        요인분석시 형태요인을 도출시키기 위한 자료 변환 연구 : 20대 남성 체형을 중심으로

        The purpose of this research is to offer a method to derive the body shapes and pose factors with results from analyzing factors by using the measurement values of human body. 297 male subjects in their twenties participated in this study. 54 anthropometric and 35 photographic measurements were taken from each subject. Data is the several typical items selected among items and you have to make an index value by using these typical items and convert it. The index has high correlation with each item, is easy to be measured and is to be used after selecting an important item in designing prototype. With results of analyzing reliability level by each item, correlation and items that factor loading is low, the item that the correlation is high is to be removed within the range that maintains the reliability level. Five factors of the front part and seven factors of the profile came to be derived from this kind of process.

        전문대학 패션 전공 학생들의 사회적 지지가 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

        This study proposes the requirements for students in colleges majoring in fashion at two-year colleges in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do to perform behaviors in preparation for a further career more effectively by identifying the impact of social support on the career decision-making self-efficacy, and behaviors preparing a further career. The results of this study are described below. In accordance with the analysis on the relationship between career decision-making self-efficacy and behaviors preparing a further career, and the social support, the social support had a positive impact on the career decision-making self-efficacy and a negative impact on the behaviors preparing a further career. Moreover, the career decision-making self-efficacy had a positive impact on the behaviors preparing a further career. In accordance with the analysis, social support from family members or relevant third parties is required for improving the behavior of students majoring fashion in colleges to prepare a further career. To this end, the quantity or scope of social support is not the main issue, but the meticulous approach to fit each student’s need for making students recognize such social support. It is important for students in colleges to enhance career decision-making self-efficacy by accurately identifying their abilities, values or desires.

        교육과정 운영 자율화 소규모학교의 조직 효과성 사례연구

        This study analyzes organizational effectiveness of autonomous management of curriculum in small size school in the aspects of input, process and output. The major research results are as follows. First, in the aspect of input the school could gain extra resources such as faculty member, finance and facilities, and curriculum discretion since it has been chosen as curriculum innovation school, small size school model policy pilot school, curriculum specialization school. Secondly, in the aspect of process there has been face to face teaching, family atmosphere among faculty members, faculty members' strong motive for quality teaching, leadership by principals, etc. Those factors contributed to the building school size school model by autonomous management of curriculum. Thirdly, in the aspects of output the school at risk of closing has been changed to school for preference, where it could help students to live happy life and form positive attitude. It could help students to improve their learning ability and creativity. It also suggests the followings as policy recommendations. It needs to build secondary school sharing the same philosophy in the area. It also needs to provide other small size schools autonomous management of curriculum so that the schools could develop their own features and strengths in school curriculum. 본 연구는 교육과정 자율학교로 운영된 소규모 학교의 조직효과성을 투입, 과정, 산출 차원에서 분석하였다. 연구결과로 첫째, 투입 면에서는 교육과정혁신학교, 작은 학교 모델정책 연구학교, 교육과정 특성화 자율학교 등 계속 선정됨으로써 교원, 재정 및 시설의 확보, 교육과정 운영의 자율성 등에서 혜택을 얻을 수 있었다. 둘째, 과정 면에서는 문화예술 주제중심의 교과통합교육과정 운영으로 학생들과의 면대면 교육, 교사들 간의 가족적 분위기 형성 등 작은 학교의 특성을 살린 질 높은 교육을 위한 교원의 과업 동기, 교육과정의 원활한 지원과 구성원간의 원활한 의사소통을 만들어낸 교장의 리더십 등이 작용하였다. 셋째, 산출 면에서 학생들의 행복한 삶과 긍정적인 가치관 형성과 학습력 및 창의성을 신장의 가능성을 보여주었다.

        성인 여성의 연령대별 기성복 치수 선택 실태 조사 : 구호칭을 중심으로 By the Old Size System

        The objective of this study is to investigate the actual status regarding the size selection for jackets, skirts, and slacks among the ready-to-wears worn by adult women, and to examine the physical measurements of major parts for the women wearing each dress size. The data collection was made through the questionnaires obtained from 699 adult women of 20 to 59 years of age. The questionnaire is composed of sizes of ready-to-wears worn and physical measurements of the respondents. The data analysis was conducted through description statistics, Crosstabs, ANOVA. The findings are as follows. 1. The differences were found in the sizes of ready-to-wears worn by adult women along the age ranges. 2. The ratios of correspondence for the sizes of fackets and skirts and for the sizes of jackets and slacks were as high as 77.3% and 78.3%, respectively. 3. The differences were found in every physical measurement item of the jacket wearers by the size. The girth items showed an increase with the larger sizes of jackets, whereas the height was the largest for the wearers of Sizes 55 and 66, regardless of the jacket sizes. The differences in the physical measurements by the age range, among the facket wearers of the same size, were found in the height and the waist girth. The height was lower and the waist girth was larger, with the older age. In addition, the differences in the wearers' physical measurements, by the jacket size of the same age range, were found in every item including the height among those in their 20's, and in every item excluding the height among those in their 30's or the above.

        성인 여성의 연령 비만도에 따른 기성복 맞음새 선호 경향 조사

        The objective of thii study is to investigate the fit preference tendency for ready-to-wears(jackets, skirts, and slacks) of adult women and to find out the respective differences by the age range and the obesity level. The study method was the questionnaire survey with the subjects of 699 women of 20 up to 59 years of age. The questionnaire is composed of fit preference tendency, physical measurements, age, and occupation. For the data analysis, SPSS 9.0 program was used, and descriptive statistics, Crosstabs, ANOVA, Duncan's test, and t-test were conducted. The findings are as follows. 1. Regarding the fit preferred for each part of jackets, skirts, and slacks, among ready-to-wears, the thing with some extra width in every part was most favored, followed by the 'thiigfitting perfectly'. 2. The differences were found in the fit preference tendency by the age of adult women. The fit preference tendency was higher among those in their 20's than among those of the other age range, and those in their 30 s and 40 s preferred the clothes with less extra width in comparison with those in their 50's. 3. The differences were also found in the fit preference tendency by the obesity level of adult women. The fit preference tendency was high in the order of the emaciation, normalcy, and obesity types. 4. The fit preference tendency was found to be more affected by the obesity level than by the age. The fit preference tendency by the obesity level of each age range showed the differences in all of the age range. However, the normal type did not show the preference difference among the age ranges, in the fit preference tendency by the age range of each obesity level. Clothing manufacturing firms should understand the characteristics of consumers, such as their age, body type, extra width preferred, to provide the consumers of target market with suitable leeway, and they should design the clothing products which meet up these needs in style and silhouette.
