AFLP 분석 및 체세포 불화합성에 의한 느타리 유사품종의 확인

We already reported four groups which contains some similar strains based on URP-PCR in the previous paper. The objective of this study was to confirm those strains by the amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) and vegetative compatibility group (VCG). AFLP analysis showed no difference among these strains except ASI 2595 and 2183 in Weonhyeong group and ASI 2829 in Suhan group. They showed specific DNA bands only in the result of P + AG/M + AAG and P + GT/ M + ATG primer combinations out of eight different combinations. The AFLP primers produced a total of 330 fragments between 80 and 1000 bp in length for 31 Pleurotus ostreatus strains. At a genetic similarity of 0.96, the UPGMA analysis separated the isolates into four distinct clusters. Each group was classified by similar strains. Confrontation test by vegetative compatibility groups (VCGs) also showed distinct line between strains from different groups, but no line between similar strains within the cluster. Our results indicate that most of similar strains was not distinctness. Thus, similar strains are considered to be very close on the genealogy of their parent or same strain with different name.

Public libraries are cultural facilities used by people of various age groups, and they offer a wide range of diverse programs, such as education and leisure programs in addition to book borrowing. The purpose of this conference paper is to examine the spatial distribution of public libraries located in Ansan and the layout plan and characteristics of each one.

In this study, we would like to focus on the characteristics of adolescents and explore YouTube motivation, self-resilience, and peer relationships. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, there is significant differences based on usage motivation of beauty related YouTube, self resilience, grade and usage frequency of their friends followed by general characteristics of research objects. Second, the motive for using YouTube related to beauty is statistically significant and has a positive effect on self-elasticity. Third, beauty related YouTube usage motivation statistically and significantly impact on their peer relationship. Fourth, self-resilience has statistically significance toward peer relationship. Based on this result, we propose beauty related YouTube usage significantly impacts on self-resilience and construction of peer relationship. In short, based on this study, beauty related YouTube can be utilized to construct self-resilience and peer relationship of teenager and it is possible to figure out how to positively affect teenagers.
보문 : 느타리 버섯에서 원형 품종 특이 SCAR marker 개발

Weonhyeong is one of important commercial strains. It has good characteristics of bundle formation, grey colored pilei and high productivity. We previously reported grouping of 70 strains of Pleurotus ostreatus in which one group contained 35 strains including Weonhyeong. Four strains in that group showed same profiles implicating no variety distinction for mushroom cultivation. Now we developed a specific marker for identification of Weonhyeong. Sequence Characterized Amplified Region (SCAR) marker was developed from the RAPD amplicon. SCAR marker ``S-OPO5`` produced only one band specific to 2183, 2240, 2595 and 2725 strains showing similar banding patterns to Weonhyeong in RAPD-PCR results. The sequence of ``S-OPO5`` marker was unknown when compared with the data in the Genbank using BLASTN. BLASTX results indicated that the marker showed significant alignment with the protein sequences in Tricholoma bakamatsutake reverse transcriptase. The results indicate that this new SCAR marker (``S-OPO5``) will be valuable to distinguish the Weonhyeong similar strains from Pleurotus spp.
