The purpose of this study is to develop a facility management package with AutoCAD SQL Extension. The output of this study can be used to overcome the current limitations of facility management. As the case study, the package is going to be applied to the Kwanak Campus of Seoul National University so as to test the usability of this package. The outcome of this research has several merits, as follows : First, the efficiency in facility management is increased by means of rapid conversion between graphic and non-graphic data. Second, it is possible to manage facility with numeric, locational precision and three dimensional display ability which are merits of CAD. Third, increasing the use of digital map in the time of facility construction, if the database for this is constructed, the developed package can be applied immediately to the affairs of facility management department.
Performance Evaluation for Public u-IT Services using a Proposed Three-dimensional Model

In this paper, we introduce an integrated performance evaluation model defined by the three indices (evaluation index for each evaluation stage, performance viewpoint, and performance type) and analyze the utilization and satisfaction of the seven public u-IT services implemented from 2008 to 2009 using the proposed model. From the performance results of the public u-IT services, it was found out that most of the research goals initially set by the public u-IT service support projects were satisfied. Furthermore, we suggest improvement directions and promotion strategies of future projects. 본 논문에서는 3차원 평가환류체계를 기반한 성과측정모델을 제안하며, 제안하는 평가모델을 이용하여 2008년과 2009년에 수행한 7개의 공공 u-IT 서비스의 사용자 만족도와 활용도를 분석한다. 본 연구를 통해, 당초 공공 u-IT 서비스 지원사업이 목표하였던 대부분의 연구목적을 달성하였음을 알 수 있었으며, 성과측정 및 분석결과는 향후 추진할 신규과제의 추진방향 제시한다.

This study aims at choosing indicators to measure the effect of utilizing biotop map, and analyzing its effect by an indicator from the perspective of performer. The Primary performance indicators are made through specialist survey using SMART. As a result, three indicators are chosen: "Discussion of the period of an environmental effects evaluation(reduced effect)", "Plan and execution of environment and ecology plan in an urban development site", "Minimizing ecological damage in an urban development." The result in each indicator is as follows. The indicator of discussion of the period of an environmental effects evaluation(reduced effect), the average reduction rate in statistically meaningful level reduced 6.08% and 11.64% respectively in 2004-2005. In this period, environment information system was established and the reduction effect is shown in this period by reinforcing environment effect estimation using biotop map. As to the indicator of utilizing biotop map in an urban development site, the Seongnam P site case shows that biotop map was used when they set up an development plan. In case of minimizing ecological damage in an urban development, the Gwangjingu G-dong case shows that it was used to appoint preservation sit, and mediate development restrict area. Accordingly, the biotop map utilizing effect is confirmed through core performance indicators and verification of the indicators using SMART. The further research is encouraged to find evaluate indicators and verify the effect quantitatively to increase the use of biotop map.
국제물류비용 절감을 위한 운송장비용 모바일 랙 시장성 분석

This paper deals with a new type of reconfigurable mobile rack for transportation vehicles which can be used in the loading/unloading areas of warehouses. The purpose of this paper is to select proper items for the reconfigurable mobile rack for transportation vehicles and estimate the logistics cost of using the mobile rack for those selected items in real practice. This paper has three main parts. The first part introduces the purpose and concept of research concerning the reconfigurable mobile rack for transportation vehicles. The second part deals with the demand survey method for selecting proper items and shows the result. The last part shows the estimation of the expected effect when the mobile rack is used for the automotive parts. When the reconfigurable mobile rack is used for the automotive parts, the loading efficiency improves by 10 % and logistics cost reduction is expected to be 196.5 billion won on the average.
