합 조직원의 협동조합에 대한 사회적 책임 연상, 조직 동일시, 조직몰입과의 관계를 연구했다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 소비자 생활협동조합인 아이쿱생협 조합원 160명의 응답을 표본으로 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS18.0을 이용하여 구조방정식으로 검증하였다. 연구결과, 생협에 대한 사회적 책임 연상은 조직 동일시에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 조직 동일시는 종업원 측면의 몰입 및 소비자 측면의 몰입 모두에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 조합원의 생협에 대한 활동 및 이해 수준은 조직 동일시와 종업원측면의 몰입 및 소비자측면의 몰입과의 관계에 조절 효과 작용측면에서 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 않았다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 시사점과 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다. This study investigates the relationship among cooperatives’ corporate social responsibility (CSR) association, member-cooperative identification, and member commitment in a consumer cooperative which is jointly owned and democratically controlled by members to meet their common economic, social and cultural needs. In detail, the purpose of this study is to understand how consumer cooperative’s CSR is related to members identification with their cooperative. In addition, we examine the moderating effect of membership status between member-cooperative identification (M-C identification) and two types of commitment: employee commitment and consumer commitment. For this study, the data was collected from convenient sample of 160 members from iCOOP which is one of cooperatives at Bucheon in South Korea. Using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS, we show that a cooperative’s CSR association increases M-C identification. M-C identification, in turn, influences members’ commitment to their cooperative as both consumers and employees. However, there is no empirical evidence for the moderating effect of membership status on the relationship between M-C identification and two types of commitment. Based on these findings, the implications and the limitations of the study is presented.

군용차량 주행 진동응답 분석

Military vehicle equipped with an antenna and a shelter for operating radar has a vibration exposure during driving time. This vibration would have influence on structure of military vehicle critically. In this paper, driving stability of the military vehicle is obtained through the vibration response analysis. And, vibration level of the military vehicle satisfied the military vibration specification through analysis and comparing the MIL-STD-810G. PSD and Grms data obtained by road test can be used for vibration test specification of cabinets and electronic equipment in shelter.

밀리미터파 주파수 6체배기를 위한 고조파 필터가 내재된 효율적인 정합 네트워크

본 논문에서는 칩 면적 감소와 출력 특성 향상을 위하여 고조파 신호 특성을 활용한 효율적인 입출력 및 내부 정합 네트워크 구조를 가진 주파수 6체배기를 제안한다. 3체배기 코어와 버퍼 증폭기 사이에 위치한 내부 정합 회로는 임피던스 정합과 동시에 원하지 않는 기본파 및 짝수차 고조파를 필터링한다. 증폭기와 2체배기 코어 사이의 정합 네트워크는 2체배기의 출력 신호 누설을 줄이기 위한 주파수 필터가 내재되어 있다. 광대역 동작과 균형 잡힌 신호 특성은 입력 트랜스포머와 보상 커패시터를 통하여 얻는다. 출력 정합 네트워크는 전송 선로를 통한 바이어스와 임피던스 정합을 위한 별도의 네트워크를 구성하는 기존의 2체배기 설계 방식과 달리, 트랜스포머를 사용하여 전압 인가와 함께 정합 특성을 작은 면적에 구현하였다. 제안하는 주파수 체배기는 65-nm CMOS 공정에서 895 um x 450 um 면적에 구현되었으며, 0.5 dB의 최대 변환 이득과 대역폭 전체에서 19.6 dBc의 억압 특성을 나타낸다.

중국의 근현대화 방략과 체용(體用) 논쟁

중국이 개혁개방을 실시한 지 불과 30년 만에 ‘G2’의 일원이 된 데에는 『논어』첫머리에 나오는 ‘학이시습(學而時習)’의 문화전통이 크게 작용했다. 한때 한간(漢奸)으로 매도되었던 쩡궈판(曾國藩) 및 리훙장(李鴻章) 등에 대한 호평이 지속되고 있는 현실이 이를 뒷받침한다. 급속한 경제발전의 성과를 토대로 잃어버린 ‘천조(天朝)’의 자부심을 되찾고자 하는 열망의 표현으로 해석할 수 있다. 현재 종신집권을 꿈꾸는 중국의 시진핑(習近平) 정부는 ‘중국몽(中國夢)’을 전면에 내세우며 G1으로의 등극 의도를 공공연히 드러내고 있다. 향후 어떻게 진행될지 여부는 예측하기 어려우나 중국이 본격적인 서구화를 추진하지 못해 실패했다는 기존의 주장은 일부 수정될 필요가 있다. 본고는 서체중용(西體中用) 행보를 보인 루쉰(魯迅)의 혁명노선과 중체서용(中體西用)의 행보를 보인 옌푸(嚴復)의 개혁노선에 대한 비교 등을 통해 이를 확인코자 하는 취지에서 나왔다. China once had an outstanding history of leading the world in science and technology. After the Opium Wars of 19th century, however, even the diehard nobilities came to realize emerging necessities of studying the Western science and technology. Since the beginning of their Modernization Movement, disputes over the Modernization Strategy have been continuing around the conceptions of Lu Xun’s Xiti-Zhongyong and Yan Fu’s Zhongti-Xiyong. ‘Zhong’ means China while ‘Xi’ means West; ‘Ti’ signifies thoughts and idea while ‘Yong’ means science and technology. Then, various discourses on the Modernization Strategy can be categorized into four types according to different ways of combining the four factors: China, West, thoughts and idea, science and technology. Although it is hard to determine the accurate form of Chinese Dream, China has steadily created a political model of their own modernization based on the four types of discourses. In this light, this study suggests that in the near future, China can propose an alternative model of democracy reflecting its own history and cultural heritage.

세종시 논란과 의리지변(義利之辨)

The government`s intent to change the original plan for Sejong City has not only driven the political parties into a vehement dispute, but also made a deep cleavage even in the governing party. The contending point primarily concerns whether to keep the original plan or not. President Lee ordered the new prime minister Chung to come up with an alternative plan that puts national interests before anything else. It is argued that the necessity of changing the original plan is a matter of national interest and overrides that of faithfully keeping it. But, for Park, who is one of the most influential in the governing party, the issue is not a matter of interest, but that of trust. The special law on Sejong City passed in 2005, when Park was then the head of an opposition party. Park has kept a consistent position that the law should be implemented as it is, preferably, with additional auxiliary facilities. Her position is more rigid than those of opposition parties. And it is assumed that the antagonism of Park and her followers against Chung is more poignant by the fact he may become one of latent challengers in the 2012 presidential election. For this reason, the intra-party conflict is likely to be aggravated day after day. It seems that President Lee follows the Pae-do(power-oriented government), whereas Park the Wang-do(the righteous government). Political leaders cannot help confronting the conflict between Wang-do and Pae-do, whenever trust and national interest collide against each other. `Yili-dabate`, a theory of which to choose between trust and national interest, will help us to find out a solution over that issue. As a conclusion, it can be argued that President Lee should take the initiative on the issue in an open manner to put an end to an endless dispute. Historical evidence universally shows that wise leaders, faithfully following the `Yili-Iogic`, have chosen national interest in lieu of trust, without hesitation or equivocation.
