Objectives: The aim of this study was to understand the mediating effect of recognizing the importance of patient safety management in the relationship between nurse’s knowledge of law and patient safety management activities of nurses at one local medical center. Methods: The data collection of this study was conducted from August 24 to September 7, 2021, and 150 nurses working at I Medical Center in Incheon Metropolitan City were targeted. Structured questionnaires were used, collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression analysis with SPSS statistics 26.0 program. The mediating effect was analyzed using PROCESS macro(ver. 4.0) with a 95.0% bias-corrected bootstrap confidence interval(5,000 bootstraps sampling). Results: The main factor influencing the subject’s patient safety management activities was confirmed by the recognition of the importance of patient safety management(β=.45, p<.001). These variables explained 39.9% of patient safety management activities(F=15.15, p<.001). The legal knowledge of nurses did not have a direct effect on patient safety management activities but it was found that there was an indirect effect on patient safety management activities through recognition of the importance of patient safety management. Conclusions: Based on these results, the legal knowledge of nurses affects patient safety management activities through recognition of the importance of patient safety management, interventions to improve nurse knowledge of the law and educational programs to enhance precognition of the importance of patient safety management to promote patient safety management activities are needed. 목적: 이 연구의 목적은 일개 지방의료원 간호사의 법적 지식과 환자안전관리 활동의 관계에서 환자안전관리 중요성 인식의 매개효과를 파악하기 위한 것이다. 방법: 자료 수집은 2021년 8월 24부터 9월 7일까지 이루어졌으며, 인천광역시 소재하고 있는 I 의료원에 근무하는 간호사 150명을 대상으로 하였다. 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 26.0 을 이용하여 기술통계, Independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 매개효과를 확인하기 위해 Hayes가 제안한 Process macro ver. 4.0을 이용하여 회귀분석을 바탕으로 하는 매개분석을 시행하였고 매개효과의 유의성 검정을 위해 부트스트래핑(boostraping)을 통해 분석하였으며 안정적인 분포를 얻기 위해 표본 추출 횟수를 5,000회로 설정하였다. 결과: 대상자의 환자안전관리 활동에 영향을 미치는 요인은 환자안전관리 중요성 인식(β=.45, p<.001)으로 확인되었다. 회귀모형은 통계적으로 유의하게 적합한 것으로 나타났으며(F=15.15, p<.001), 모형의 설명력은 39.9%이었다. 간호사의 법적 지식이 환자안전관리 활동에 직접 영향을 미치지 않지만 환자안전관리 중요성 인식을 통해 환자안전관리 활동에 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 이상의 연구결과에서 일개 지방의료원 간호사의 법적지식은 환자안전관리 중요성 인식을 통해 환자안전관리 활동에 영향을 미치므로 법에 대한 간호사 지식을 증진시킬 수 있는 방안과 환자안전관리 중요성 인식을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육프로그램의 마련이 필요하다.

대졸 청년층의 경력개발 연구에 대한 문헌고찰: 국내 학술 논문을 중심으로

Through an integrative literature review of research on career development of college graduates, the trends of career development research for young college graduates were described, and the directions for future research were presented. A total of 60 papers were selected from the Korean academic databases using keywords search and analyzed after thorough review of the contents. The main topics of studies included 10 categories: job matching, first job, job transfer, career development support, labor market, employment, career, organizational adaptation, start-ups, and job value. Based on reviews on the research topics and contents, it was found that career development studies of college graduates still hold a traditional linear career concept and younger generations’ unique career perspectives and emerging newer types of jobs and employment are not represented and discussed in the literature. Furthermore, organizations seem to be considered as the main agent of employee career development rather than individuals. Thus, implications from the studies are limited to the roles of higher education and corporations lacking a young college graduates’ side of view. In the future, it is necessary to develop research studies that are based on a new career concept and reflect a contemporary career phenomenon such as newer types of jobs and employment. Additionally, studies that explore learning experiences during early job entry and adjustment and later career development phases are recommended. 본 연구는 국내 학술 논문을 중심으로 대졸 청년층의 경력개발 문헌을 통합적으로 고찰하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 문헌 고찰을 통해 대졸 청년층의 경력개발 연구의 동향을 파악하고, 연구 방법, 연구 대상, 연구 주제별 논의에 나타난 특징을 바탕으로 향후 연구의 방향을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 국내 학술정보 데이터베이스에서 대졸 청년 경력 관련 키워드로 논문을 검색하여 연구 목적에 부합되는 총 60편의 논문을 최종적으로 선정하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 총 60편 중 9편만이 질적연구로 진행 되었으며, 40편을 차지한 일반 대졸 청년층 이외에 세부 연구대상으로 청년여성, 지역청년, 4년제 졸 업자 및 2-3년제 졸업자 등이 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 연구의 주요 주제는 직무 일치, 첫 일자리, 이 직, 경력개발지원, 노동시장, 취업, 경력, 조직적응, 창업, 직업가치 등 10가지로 범주화 되었다. 문헌 고찰을 통해 주제상의 특징을 살펴봤을 때 대졸 청년층의 경력개발 연구가 전통적인 경력 개념에 기 반한 정형화된 시각에서 진행되어 왔으며, 젊은 세대층의 경력개발에 대한 의식 및 새롭게 부각되고 있는 다양한 형태의 직업형태에 따른 유연한 경력개발에 대한 논의는 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 경력개발의 주체를 개인이 아닌 조직으로 상정하고 있으며, 따라서 대졸 청년층의 경력개발에 관한 논의가 주체인 당사자들의 관점이 아니라, 학교나 조직 등을 중심으로 이루어져왔음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 현대적 관점이 반영된 새로운 형태의 경력유형 연구, 대졸 청년층 개 인의 경력인식에 초점을 둔 연구, 초기 직무정착 시기에 일어나는 학습과 경력 유지 및 개발에 관한 연구 등을 후속 연구로 제안하였다

드라이브 스루(Drive-Thru)를 위한 멀티미디어 메뉴 시스템 제안 : 한국 맥도날드 드라이브-스루를 중심으로

드라이브-스루(Drive-Thru)란 운전 중 차에서 내리지 않고 원하는 일을 신속하고 편하게 처리할 수 있는 시설을 말한다. 외국에서는 매우 대중화된 시스템이지만 국내에서는 현재 몇몇 외국브랜드의 패스트푸드 레스토랑에서만 운영되고 있다. 게다가 그 형태는 우리의 도시 환경과 현재 시대 상황에 걸맞지 않는 형태라서 사용자에게 그다지 좋은 인식을 심어주지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 레스토랑의 드라이브-스루 시스템을 우리가 필요로 하는 형태로 발전시키기 위한 방법으로 멀티미디어 드라이브-스루 시스템을 단지 패스트푸드 레스토랑의 메뉴에 그치지 않고, 관공서, 은행, 병원 등 신속하고 정확한 서비스를 위한 공간에서 적용시켜 활용한다면 우리의 도시가 선진국 형 국제도시의 면모를 만들어 가는데 크게 기여할 것이다. Drive-thru is the facility with which you can dispose of what you want quickly and conveniently without getting off a car. It is a very popular system in the foreign countries, but in Korea, only a few foreign-brand fast-food restaurants operate the system. In addition, it is recognized in the positive light because it isn't suitable to our city circumstances and current situations. So, in this research I'd like to suggest a new multimedia drive-thru system so as to improve the existing system into the requiring system appropriate for our real condition. If it is adapted and utilized in the places in need of accurate and fast services, such as government and public offices, banks and hospitals as well as fast-food restaurants, this new type of drive-thru system will contribute to make our city transfigured as international and advanced one.

Mediating Effects of Parent Support on the Relationship BetweenNeed for Approval and Self-esteem of University StudentsMinhee Song & Eunjee Joo Abstract: The purpose of this study is to verify the mediation of parent support in the relationship between the need for approval and self-esteem of university students. Verifying this purpose, we can seek a way to enhance self-esteem of university students through parent support who are suffering excessive need for approval. For this purpose, the results of an online survey of 230 university students were analyzed. SPSS 24.0 and Structural Equation Modeling using AMOS 24.0 was used. Major results were follows. First, the need for approval showed negative correlations with self-esteem and parents support, and there was a positive correlation between self-esteem and parent support. Second, as a result of examining the mediating effect of parent support on the relationship between the need for approval and self-esteem, both father and mother support had an indirect effect, and father support had a greater effect than mother support. As a result, this study intends to suggest a way for university students who are experiencing psychological difficulties due to their excessive need for approval to overcome the crisis of life through a self-esteem cultivating program based on parent support. 영화 <고흐, 영원의 문에서>에 나타난 색채 이미지 분석

Humans experience collective, social and personal colors and psychology regarding colors position itself deep within it. Although the definition of color may differ depending on nation and individual, common attributes exist and the symbol of colors can be extracted through it. Movies constitute mise-en-scene and the symbol of colors can be used. Color determines the genre of the movie, creates space, portrays the image of a character, participates in narrative structure and delivers the intention of the work, such as reinforcing the theme, ultimately causing a change in the inner world of the audience. Gogh, an iconic artist of expressionism, is a figure who prioritized and researched colors and usually painted works using intense and subjective colors. Painting, which is art on flat surface which is reborn as total arts on the screen is the reason why movies based on Gogh as the main theme continue to be produced. Color, which is one of the essences of painting, functions very importantly as a factor that stimulates the vision and moves the emotion of audiences and this movie particularly demonstrated the circumstances and psychology of the character well using 2 colors (yellow and blue) strategically. In this movie, blue with a cold sense signifies the poor and tough reality as well as lonely psychology of the character and the blue with a warm sense symbolizes perseverance of reality through artistic creation and dedication. Yellow with high chroma symbolizes hope towards art and yellow with low chroma symbolizes unstable psychology and mental illness. The director showcased the positive and negative meaning of colors through mise-en-scene and color grading and allowed the audience to access the inner world of the character through special filming techniques. The movie depicts the last 3 years of Gogh and enabled the audience to understand deeply the passionate life of Gogh as he burnt the spirit of arts amidst agony.

평생교육 교수자로서의 문화예술교육사: 체계적 문헌고찰을 통한 역할 탐색

The purpose of this study is to analyze research trends on the art and culture education instructor system through systematic literature review and to explore the role of art and culture education instructor as lifelong education instructor. To this end, researchers summarized and analyzed the discussions on the system of art and culture education instructors and discussed the role of culture and arts education history from a lifelong education perspective, and find implications for the development of the culture and arts education history system. Researchers selected 59 papers out of 131 research papers from 2012, a year before the system was implemented, to 2022 and analyzed focusing on the research methods, topics, research purposes and discussed the role of culture and arts education teachers as lifelong education instructors.

내레이션 이론을 통한 탐정영화의 수제(syuzhet)와 스타일(style) 분석

이 논문은 데이비드 보드웰(David Bordwell)의 내레이션(narration) 이론을 통하여 탐정이야기의 전형적인 수제(syuzhet)의 특징을 가진 영화 <셔터아일랜드>와 <아이덴티티>를 분석하였다. 두 영화는 탐정영화 장르의 형식적 규범에 따라 정보를 감추고 보류하며, 가설을 위한 인과적 사건을 노출시키는 플롯으로 호기심과 서스펜스를 강화하려는 공통된 전략을 세우고 있다. 한편, 두 영화는 각각의 특징적 스타일 기법-트래킹 카메라와 프리즈 프레임 편집기법-을 취하고 있는데, 이러한 기법들은 탐정이야기의 파불라(fabula)를 구성하는 관객들에게 가설을 세우도록 정보를 전달하는 목적과 동시에 인과적 장면을 자연스럽게 연결하는 효과와 중립적 시선을 갖게 하는 작용 등의 다양한 기능을 한다. 이 논문은 탐정서사의 장르적 특성이 가진 수제와 스타일 기법의 특징을 이해하려는 시도로써 의의를 가지며, 이 연구를 시작으로 탐정서사뿐만 아니라 다양한 영화 장르별 내레이션의 분석에 대한 심도 있는 후속연구가 진행되길 기대한다.

키오스크 ( Kiosk )를 위한 GUI ( Graphic User Interface ) 디자인 접근

All the tools in the world have been made in the form and improved according to the wishes of humans. These human-centered tools grow into more detailed and effective ones with the progress of science and are studied in more human-centered forms based on HCl. Recently kiosks have been placed at enterprises and government agencies but in most cases they do not perform their expected functions. This is because they did not think of the convenience of customers. Their design does not take into account the inclination, class, location and purpose of Kiosk users. In this study I will attempt to grasp the problems of current Kiosk users. In this study I will attempt to grasp the problems of current Kiosks and present the direction of the GUI suitable for its purpose and expected effect by conducting researches into human-centered design in the Kiosk Interface that is positioning itself as an important media in the age of information and communication.
