        건축물 계획단계 LCCO<sub>2</sub> 평가시스템의 필요요소에 관한 연구

        국내에서 기 개발된 $LCCO_2$ 평가프로그램은 실시설계 이후에 자재물량을 직접 입력하는 방식으로, 최적의 환경부하 저감 전략을 입안하는데 한계가 있었다. 이에 본 논문은 계획단계에서 비용대비 에너지 효율이 높은 방안으로 신속하게 대응하면서 정확성이 높은 시스템을 구축하기 위한 필요 요소를 추출하고 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 기존의 국내외 $LCCO_2$ 평가프로그램을 비교분석하여 계획단계에서 건축물의 에너지 성능개선 전략수립을 목적으로 한 GEM-21P와 Carbon Navigator를 조사대상 평가프로그램으로 선정한 후, 두 프로그램에 대해서$LCCO_2$ 산출방법과 시스템의 구조에 대한 비교분석을 실시하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 계획단계에서 건축물의 전 생애 환경부하를 평가할 수 있는 시스템구축의 필요요소를 제안하였다. The $LCCO_2$ evaluation programs previously developed in Korea involve limitations in establishing strategies of reducing environmental loads to optimal level in a way to put in materials directly after designing. Therefore, this study has the purpose to extract and propose elements required for the establishment of highly accurate system by counteracting swiftly in a method with high energy efficiency over cost at planning stage. To that end, existing $LCCO_2$ evaluation programs in Korea and abroad were compared and analyzed, and in the planning stage, GEM-21P and Carbon-navigator intended for the establishment of building energy performance improving strategy were selected as the evaluation program for survey. On such basis, after comparison and analysis between $LCCO_2$ calculating methods and system structures of the two programs, elements required for system establishment that can evaluate life-cycle environmental loads of building in planning stage were proposed.

      • 건축행정 검토를 위한 지역건축안전센터 도입 검토

        Architectural administration by public official have been focused on review of legal requirement of design document in Korea. However, items on safety of buildings depend on the judgment of the architects and the structural engineers and there is no procedure to verify that even if they committed a bad design. The purpose of this study is introduction of regional architectural safety center to carry out a technical review in order to prevent misconduct from happening and to ensure the safety and performance of buildings. This study establishes the direction of the regional architectural safety center through the interview of experts and draw implications for the center by analysis of domestic and international case studies. Finally, this study proposes the role of the center, the range of task, scale of the necessary manpower, the qualification of the expert, and fund of the regional architectural safety center.

        프랑스의 주택 리노베이션 정책의 역사적 변천에 관한 연구

        This study investigated the circumstances of the transformation from a policy for new construction to a policy for housing renovation in France and verified the present trends in the policy for stimulating housing renovation. For achieving these goals, this study investigated the history of housing renovation from the Second World War to the present time in a political flow and clarified that what does it let the position in the regions of housing policies and urban plans, what does it play the role, and how does it change the role in the flow of a time series. In addition, this study represented that the housing renovation policy in France has been developed in the flow of the satisfaction of quantity, housing renovation, estate & area renewal, and social cohesion and added a prospect of the housing renovation policy.

        기존 주택의 에너지 효율 개선을 위한 정책방안에 관한 연구

        The goal of this study is to propose a policy that improves the energy efficiency of the existing housing through analyzing of the policy in advanced European countries. For achieving this goal, this study examines the potential of the existing housing in the reduction of greenhouse gas and discusses the fact that the improvement of energy efficiency of the existing housing is more difficulties than that of the new construction. In order to overcome such barrier element, this study analyzed European policies such as building energy efficiency rating systems, financial support methods, information supports, and regulations. In the conclusion, this study proposed a policy that improves the energy efficiency of the existing housing based on the results of the analysis for each issue. The results of the studies provide some useful insights for the policy design in this area, including the importance of developing information tools for providing appropriate information for owners of housing.

        Behcet`s disease (BD) is a multi-systemic inflammatory disease of unknown origin that affects nearly all organs. Recent reports of BD with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) often note an association with gastrointestinal involvement and trisomy 8. We herein report on a case of a 51-year-old man who had refractory schizophrenia and developed gastrointestinal BD and MDS with trisomy 8 and 9. He visited our hospital due to fever and abdominal pain. Multiple ulcerations in the colorectum were observed on colonoscopy, and he was diagnosed with intestinal BD. During the treatment of intestinal BD, anemia and thrombocytopenia developed. His bone marrow study revealed myelodysplastic syndrome (refractory anemia with ringed sideroblast) with trisomy 8 and trisomy 9. We report a rare case of intestinal BD accompanied by schizophrenia and myelodysplastic syndrome with trisomy 8 and 9.

        공동주택 리모델링 성능등급 개발방향 설정

        The necessity of remodeling performance grading system is getting increased for the systematic management of existing housing stock, providing the resident’s right to know and promoting the remodeling projects. A quantitative and objective evaluation method that has reflected the characteristics of remodeling must be developed because there is an aspect of having difficulty of assessment by an ordinary person as remodeling performance contains specialized details while the difficulty of applying the criteria of new buildings in terms of assessment items, criteria and methods. Accordingly, this study sets the goal as setting up the development objectives of performance grading system that has considered the remodeling characteristics. This study has analyzed the various assessment systems related to the domestic apartments as well as setting up the organization system of the remodeling performance grading system, perspectives of performance assessment and scope of assessment through literature, etc. It has also established the principles for setting up the assessment items of remodeling performance grade to present the directions for setting up assessment items and criteria.

        세탁기 PUX(Physical User Experience)디자인 사례분석 및 시사점 연구

        세탁기는 생활의 편리성을 증진시키는 가전기기로서 현재 가정과 개인의 생활필수품으로 정착되어져 왔다. 국내 세탁기 디자인은 지난 몇 해 사이에 LG전자, 삼성전자를 중심으로 급속히 성장하였고 디자인적 만족감과 기능적 편리함을 지향하려는 국내 소비자들의 폭넓은 요구에 의해 세탁기 디자인의 혁신적인 변화를 가져왔으며 이를 통해 국 · 내외 마켓 점유율의 성장으로 이어져 왔다. 한국 기업의 세탁기 제품이 글로벌 시장에서 큰 점유율을 차지할 수 있었던 이유로 세탁기의 Sales Point가 기술과 기능 중심에서 사용자 경험 즉 UX 중심으로 바뀌면서 이러한 디자인 트렌드 변화에 리딩하여 대응하였기 때문으로 분석되고 있다. 이렇듯 세탁기 디자인에서 UX 디자인이 중요해지면서 이에 대한 연구의 필요성이 대두되고 있지만 현재 UX 디자인에 관한 연구는 스마트폰이나 TV등과 같이 스크린 디바이스에 중점을 둔 VUX(Visual User Experience) 디자인 중심으로 이루어져있고 제품의 형태 및 피지컬적 사용성 등을 중심으로 하는 PUX(Physical User Experience) 디자인 연구는 상대적으로 부족하기 때문에 제품 디자인을 중심으로 하는 PUX 디자인 연구의 필요성이 제기된다. 본 연구는 이러한 상황적 배경을 바탕으로 PUX 디자인을 제품디자인에 적용하여 글로벌 마켓 점유율을 높이고 있는 한국기업 세탁기 디자인을 조사, 분석 하였으며 이는 PUX 디자인을 좀 더 효과적으로 개발 또는 적용하기 위한 시사점 도출과 DB 구축을 목적으로 하고 있다. 또한, 본 연구의 결과는 제품디자이너와 상품기획자들에게 참고자료 및 기초자료로 쓰일 것이다. 연구 진행을 위하여 소비자 반응조사와 제품특성 분석방법을 도입하였고 소비자 반응조사 분석을 위해 마켓에서 판매량이 높은 세탁기 브랜드 표본조사를 통해 최종분석을 진행하였다. 세탁기 디자인에 적용된 PUX 디자인 사례 조사는 4가지 평가영역 별로 분류가 되었으며, 사례조사 지역은 현재 가장 큰 마켓으로 불리는 중국시장에서 이루어졌다. 소비자 반응 조사를 통해 PUX 디자인 요소가 잘 적용된 한국 세탁기가 어느 정도 소비자에게 긍정적인 반응을 일으키는지에 대한 결과를 도출해 낼 수 있었으며 PUX 디자인의 중요성을 증명하였다. 이를 바탕으로 PUX 디자인을 효율적으로 제품에 적용하기 위한 시사점 3가지를 마지막으로 도출해 내었다. 끝으로, 본 연구를 통해서 PUX 디자인의 제품적용확대를 기대한다. Washing machine is considered with home appliances necessities to promote the convenience of living for family and person. Add to this domestic washing machine design has brought the innovative change for washing machine by home consumers who has a wide of need to aim at satisfaction of design and functional convenience, use this to bring an end to domestic and foreign market share. According to the report that was address in 2015 by LG Electronics, it was found that LG electronics ranks top in the brand sales market share in washing machine global market, it was reported that it has ranked top for 7 years in market share for the first year of 2008. The reason why many Korean products of washing machine has managed to gain the share sales in global market, sales point of washing machine has changed from technologies and capabilities to consumers’ experience, mainly thanks to the sense of design trend changes. So, in terms of the washing machine design, UX design is getting to be more important, we need of study the design. Now, UX design of study focus on VUX (Visual User Experience) design which is manufactured by screen device such as smart phone or TV etc. The study on PUX (Physical User Experience) design that is centered on the type of product and physical usability is insufficient, we require to create the need for PUX design that based on the product of design. Based on the background of these situations, this study is researched and analogized for Korean products of washing machine that increases the global market share with PUX design. That is, PUX design is developed efficiently or it intends to do construction of database and draw implications to adjust. In addition, the results of this study will be used as a reference and preliminary data for product designers and merchandise organizers. For this study, it introduced the consumer survey and analysis of products, we proceed the final analysis by conducting a sample survey for the high record of washing machine brands in the market in order to examine the consumer survey. A case study on the PUX design adjusted to washing machine design is classified under 4 assessment areas, regional case research is conducted in China that has the biggest market. Washing machine made by Korea with the element of PUX design produce positive results to consumers through the survey of consumer response, it demonstrated the importance of PUX design. On the basis of these reasons, finally PUX design to use products effectively created three implications. In conclusion, we will expect product properties expansion of PUX design through this study.

      • 남북한 철근콘크리트 시공기술 비교

        There is no disagreement that the construction sector will play an important role in inter-Korean economic development cooperation. However, very few studies have been made at North Korea's construction technology. North Korea shows a lot of differences from South Korea, from the quality standards of building materials to construction technology. It is clear that these differences will be a stumbling block to the promotion of construction projects in the inter-Korean cooperation stage. Therefore, the start of inter-Korean economic development cooperation should be preceded by work to clearly recognize each other's differences and lay the foundation for integration or compatibility. The purpose of this study is to compare the construction technology of rebar concrete construction. We compared the differences with Korea's construction method based on the construction books recently published in North Korea, and derived the characteristics of North and South Korea for each detailed process of reinforced concrete construction.
