        This study developed hair stream-based haircutting techniques and investigated the level of consumers’ satisfaction with them. Then, the study results found the followings: First, divide the head into triangular sections according to the direction of hair stream under the principle of celestial sphere based on the median and temporal lines, focusing on the G·P of the hair stream in three levels(X, Y and Z) without tensioning in a direction toward the parallel of latitude. Second, after dividing each section in a direction toward the line of longitude, it is parted into more than one triangle. Third, the hair in each parting is divided along the direction of hair stream. Fourth, based on the hair line around the ears, the length and design of haircut are determined. Depending on the division of hair stream, hair is cut using the moving design line method. For the objective classification of hair-stream haircut, customers’ satisfaction with hair-stream haircut was analyzed. As a result, a very high satisfaction level(4.92 scores) was observed. The mean was pretty same by age without significant difference: 4.97 in a group of age 40s or below; 4.86 in a group of age 50s; 4.94 in a group of age 60s or older. In terms of the mean frequency of haircut as well, no big difference was found: 4.91 in one month or below; 4.92 in at least two months. As the frequency of hair-stream haircut increased, in addition, customers’ satisfaction with hair-stream haircut was high. In addition, they showed a strong intention to have a hair-stream haircut again or recommend it to others. Moreover, as their satisfaction with hair-stream haircut increased, they were more willing to have a hair-stream haircut again and recommend it to others. Considering the results above, compared to conventional haircut techniques, hair stream-based haircut is simpler and looks more natural and lighter. Therefore, it is perceived as a new haircut technique. Because it is still very new to many hairdressers, however, it should be continuously taught to them.

        Hydrazine Doped Graphene and Its Stability

        The electronic property of graphene was investigated by hydrazine treatment. Hydrazine (N2H4) highly increases electron concentrations and up-shifts Fermi level of graphene based on significant shift of Dirac point to the negative gate voltage. We have observed contact resistance and channel length dependent mobility of graphene in the back-gated device after hydrazine monohydrate treatment and continuously monitored electrical characteristics under Nitrogen or air exposure. The contact resistance increases with hydrazine-treated and subsequent Nitrogen-exposed devices and reduces down in successive Air-exposed device to the similar level of pristine one. The channel conductance curve as a function of gate voltage in hole conduction regime keeps analogous value and shape even after Nitrogen/Air exposure specially whereas, in electron conduction regime change rate of conductance along with the level of conductance with gate voltage are decreased. Hydrazine could be utielized as the highly effective donor without degradation of mobility but the stability issue to be solved for future application.

        호텔조리사의 개인성격과 LMX가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

        This paper investigated the effects of hotel chef's personality on leader-member exchange(LMX) and Organizational Commitment. On the basis of theoretical linkages between the constructs, “The data for the were collected through conducting” a survey to the sample for the study is 300 chefs extracted from four five-star hotels in pusan metropolitan area. self-administrated questionnaires are distributed and 264 usable questionnaires are collected and used for the analyses. The findings of the research are as follows, First, hotel chef's personality consists of considerateness, agreeableness, openness, neurosis and extroversion. Second hotel chef's extroversion, agreeableness and neurosis positively affect hotel chef's LMX. and hotel chef's neurosis negatively affect hotel chef's LMX. Third, hotel chef's Organizational Commitment is affected by leader-member exchange(LMX) of a hotel chef's. 본 연구는 호텔조리사의 개인성격의 차이에 따라 LMX의 질에 미치는 영향과 LMX의 질에 따라 조직몰입에 미치는 인과관계에 대해 연구하고자 하였다. 연구에 대한 샘플 조사는 부산 지역에 근무하는 특급호텔 조리사들에게서 추출한 300명의 자료를 배포하였고, 연구자가 직접 연구배경을 설명하고 자기기입식 설문작성을 통한 264부를 실증분석자료로 사용되었다. 연구의 결과 첫째, 호텔조리종사자의 개인성격의 차이에 따라 LMX의 질을 결정하는 요인이라는 점을 알 수 있으며, 외향성인 구성원과 호감성이 높은 성격의 구성원일수록 긍정적으로 나타났다. 두 번째 호텔 조리사의 LMX의 질이 높을수록 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 조직몰입을 높이기 위해서는 리더와의 상호 애착관계가 매우 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 호텔조리부서리더의 리더십에 있어서는 구성원의 직무에 대한 동기부여를 정확하게 상기시켜주는 역할이 매우 중요하고, 업무에 대한 열정과 자아개발, 업무의 지속성을 지원하는 것이 필요하다고 할 수 있다.

        마취전 리도카인 정주(靜注)에 의한 삽관 및 발관시의 안압조절(眼壓調節)

        It is a known fact that the increase of intraocular pressure results from the action of succinylcholine, endotracheal stimulation to carina, bucking and coughing etc during the induction arid recovery periods. Efforts have been made by several inveatigators to prevent intraocular hypertension by giving trimetaphan, inderal or curare. However, their effects were not remarkable. In this study, lidocaine 1mg/kg was administered intravenously to selected patients 2-3 minutes before induction ; followed by regular induction with pentothal, succinylcholine and intubation. Intraocular pressures were measured at the pre-induction and post-intutation time, and every 30 minutes until the early recovery period, thereafter. The result of this study showed that the post-intubational increase of intraocular pressure was prevented in 86.7% of the lidocaine pretreated cases. The increase of post-extuba-tional intraocular pressure was also reduced significantly in the lidocaine pretreated group as well. We came to the conclusion that lidocaine pretreatment technic can be used effectively to prevent intraocular hypertension caused by induction and extubation in clinical practice.

        전산화 단층촬영을 이용한 경막외강의 해부학적 구조

        The anatomy of the human epidural space was demonstrated in 8 patients by computed tomography (CT) examinations performed after epidural injection of water soluble radiographic contrast material into the L3-4 epidural space via Tuohy needle. The examinations showed the posterior epidural space to be divided by the plica mediana dorsalis and an additional transverse connective tissue plane. The compartmentalized nature of the space may be, at times, responsible for entrapment and coiling of epidural catheters, despite the satisfactory technical performance of catheterization for epidural anesthesia. All patients demonstrated a great amount of fatty tissue within the junction of the posterior midline epidural connective tissue structures, producing a triangular-shaped structure which might be an impediment to catheterization. The posterior epidural space is more easily filled with contrast media than the anterior epidural space. We also measured the depth of epidural space. The posterior epidural space was 2-6 mm deeper than the anterior epidural space. At the thoracic spine, the depth of the posterior epidural space was about 1-2 mm and the anterior space was under 1 mm or revealed trace. At the lumbar region, the depth of the posterior epidural space was about 4-7 mm. Air bubbles were noticed in the epidural space, especially around intervertebral foramen; therefore, it was suggested that the air bubbles can produce incomplete analgesia along the nerve roots.

        Hot carrier degradation mechanism interpretation by lateral distribution of interface and bulk trap density

        We investigated the drain avalanche hot carrier effect (DAHC) of p-type metal-oxide-semiconductor field effect transistor of 0.14 mm channel length (PMOSFET) with SiON gate dielectric. Using three different stress conditions of substrate maximum current, the changes to threshold voltage, maximum transconductance, saturation current and channel leakage current was monitored. Concurrently, the lateral distribution of interface trap density (Nit) and bulk trapped charge density (Not) with stress time has been extracted along the 70 nm half channels from gate edge to drain junction, which is the first endeavor in describing charge traps along sub 100 nm short channels. The degradation of the PMOSFET was described by combining electrical property with Nit and Not profiles. Hot electron punch through (HEIP) effect was evidenced by negative Not distribution near the drain junction while more severe hot carrier degradation was successfully demonstrated by the empirical power law dependence of the electrical parameters Nit and Not. We have studied the evolution of degradation behavior along highly scaled tens of nanometer channel, and Nit and Not profile offers systematic study and interpretation of degradation mechanism of hot carrier effect in MOSFET devices.
