The purpose of this study identify any impact on the consciousness of the welfare of the youth volunteering. The target of the study in 32 of Gyeonggi-do, volunteer work and volunteer in the center of the 178 high school students. Analysis, was the welfare of the youth level of consciousness was good, welfare status, welfare recipient, welfare target service area, contact, whether total service career, regular participation variables had a significant impact on the welfare conscious. Measures to improve the welfare of the youth consciousness raising, volunteer and club activities and expansion of the service area associated with social welfare, the welfare of the subjects, and to meet directly serve the habit is to actively participate.

현행 기초연금의 소득조사 기준 중 일부는 일관성이 부족하고, 상대적으로 부유한 계층에게 유리한 측면을 내포하고 있다. 따라서 기초연금제도에서 소득인정액 소득환산방식의 전면적 재검토가 필요한 상황이며, 현금 유동성 자산의 정확한 파악과 동시에 현실적인 소득환산율을 적용할 필요가 있다. 연구를 바탕으로 내린 결론은 첫째, 노인들의 근로장려정책이 소득공제에 적용하고 둘째, 유사 성격의 소득에 대한 일관성 있는 정책이 필요하며 셋째, 부유층이 상대적으로 유리한 소득은 100% 소득으로 환산할 필요가 있다. 마지막으로, 특정 소득에 의존할 수밖에 없는 대상에 대한 공제 혜택을 확대해야 한다. Some of the current income survey criteria for basic pension funds lack consistency, and contain aspects favorable to the relatively wealthy class. Therefore, a complete review of the income translation method of income-recognized assets in a basic pension scheme is necessary, and the application of realistic income translation rates is necessary at the same time as the correct identification of cash flow assets. The conclusion based on the study is that first, the working incentive policy of the elderly is applied to income deductions, secondly, a coherent policy on income of similar nature, and third, income that is relatively advantageous to the wealthy needs to be converted to 100% income. Finally, deductions should be extended for targets that have no choice but to rely on specific income.

농기계 임대사업소 적정개수 추정에 관한 연구

The project to supply farm machines to growers as a lease was initiated by the government in 2003. Local governments which are financially supported by the central government purchased machines and leased them to farmers at a lower cost. The project has been welcomed by producers because they did not have to purchase high-price machines to manage farms. The government has also encouraged local governments to adopt the project with a purpose of promoting mechanization of upland-field crops, which has been considerably low compared to rice. The number of leasing centers operated by local governments was 379 in 2015, and will be increased to 820 by 2025. However, there have few researches for appropriate number of leasing centers, namely, whether the current number of leasing centers is sufficient or how many leasing centers are needed, if not sufficient. We calculated the appropriate number of leasing centers under some restricted assumptions.

기초연금 소득인정액 개선방안 연구

현행 기초연금의 소득조사 기준 중 근로소득공제 수준은 근로장려정책 노선에 부적합하고, 상시근로와 일용근로에 따른 차별적 공제가 없으며, 재산의 소득환산과 중첩되는 이중계산 문제, 그리고 공적이전소득과 사적이전소득의 반영 기준이 명확하지 않아 상대적으로 부유한 계층에게 유리한 측면을 내포하고 있다. 따라서 기초연금제도에서 소득인정액 소득환산방식의 전면적 재검토가 필요한 상황이며, 현금 유동성 자산의 정확한 파악과 동시에 현실적인 소득환산율을 적용할 필요가 있다. 연구를 바탕으로 내린 결론은 첫째, 근로소득에서 근로소득공제를 상향조정하고 둘째, 노인들의 근로장려정책이 소득공제에 적용하고 셋째, 유사 성격의 소득에 대한 일관성 있는 정책이 필요하며 넷째, 부유층이 상대적으로 유리한 소득은 100% 소득으로 환산할 필요가 있다. 마지막으로, 특정소득에 의존할 수밖에 없는 대상에 대한 공제 혜택을 확대해야 한다. Among the current income survey criteria for basic pension, the level of earned income deduction is inadequate for the work incentive policy line, there is no discriminatory deduction based on regular work and daily work, double calculation problems overlapping with the income conversion of property, and the criteria for reflecting public and private transfer income are not clear, which implies favorable aspects for the relatively wealthy class. Therefore, the basic pension plan requires a full review of the income translation method for the recognized amount of income, and requires an accurate understanding of cash flow assets and application of a realistic income translation rate. Based on the study, the conclusion is that first, the earned income deduction should be upgraded from earned income, second, the employment incentive policy for the elderly should be applied to the income deduction, and third, a consistent policy on income of similar nature is needed, and fourth, the income that the wealthy relatively favor should be converted into 100 percent income. Finally, the benefits of deductions for targets that are forced to rely on certain incomes should be expanded.

현금보유 사례분석

최근 국내 기업들의 보유 현금 규모가 급증하고 있는 추세이다. 이 같은 국내 기업의 현금 보유 증가에 대해 긍정과 우려의 시각이 교차하고 있는 실정이다. 국내 기업들의 현금 보유 증가는 현금 흐름 창출 능력이 높아지고 외부 환경 변화에 견딜 수 있는 경쟁력이 강해졌다는 것을 나타내는 긍정적인 의미를 내포하고 있다. 그러나 또 다른 측면에서는 국내 기업의 현금보유 증가를 투자 부진의 결과로 해석하면서 미래 성장 잠재력 약화에 대해 우려하는 시각도 적지 않다. 그러나 기업은 현금보유 정책 결정시 특정한 이유가 아니라 다양한 요인들에 영향 받을 수 있으며 기업이 처해 있는 정치·사회·환경적인 요소에 따라 달라질 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 즉, 국내 기업의 현금보유수준이 외국 기업에 비해 높은 수준인지 검토해볼 필요성이 있으며, 또한 현금보유수준의 증가가 단순히 투자부진이 원인인지 현금흐름 분석을 통해 직접적으로 규명할 필요성이 있을 것으로 판단된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 현금보유수준이 가장 높은 기업 중 하나인 현대자동차와 대표적인 글로벌 완성차업체 중 하나인 토요타자동차의 현금흐름 분석을 통해 현금보유수준에 대하여 분석하고, 세부적인 현금흐름 분석을 통해 현금의 유입과 유출이 이루어지는 요인들에 대하여 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 글로벌 자동차 기업인 포드, 폭스바겐, 토요타 및 현대자동차의 현금보유수준을 비교한 결과 전체적으로 포드와 폭스바겐그룹의 경우 토요타와 현대자동차에 비하여 현금보유수준이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 토요타자동차와 현대자동차의 투자활동 현금흐름과 재무활동현금흐름을 분석한 결과 현대자동차가 토요타자동차에 비하여 내외부로부터 자금을 조달하여 투자하는 비율이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 영업활동 순현금유입액에 내외부로부터 조달한 자금을 더하여 투자지출을 꾸준히 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 현대자동차는 최근 사회일각에서 제기되는 투자지출 감소에 따라 현금보유수준이 증가한다는 주장과는 다른 형태를 보인다는 것을 알 수 있다.한편, 토요타자동차와 현대자동차의 투자활동현금흐름과 재무활동현금흐름을 세부적으로 살펴본 결과에 따르면 먼저 현대자동차의 경우 11년간 투자자산의 취득과 처분을 거의 동일한 수준으로 한 반면 설비투자에 해당하는 유형자산은 취득이 처분의 10배 이상인 것으로 나타나 지속적인 설비투자를 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 재무활동 현금흐름의 경우 단기차입금은 차입보다 상환이 많이 된 반면 장기차입금의 차입비율은 증가하였다. 이러한 결과는 위험에 대비하기 위한 결과로 해석할 수 있다. 다음으로 토요타자동차는 유형자산의 순증가비율이 현대자동차에 비하여 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 또한 현대자동차와 비교 했을 때 장단기차입금의 규모, 자기주식의 취득 및 배당금지급 금액을 꾸준히 증가시킨 것으로 나타났다. 이처럼 최근 기업의 현금보유수준 증가를 단순히 투자감소나 투자위축으로 단정하기 어려우며, 현금보유수준은 다양한 요인들이 상호작용한 결과일 수 있다. 현대자동차의 사례를 통해서 분석해본 결과 현금보유수준이 높은데도 불구하고 투자지출이 감소하지 않았으며, 오히려 꾸준히 높은 투자지출수준을 유지하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 기업의 현금보유 정책을 단순히 현금보유수준만 보고 논의할 문제는 아니며, 현금흐름에 대한 세부적 현금흐름 분석이 수반되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. Recently, the cash holdings of the korea company is increasing rapidly. Therefore, Affirmation and worry is intersecting time about cash holding. The cash holding appears with the reasons which are various. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Hyundai motors and the Toyota motors cash flows. The results of the case analysis can be summarized as follows: First, The cash holding level of the Hyundai Motor is lower the global foreign company. Second, We analyzed the investment activity cash flow and financial activity cash flow of the Hyundai Motor and the Toyota Motor. The Hyundai Motor the cash holding level increased, the investment expenses did not decrease. Therefore, the cash holding level comparison which is simple does not hit. Because, the cash holding policy appears with the reasons which are various. Consequently, From cash holding level research the cash flow analysis which is detailed is necessary.
