We observed that in lower temperature range the gradients of two protons chemial shifts of amine group are constant, but in higher temperature range they are different. So we intended to explain these phenomena with semi-empirical quantum calculations. In calculations we assumed that amide is in transition state (TS, fig2) in higher temperature, while in lower temperature amide is in ground state(GS, fig2). As a result of comparision of calculations of ¹H, ^(13)C, ^(15)N shifts with experimental data, the origin of chemical shift on the temperature is due to the C-N internal rotation.

In order to investigate the adsorption heat of sodium dioctylsuccinate(SDSS) at the interface between surface phase and bulk liquid of SDSS in the bubble-foam adsorptive separation, two equations were derived from the batch analysis around the overhead flow of the bubble column under the assumption of ideal solution and monolayer adsorption. Using the experimental data obtained from the batch operation below the SDSS concentration of ???? mol/l, the heat of adsorption were calculated. The heat of adsorption calculated by the equation, which was derived considering the bulk liquid accompanied by the bubbles, was 3200cal/mol. The collection efficiency was increased with pH decrease in the pH range of 3.5∼6.5.
