        어린이 문화유산 교육 활용을 위한 역사 거리 선정 평가에 관한 연구 -중국 후베이성(湖北省) 우한시(武汉市) 역사 거리를 중심으로

        Cultural heritage education for children can help them understand their cultural heritage, stimulate their interest in traditional culture, and foster a sense of historic identity and cultural literacy. Historic districts are an important component of cultural heritage spaces and can be seen as places where many cultural heritage resources are gathered, making them highly relevant for children's daily activities and learning. Through the establishment of an evaluation system for the utilisation of historical streets for children's cultural heritage education, this study aims to systematically analyse and evaluate relevant alternatives to select the most suitable historic districts for the purpose of children's cultural heritage education. Additionally, the evaluation method model established in this study will serve as a theoretical basis for future related studies. In this study, firstly the evaluation method and process for the utilisation of historic districts were established through a literature review. Following that, the evaluation criteria and indicators were determined based on the objectives of children's cultural heritage education, and the weighting of the evaluation criteria was analysed using the Delphi Method. Subsequently, an evaluation model based on Multi-Criteria Decision Making was constructed. Finally, five historic districts in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China were selected to conduct an empirical study. The research results and specific contents of this study are as follows. Firstly, the overall flow of the preliminary evaluation of the utilisation of historic districts is established. Secondly, the factors influencing the utilisation of historic districts for children's cultural heritage education comprise historical value, cultural diversity, environmental quality, spatial flexibility, and accessibility. Amongst these, historical value and cultural diversity are the most significant determinants. Third, establish an evaluation system for the utilisation of historic districts for children's cultural heritage education and cooperate with experts in various fields to conduct qualitative and quantitative evaluations involving various actors. Fourth, conduct evaluation and research on the historic districts of Wuhan City and select the historic districts of Jianghan Road and Zhongshan Avenue as the most suitable alternatives. The results of this study provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the evaluation of the utilisation of historic districts for children's cultural heritage education, and are significant in realising the sustainable development of historic districts.

        어린이 문화유산교육을 위한 영국문화유산 공간 활용 연구

        어린이 문화유산 교육은 실천을 기반으로 한 교육방법으로 문화유산 공간을 교육 공간으로 활용하여 역사와문화에 대한 이해를 높이는 것은 문화유산 보호에 큰 의미를 가진다. 본 연구의 목적은 영국 어린이 문화유산 교육 공간 활용의 체계적 분석을 통해 어린이 문화유산 교육과 공간 활용의 연관성을 구축하는데 있다. 따라서 본논문은 문헌정리를 통해 어린이 문화유산 교육의 정의및 목표, 교육의 특징을 정리하고 사례 분석을 통해 영국어린이 문화유산 교육의 특징, 활동유형 및 공간 활용 방법을 분석한다. 연구 결과 및 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어린이 문화유산 교육은 지식전수와 태도 배양을 목표로 하고 있으며, 그 주요한 특성은 문화유산현장 체험학습이다. 둘째, 영국의 교육 활동유형은 상호 작용성, 참여성, 창조성, 놀이성이며 그 문화유산의 공간 활용 방법은일부 공간 활용, 전체 공간 활용, 임시 공간 활용, 원시(原始) 공간 활용이다. 셋째, 어린이 문화유산 교육의 활동유형, 문화유산공간의 성질과 특징, 유지 상황이 공간의 활용 방법에종합적으로 영향을 미친다. 본 연구의 결과는 어린이문화유산 교육을 기반으로 한 공간 활용에 이론적 지도로 되어 문화유산 보호의 지속 가능한 발전을 실현하는데 그 의의가 있다. Children's cultural heritage education is an educational method based on practice, and enhancing the understanding of history and culture by using the cultural heritage space as an educational space is of great significance to protect cultural heritage. The purpose of this study is to establish the link between children's heritage education and space use through a systematic analysis of space utilization in children's heritage education in England. Therefore, this paper summarizes the definition and goals of children's cultural heritage education and the characteristics of education through literature organization, and analyzes the characteristics, activity types, and space utilization methods of children's cultural heritage education in the UK through case analysis. The results and contents of the study are as follows. First, children's cultural heritage education aims to cultivate knowledge and attitudes, and its main characteristic is cultural heritage field experience learning. Second, the types of educational activities in the UK include interactivity, participation, creativity, and playability , and the methods of utilizing the space of the cultural heritage are partial space utilization, overall space utilization, temporary space utilization, and original space utilization. Third, the activity type of children's cultural heritage education, the nature and characteristics of the cultural heritage space, and the maintenance situation comprehensively affect the method of using the space. The results of this study are meaningful in realizing the sustainable development of cultural heritage protection by providing theoretical guidance for the use of space based on children's cultural heritage education.

        민족정체성 유지행동과 학교소속감이 심리적 웰빙과 직무만족에 미치는 영향: 중국인 아르바이트생의 경우

        With the gradual impact of globalization, the number of the foreign students in Korea is increasing. Chinese students have always been the first in the number among the foreign students in Korea. Most Chinese students do arbeit while studying in Korea. However, there is a lack of research on student workers in Korea and expecially on how the support of universities, which is a major sponsoring organ- ization of foreign students, affects their psychological well-being (Cho et al., 2015). Moreover, studies on the psychological well-being and job satisfaction of student workers are also insufficient. Thus, this study aims to investigate the relationship among ethnic identity behavior (home country media use), school belonging, psychologic wellbeing and job satisfaction among Chinese student workers in Korea. Based on the regression analysis for 158 Chinese student workers, we got the following results. First, Chinese student workers’ ethnic identity behavior (home country media use) and school belonging sig- nificantly influenced their psychologic wellbeing. Second, ethnic identity behavior was found to moderate the relationship between school belonging and psychological wellbeing. More specifically, the influence of school belonging on psychological wellbeing was higher among those who used home country media less than those who used the media more. This finding was contradict to our hypothesis. This is because the effect of ethnic identity behavior on psychological well-being is much smaller than that of school belonging (β=.513, P<.001) among Chinese students although ethnic identity behavior has a positive effect on psychological well-being (β=.254, P<.001), Thus, it is more advantageous to reduce ethnic identity behavior for psychological well-being in terms of the interaction between school belonging and ethnic identity behavior. These results can be attributed to a special intercultural setting. In other words, in- tegration strategy that embraces both home and host culture is more desirable for psychological well-being than segregation strategy which insists only home culture (Berry, 1980). Finally, psychological wellbeing was found to mediate the relationship between school belonging and job satisfaction as well as between ethnic identity behavior (home country media use) and job satisfaction. This means that in order to increase the job satisfaction of foreign student workers, it is necessary to maintain psychological well-be- ing by promoting the sense of school belonging and ethnic identity behavior. Theoretical and managerial implications for organizational and school practices are discussed at the end. Specifically, in order to improve the psychological well-being of international student workers, it is necessary to support con- venient use of smart phones or computers for better use of the media in their home countries. Moreover, language training, cross-cultural training, international festivals and Buddy programs (mentoring pro- grams in which Korean students help foreign students) are necessary to increase the sense of school belonging among international students. In addition, companies that employ foreign student workers could increase their job satisfaction by promoting their psychological well-being through psychological counsel- ing or mentoring programs.

        신석정 후기 시의 도가사상적 성격과 그 생태학적 함의

        신석정(1907~1974)은 작품 창작의 초기부터 도가사상(道家思想)의 영향을 많이 받아온 시인으로 알려진다. 그동안 도가사상의 관점으로 신석정의 초기 시를 설명한 연구가 이루어져 왔다. 그의 후기 시집, 특히 2007년에 뒤늦게 출판된 그의 육필유고시집 『내 노래하고 싶은 것은』에 관한 연구는 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 후기 시에서 자연 이미지가 어떻게 나타나고 자연에 대한 신석정의 인식이 일관되게 나타나는지를 논의한 연구도 거의 이루어지지 못하였다. 이러한 실정을 감안해서 본 연구는 유고시집 『내 노래하고 싶은 것은』을 신석정의 후기 시로 포함해서 후기 시에서 드러난 신석정의 자연에 대한 인식을 살펴보고자 한다. 신석정의 후기 시에는 시집 『대바람 소리』와 『내 노래하고 싶은 것은』이 포함된다. 『대바람 소리』에 관한 기존 연구를 살펴보면, 시집에 드러난 자연 친화적인 경향을 주목하여 초기 자연시로의 돌아감으로 보는 의견들이 주류를 이루어 왔다. 사실상 초기보다, 신석정의 시세계에서 노장사상이 가장 절실하게 드러나는 시기는 후기이다. 필자가 살펴본 결과에 따라 신석정의 후기 시에 나타난 도가의 무위자연사상은 다음 두 가지 측면에서 의미가 있다. 첫째, 유신체제기의 엄격한 검열제도에 대응하기 위한 우회적인 저항이다. 둘째, 근대화 사회의 여러 가지 문제를 해결하고 인간과 자연의 관계를 회복하는 대안책이다. 신석정은 자기중심적이고 인간중심적인 사고방식에서 벗어나 자연 본성을 되찾아야 하고, 세계관의 전환을 통하여 병리적인 인간사회를 개선하려는 주장을 내세우고 있다. 이러한 측면에서 볼 때, 신석정의 후기 시는 깊은 생태학적 함의를 지닌다. One of the most prominent figures in the modern literary circles of South Korea, Shin Seok-Jeong’s poetry is well-known for its recurrent Taoist leitmotif. Previous scholarship of his poetry has primarily sought to explicate and contextualize his early poetry with reference to its evocation of Taoism. There is, however, a general dearth of academic inquiry into his later poetry, and in particular his relatively neglected anthology The Songs I Want to Sing which was published posthumously in 2007. This paucity of research into how natural images and motifs manifest in his later poetry calls for greater theoretical exploration of his thought, especially with regard to potential progressions of his ontological consciousness of nature. This study seeks to contribute to the literature by examining his perception of nature in his later poems. Two anthologies constitute his later poetry, which notably includes his The Sound of Bamboo Wind collection that was published prior to his death. Previous research on his collection tends to invoke as a referential analytical framework the nature-friendly tendencies of his early nature poetry; yet, amore dominant form of Taoist thought similarly pervades his later poems. This study illustrates how palpable the poetic natural thought of ‘Wuwei-Ziran’ is in his later poems; first, in terms of roundabout resistance to oppressive censorship, and, secondly, as an alternative means to both addressing the ills of modern society and healing the relationship between nature and humankind. Shin advocates through his later poetry the abandonment of egocentrism and anthropocentrism and proposes instead the adoption of worldview informed by the tenets of ‘Wuwei-Ziran’, which he believes would afford society the opportunity to view its problems at a more elevated level. In this respect, the later poems of Shin Seok-Jeong have profound ecological implications.

        중국인 유학생-노동자들의 문화변용전략 프로파일: 온라인 사회자본, 심리적 웰빙 및 직무만족을 중심으로

        This study aims to examine the effects of acculturation strategies on online social capital, psychological well-being, and job satisfaction among Chinese student workers in Korea . In addition, it was verified whether these effects are different by gender. Data were collected from 162 Chinese students workers in Seoul, Busan, Gyeongnam, Gyeongbuk, and Jeonbuk. The statistical results are as the following. First, Chinese student workers’ online social capital, psychological well-being, job satisfaction, Korean speaking and listening skills, and age were all found to be different based on their acculturation strategies. Second, two-way ANOVA test reveals that there is no moderating effect of gender between acculturation strategies and dependent variables(online social capital, psychological well-being, and job satisfaction). Third, job satisfaction was highest in integration strategy for both male and female, followed by assimilation strategy. However, online social capital and psychological well-being were all higher in integration strategy than in assimilation strategy for male, while these two variables were all higher in assimilation strategy than in integration strategy for female. Lastly, women's acculturation strategies have a significant effect on job satisfaction only, but men's acculturation strategies significantly affect many variables such as job satisfaction, online social capital, psychological well-being, and Korean speaking and listening skills. Theoretical and practical implications, research limitations, and future research tasks were addressed at the last part.

Under the convergence of the leisure tourism industry and cultural creativity industry, cultural leisure tourism industry (CLTS) is the important new consumption hot spot and growth pole of urban MIS development. “The finest tourism city of China” Hangzhou while makes the national culture creativity industry center, thus proposed that developing CLTS is the strategic choose to actuate Hangzhou taking the lead to enter into the high technology industry , leading, MSL move into the post-industrial age. Through the analysis of world's CLTS marketing, consciously, clustering developing trends, this paper illustrates the strategic opportunities of Hangzhou CLTS development with location, talent, culture, industry and other Foundation and economic development, consumption patterns, tourism-internationalization. Thus the author analysis Hangzhou CLTS problems in the future development and propose support measures.

        Purposes :The purposes of this study was to investigate the self-managing status according to the life styles and the diabetic knowledge of early adulthood. The subjects in this study were 240people, the early adult aged twenties to thirties living in the metropolitan area. Data were collected by using self-administered questionnaires that measure about the knowledge of diabetes; the dietetic behavior; the knowledge of diet; the exercise behavior; the knowledge of exercise. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and correlation were used for data analysis. Result :1. At the knowledge of diabetes degree based on the general character, the subjects who had experiences of diabetic education have higher degree of the diabetic knowledge. 2. At the knowledge of diabetes degree according to the life style, the subjects who have regular diet are appeared highly. Also the subjects who don't take much food of animal origin have higher degree. 3. At the knowledge of diet based on the life style, the subjects who don't keep three times meals a day are appeared highly. Also the subjects who have regular diet have higher degree. 4. At the knowledge of exercise according to the life style, the subjects who take extra nutritions 3-4 times a week are appeared highly. Although the subjects tend to know about dietary, exercise and health management, it showed that they actually don't perform what they know in their everyday of life. The reason for this could be the lack of perceived seriousness about diabetes mellitus. Thus as nursing professionals, we should provide them proper health education and support. Moreover, advanced research on the empowerment is warranted.
