Rheological properties of ordinary portland cement (OPC) containing metakaoline (MK), granulated blast furnace slag (GBS) and polycarboxylate type superplasticizer (PCA) were investigated using a mini-slump test, sedimentation test and viscometer. Fluidity of cement pastes containing MK (OPC-MK, OPC-MK-GBS systems) with PCA were higher than those of the cement pastes without MK(OPC, OPC-GBS systems). Colloid suspensions with $0.1\%$ PCA were changed from stable sedimentation behaviors to flocculation behaviors in the OPC-MK, OPC-GBS and OPC-MK-GBS systems. The colloid suspensions showed stable sedimentation behaviors with PCA greater than $0.2\%$. The OPC system showed shear thinning behavior. However, the other systems showed weak shear thinning behaviors with PCA. Rheological properties of cement pastes were improved when MK and GBS were contained together. The rheological properties of OPC-MK, OPC-GBS and OPC-MK-GBS systems were improved by PCA added greater than $0.2\%$.

Rheological properties of cement pastes containing blast furnace slag (BFS: 3,900, $7,910\;cm^2/g$) or fly ash powder (FA: 4,120, $8,100\;cm^2/g$) according to the ratio of water/binder (W/B) and the dosage of polycarboxylate type superplasticizer (PC) were investigated by a mini slump and a coaxial cylinder viscometer. In this experiment, the ratio of replacing OPC with BFS or FA was 30 wt%, the W/B was from 30 to 70 wt%. As a result, the fluidity of cement paste containing BFS or FA was improved with increasing W/B and the dosage of PC. BFS or FA replaced cement paste with W/B 70% and PC 0.3% showed the highest fluidity. The segregation range of cement paste was occurred below $10\;d/cm^2$ of the yield stress and below 50 cPs of the plastic viscosity by the coaxial cylinder viscometer. And also it was formed that the plastic viscosity and the yield stress of FA replaced cement paste were higher than them of BFS replaced cement paste.
파이넥스 슬래그 미분말을 혼합한 시멘트 페이스트의 유동특성

In this study, rheological properties of cement pastes containing ground Finex-slag (4000, 6000, 7000 c$m^2$/g) were investigated bymini-flow test and coaxial cylinder viscometer. And also blast furnace slag(4000, 6000, 7000 c$m^2$/g) were used for comparison. According to the experimental results, Finex-slag and blast furnace slag showed very similar trend in the rheological properties of the cement pastes. The fluidity of cement pastes blended Finex-slag and blast furnace slag powder were improved by high replacement ratio. In the relationship of plastic viscosity and yield stress appeared the tendency of the proportion greatly. And in the relationship of plastic viscosity, yield stress and mini-flow appeared the tendency of the inverse proportion.
$Na_2SO_4$가 시멘트-플라이애쉬 페이스트 및 콘크리트 강도에 미치는 영향

플라이애쉬 대체량에 따른 변화, 양생방법이 미치는 영향 그리고 조기강도를 높이기 위해 첨가된 화학 혼화제가 시멘트-플라이애쉬 페이스트의 특징 및 콘크리트 강도에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 시멘트-플라이애쉬 페이스트의 압축강도는 시멘트로만 만들어진 페이스트보다 낮았으며, 플라이애쉬의 대체량이 증가할수록 강도차이가 증가하였다. 그러나 증기양생시 시멘트-플라이애쉬 페이스트는 수중양생시보다 압축강도가 증가하였으며, 특히 조기강도가 크게 향상되었다. 조기강도 증진을 목적으로 혼입한 활성화제($Na_2SO_4$)의 첨가는 시멘트-플라이애쉬 페이스트 조기강도를 증진시켰으며, 또한 $Na_2SO_4$와 플라이애쉬를 30% 함유한 플라이애쉬 콘크리트의 강도도 월등히 향상되었다. It was investigated to evaluate the characteristics of cement-flyash paste which was affected the replacement level, curing method and chemical admixtures. The strength of cement-flyash paste was lower than that of cement paste only and the differences increased with increasing the replacement level. However, in steam curing, the strength of cement-flyash pastes was improved and specially, the early strength was effectively increased. The inclusion of $Na_2SO_4$ increased the early strength of cement-flyash paste. In addition, the strength of concrete including 30% of fly ash and $Na_2SO_4$ has improved and obtained the highest strength compared to other concrete mixes.

In this study, rheological properties of ternary system cement containing ground fly ash(F3, Blaine specific surface area $8,100\;cm^2/g$) were investigated using mini slump, coaxial cylinder viscometer and conduction calorimeter. In the results, the segregation resistance was observed at high W/B and PC area while the replacement ratio of F3 was increasing. The 2:5:3 system was shown in higher fluidity and lower hydration heat than 3:4:3 system. The segregation range of cement pastes occurred over 175 mm in average diameter by mini slump and below $10\;dynesec/cm^2$ of the plastic viscosity or below 50 cP of the yield stress by coaxial cylinder viscometer. It was observed that even if BFS and FA blended together admixture properties would remaine as they were separately. The properties of admixture would not be changed. On the above results, the decreased replacement ratio of OPC and increased replacement ratio of admixtures would be possible.
보통 포틀랜드 시멘트 물성에 미치는 시멘트 입도의 영향

This study examined the effects of particle size on characteristics of cement by controlling the particle size of commercial cement. Through a size adjustment, the cement has increasing more of particles that are less than $10{\mu}m$ in size so the initial reaction time has been shortened as a result of improvement in the early hydration reaction. Additionally, it showed a great characteristics of strength from the early age and the initial hydration heat has been increased as well. In the upper and middle parts cements, the initial hydration reaction rate contribution is high with the $10{\mu}m$ compared to original cement. So the initial hydration reaction rate is improved and as a result, it also showed relatively high hydration heat as well. Additionally, adiabatic temperature also showed an increase rate in the results.
