경제위기와 남북 기업 활동의 협력 방안

남북간 정치 군사적 갈등과 충돌로 인해 취해진 2008년 12.1조치와 2010년 5.24조치로 남북경협의 핵심 사업 중 남북한 철도 도로 연결과 금강산 관광사업이 중단되었고 개성공단 사업 역시 앞날이 불투명하다. 이 글에서는 남북관계 경색의 경제적 피해와 협력사업의 현황, 남북 현안 관련 국민의식을 살펴보고 향후 남북 기업 간 경제협력 방안에 대해 제시한다. 한반도의 경제외적 불안요인 최소화, 남북간 상생의 경제협력 추진, 남북경협에 선행되어야 할 완벽한 여건보장의 중요성, 국민적 합의에 기초한 남북관계 개선, 끝으로 남북 경제협력에서 미래지향적인 기업가적 관점에서의 신사업기회 모색의 필요성에 대해 논의하였다. The political conflicts and military collisions between the South-North Korea resulted in actions taken at 1 of Dec. in 2008 and 24 May in 2010. Those actions stopped the major economic cooperations such as the relink of a railroad line across the divided peninsula as well as Mt. Geumgang tourist trade, and cast shade on the Gaesung Industrial Complex. This article articulates the current situation of the economic damages, status quo of cooperation and the South Koreans' changed way of thinking about issues between the South and North which provoked by the conflicts. We emphasized the necessities of minimizing unstable non-economic factors on the Peninsula; continuing win-win economic cooperation between the South-and North corporations; guaranteeing safe business conditions; improving the relationship based on the national consensus. Also we suggested ideas on how to manage the economic cooperation and how to explore new business opportunities in the future based on entrepreneurial leadership.

가공 및 저장 방법이 다른 오리 가슴육의 기계적 판별

본 연구는 오리 신선육과 냉동 후 해동육의 구별을 손쉽게 할 수 있는 방법을 제시하고, 오리육의 처리형태별 저장기간에 따른 미생물, 드립감량, 관능검사 등 품질변화를 연구하여 기계적 방법(토리미터)을 이용한 신선도 측정 시 객관적인 등급판정 기준을 제시하기 위해 실시되었다. 오리가슴육 중 냉동 후 해동육 껍질(skin)색에서 신선육이나 토치육에 비해 명도가 낮아지고, 적색도가 증가하였으며, 드립감량은 냉동 후 해동육이 다른 처리구에 비해 유의적으로 높았다(p<0.05). 일반 호기성 미생물은 1일차에서 토치육이 신선육에 비해 낮았으나 3 및 7일차에는 모든 처리구간에 유의적인 차이는 없었다. TBARS값은 저장기간 동안 증가하였으나 처리구간 유의적인 차이를 보이지는 않았다. 관능검사결과 냉동 후 해동육이 관능검사의 모든 항목에서 유의적으로 낮은 결과를 나타내었다(p<0.05). 토리미터 값은 오리 가슴 껍질(skin)과 육(meat) 모두에서 냉동 후 해동육이 다른 처리구에 비해 유의적으로 낮게 나타났다(p<0.05). 오리육의 토리미터값과 품질특성과의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 육색을 제외한 일반호기성미생물, 지질산패도, 드립감량 및 저장기간과의 밀접한 관계가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이상의 결과에서 냉동 후 해동된 오리 가슴육은 신선육이나 토치육에 비해 육색의 변화나 드립 감량 증가가 빠르게 이루어짐을 알 수 있었고, 토리미터 값의 측정은 냉동 후 해동육을 신선육이나 토치육으로부터 구별하는 신속한 방법으로 이용이 가능할 것으로 사료된다. The possibility of instrumental differentiation of duck breast meat treated with different processing and storage conditions was investigated for industrial application. Duck breast meats, which were 1) refrigerated (fresh) after slaughter, 2) fresh but applied the torching process for the removal of remaining feathers (fresh-torched), and 3) frozen and thawed (frozen-thawed), were prepared and the torrymeter value and other quality factors were assessed. The torrymeter values of both duck breast meat and skin showed the lowest in frozen-thawed sample during the whole storage period. The drip loss of frozen-thawed sample was higher than those of fresh or fresh-torched ones. The number of total aerobic bacteria was lower in fresh-torched than fresh but both were not different from frozen-thawed at day 1 while no difference found thereafter. Sensory score of frozen-thawed sample was the lowest. The correlation analysis among the torrymeter value and quality factors of duck breast meat revealed that the torrymeter value is closely related with the total aerobic bacterial number, lipid oxidation, drip loss, and storage period but not with color. The results indicate that once the duck breast meat was frozen then thawed, drip loss and sensory quality can be affected and the torrymeter value can differentiate frozen-thawed from fresh and freshtorched duck breast meat.

선천성 승모판협착증 치험 2례

Congenital mitral stenosis is a rare cardiac lesion which frequently associated with other congenital anomalies of the heart and great vessels. There are many difficulties in its preoperative diagnosis and choice of adequate treatment. We present two cases of congenital mitral stenosis who have had operated in this hospital at March 1981 and January 1983. One was 13 years old female with isolated, type III mitral stenosis who had mitral valve replacement with Ionescu-Shiley bioprosthetic valve, the other was 2 years and 3 months old female with supramitral ring associated with VSD and PDA who had operation of resection of supramitral ring and repair of associated lesions. Postoperative course of both cases is excellent except one episode of sudden supraventricular tachyar-rhythmia on latter case and it was controlled by medical treatment.

We have experienced one case of Redo AVR which was performed 13 months after initial operation. The patient had received AVR [Bjork-Shiley disc valve] and MVR [Ionescu-Shiley tissue valve] because of ASI and MSI at March, 1981. During follow up through the OPD, he complained exertional dyspnea and progressive jaundice with hemolytic anemia was also noticed since 1 month prior to readmission. Cardiac catheterization and angiography revealed periaortic valvular leakage due to partial detachment of previously replaced prosthetic aortic valve. Re-replacement of prosthetic aortic valve with Ionescu-Shiley valve was performed and the patient was discharged at 17th POD without any complications.

Torque converter in automatic transmission transfers the engine power to transmission by ATF. A Torque converter consists of the hydrodynamic clutch device and the lock-up clutch device. The retaining plate and driven plate are part of the lock-up clutch. Lock-up clutch transfers the engine torque directly to autotransmission. So it must have resistance and durability. In this study, we found the effect from Shape of mechanical stopper on retaining plate. The shpe of mechanical stopper has effect on the stress distribution of lock-up clutch.

This paper is provided torque converter engineer with useful information for stopper impact and stress of damper system.

한국 기업의 성 다양성에 영향을 미치는 선행요인과 그 결과에 대한 연구

본 연구는 전년도의 HR 관련 변수가 차년도의 여성비율 및 기업성과에 미치는 영향과 전년도의 여성비율 및 기업성과가 HR 관련 변수에 미치는 영향을 탐색하였다 또한, 전년도의 여성비율이 차년도의 기업성과에 미치는 영향과 전년도의 기업성과가 차년도의 여성비율에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다 이를 위하여 여성부가 2007년과 2008년에 실시한 여성인력패널 자룔를 사용하여 패널자료의 두 시점 간의 변화에 대한 인과관계 분석방법인 ‘양 시점 교차지연모형’을 적용하였다 그 결과 첫째, 전년도의 HR 관련 변수는 부분적으로 차년도의 여성비율에 대하여 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다 최고경영자의 여성인력에 대한 중요성의 강조는 정규직 여성비율과 대리급 이상 여성비율에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 모성보호제도는 여성 채용비율에 대하여 그리고 여성관리자 역량은 대리급 이상 여성비율에 대하여 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다 둘째, 정규직, 핵심인력, 대리급 이상 여성비율은 최고경영자의 여성인력 중요성 강조에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 핵심인력 여성비율은 여성 선발우대 및 여성관리자 역량에 대하여 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다 셋째, 대리급 이상의 여성비율은 기업성과에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 기업성과는 핵심인력 여성비율에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다 마지막으로, 분석결과가 제시하는 이론적 및 실무적 시사점에 대해 논의하였다 This study examined the reciprocal causal relationships among the HR practices, gender diversity, and ROE of 312 Korean firms To accomplish these research aims, we utilized the Female Workforce Panel Data 2007 and 2008 gathered by KWDI(Korean Women's Development Institute) and applied two-wave cross-lagged regression method Results indicated that HR practices affected on the ratio of female workforce CEO's emphasis on the importance of women employees was positively related to the ratio of female regular employees and female assistant managers-level or higher, Maternity protection practice was positively related to the ratio of female selection, and evaluation of female managers' competency had a positive effect on the female ratio of assistant manager-level or higher Results also indicated that the ratio of female workforce except the female ratio in selection had positive effects on CEO's emphasis on the importance of women employees, and that the ratio of key women talents was positively related to woman-conscious selection and evaluation of female managers' competency Specially, the female ratio of assistant manager-level or higher had a positive effect on corporate ROE and corporate ROE had a positive effect on the ratio of key women talents The theoretical and practical implications of these findings were discussed

스파이웨어의 위험성에 대한 연구
