철도차량 부유상구조의 Floor support 재질이 차량 실내소음에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

To reduce interior noise of running vehicles, a floating floor construction has been widely used in recent railway industry. Among the key factors of the floating floor design, dynamic stiffness is of most important in acoustical point of view. Sometimes hard rubber type supports have often been selected due to the other design constraints such as heavy load condition, durability of rubber element and its cost etc., even though it seems like the softer support, the better isolation of noise and vibration. In this paper two representative floor supports have been considered to evaluate their effectiveness in interior noise contribution: one is a soft rubber and another is a relatively hard one. From the measured dynamic stiffness of the specimens, equivalent stiffness of actual floating floor has been derived to use in the analytical models. Calculated air-borne and structure-borne noise insulation properties of the floating floors have been compared with experiments in prototype car. In full car model interior noise levels of running vehicles have been predicted to quantify the effectiveness of the two different floating support materials and verified through the measured inside noise levels of actual train as well. By comparison with difference of running noise levels two materials for floor support can be investigated quantitatively so that it could be applied in floating floor design.

In general, the rolling stock has been designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of purchaser. The requirements of the noise and vibration performance are called the international standard (ISO, UIC, TSI etc.) and are demanded based on the special conditions for the regional regulation and the characteristics for operating condition in detail. In this paper, the noise and vibration performance in the train at stationary condition has been investigated and the design parameter of the cooling fan to control the noise and vibration performance has been examined.

Air spring system is widely accepted for secondary suspension of railway vehicle to support load and absorb the vibration. And the a major role of the air spring system is to improve vertical dynamic characteristics and vertical ride comfort. The mechanical behaviour of air spring is based on fluid and thermodynamic mechanics. The main parameters of air spring are stiffness due to compression of the air in the spring and surge reservoir, change of area stiffness and orifice damping. In this paper, the orifice damping characteristics are determined using wedge test results and the correlations between orifice design factors and the damping characteristics are reviewed.

최근 철도차량 주변의 환경소음에 대한 규제는 강화되고 있다. 대표적으로 유럽의 경우 TSI (Technical Specification for Interoperability)로 규제하고 있으며, 우리나라의 경우도 환경부 소음권고기준이 공포되어 규제되고 있다. 중/고속의 철도차량이 주행중일 때 외부소음은 휠/레일 접촉에 의한 소음이 지배적이며, 편성 단위로 운영되는 철도차량에서 특정 차량의 휠 상태 및 표면 거칠기 등이 나쁜 경우 열차의 소음이 크게 증가하게 된다. 이러한 편성차량 중에서 이상 소음 발생 차량만의 소음수준을 확인할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 편성 열차의 소음을 측정하고, 각 차량별 소음원의 거리를 이용하여 차량별 소음크기를 분리하는 방법에 대해 고찰 했다. 이러한 방법을 적용하여 기관차와 객차 편성단위의 시험결과로부터, 기관차와 객차의 차량별 소음 크기를 분석하여 보았다. For the exterior noise measurement of the trainset in the running condition, it is hard to evaluating the noise level of each car. In this paper, the identification method of each car from the noise measurement for the trainset has been proposed. And it was applied to the test result of the trainset composed of one locomotive and 4 passenger cars.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of defoliation treatment on the growth and yield of strawberries. There was a remarkable growth in the above-ground part and root of untreated strawberry plants possibly due to higher amount of photosynthesis, while overall plant growth was suppressed as the level of defoliation treatment increased. In both the "Seolhyang" and "Maehyang" cultivars examined, defoliation treatment resulted in small fruits and a low number of fruits per plant. Notably, 50% defoliation significantly reduced the number of fruits per plant to 8.2, compared to 13.8 in untreated plants. Defoliation treatment also negatively influenced the fruit quality including color, sugar content, and solid-acid rate. However, no significant changes in fruit firmness was observed in either cultivar. Therefore, retaining enough leaves without defoliation treatment can be important to increasing fruit yield, producing high quality fruits and saving labor required for defoliation.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of shading on the growth and productivity of strawberries. Photosynthesis was normally achieved under natural light without shading treatment, and vegetative growth of under- and aboveground part of strawberry plants were excellent. Strawberry fruit productivity and quality were different depending on shading conditions. In natural light, they were improved possibly by balanced vegetative and reproductive growth. However, under light-shading conditions with insufficient sunshine, photosynthetic activity deteriorated and carbohydrate production was therfore inadequate; this adversely affected plant height and quality. The negative effects were more pronounced at 50% shading condition. Shading treatments resulting in insufficient sunshine had a detrimental impact on plant productivity and growth; this implies that proper shading conditions could heip improve yield and fruit quality.
발아온도 및 Spermine, Putrescine이 딸기의 화분 발아에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to determine the optimum conditions for the treatment of polyamine to promote pollen germination and improve the fruiting rate by overcoming fertilization defects in low-temperature strawberry cultivation. The optimum temperature for pollen germination of strawberries was 30 ℃ for Seolhyang and 25 ℃ for Maehyang, and Seolhyang had a higher pollen germination rate than that of Maehyang. The addition of polyamines, namely spermine and putrescine to the medium improved the pollen germination rate and spermine treatment showed a better effect than putrescine treatment. The proper polyamine type and treatment concentration for enhancing the potency of pollen germination was 500 μM of spermine for both Seolhyang and Maehyang, which improved the pollen germination rate by 19-23% compared with that of the control. However, combined treatment of spermine and putrescine, resulted in a lower germination rate lower than that of the single treatment. Our results indicated that the treatment of polyamines during flowering in protected cultivation of strawberrise can improve the fruiting rate by overcoming the problem of poor pollen germination due to low temperature.
