중학교 체육수업에서 스포츠맨십의 내면화 과정 및 요인 탐색

본 연구는 중학교 체육수업에서 학생들의 스포츠맨십 내면화 과정을 살펴보고, 그 과정에 영향을 미치는 수업 방법상의 요인을 탐색해보는 데 목적이 있다. 서사중심적 스포츠맨십 교육을 적용하여 체육수업 활동에서 필요한 스포츠맨십의 덕목을 선정하고, 이를 실천할 수 있는 거시적 수업 방안과 미시적 수업 기법을 구성하여 수업을 진행하였다. 질적 사례 연구 방법을 통해 연구자 본인의 수업을 관찰 및 촬영하였고, 연구 참여자를 대상으로 심층면담, 개방형 설문조사, 서사중심적 통합적 교수-학습 자료(스포츠맨십 실천록, 스포츠맨십UCC, 사진 등)를 수집하였다. 귀납적 범주분석을 통해 수집된 자료를 분석, 해석하였으며, 연구 참여자 및 전문가 검토 과정을 거쳤다. 학생들의 스포츠맨십 내면화는 ``비인식기-개념화기-실천화기-내면화기``과정으로 구분되며, 이는 비연속적, 상호보완적 특성을 갖고 있었다. 거시적 수업 방안과 미시적 수업 기법이 스포츠맨십 내면화 과정에서 포괄적, 개별적으로 영향을 미치고 있었다. The purpose of this study is how the internalization of sportsmanship can be achieved, and then exploit factors affecting sportsmanship internalization in terms of teaching methodology in Middle School PE. Virtues related to sportsmanship were selected, and various activities where the selected virtues can be naturally practiced were prepared. To macroscopically produce situations where students themselves can learn sports, macro-teaching techniques (e.g. learning, sports-doing, socialization, etc.) were used. The author didn`t fail to incessantly monitor and visually record the progress of all relevant classes while this study was continued. Unstructured and in-depth interviews, open-ended questionnaires were had. And findings (e.g. sportsmanship practise list, sportsmanship UCC, pictures, etc.) as produced through data based on narrative, integrative approaches were collected. Collected data were analyzed to identify their implications, together with research participants and experts. it was revealed that the internalization of sportsmanship went through four phases: non-cognization, conceptualization, practical representation and internalization; still, it should be noted that the four phase doesn`t always consecutively complete the cycle of sportsmanship internalization. It could be seen that they affected one another through series of internal reactions, and thereby, reinforced their respective properties, which suggested that they were a discontinuous process by being complementary to one another. and it was found that micro- and macro-teaching techniques affected the internalization of sportsmanship.

1-패스 공간 적응적 웨이블릿 임계화를 사용한 영상의 노이즈제거

본 연구는 이미지 디노이징을 위한 1-패스 공간 적응적 웨이블릿 임계화를 제안하였다. 웨이블릿 임계화를 이용한 디노이징은 최상의 기저함수와 임계치를 구하는 연구에 집중되어왔으나 이미지의 통계적 특성의 변화에 효과적으로 적용되는 방법은 아직 충분하지 않은 상태이다. 제안된 방법에 Overcomplete wavelet expansion을 사용하여 노이즈의 제거에 좋은 결과를 나타내었다. 그리고 실험 결과는 Wiener필터링 방법과 Level dependent 임계치, 2-패스 공간적응적 웨이블릿 임계화 방법보다 좋은 결과를 나타내었다. This paper propose the I-pass spatially adaptive wavelet thresholding for image denosing. The method of wavelet thresholding for denosing, has been concentrated on finding the best uniform threshold or best basis. However, not much has been done to make this method adaptive to spatially changing statistics which is typical of a large class of images. This spatially adaptive thresholding is extended to the overcomplete wavelet expansion, which yields better results than the orthogonal transform. Experiments show that this proposed method does indeed remove noise significantly, especially for large noise power. Experimental results show that the proposed method outperforms level dependent thresholding techniques and is comparable to spatial Wiener filtering method, 2-pass spatially adaptive wavelet thresholding method in matlab.

국내 학교기반 건강교육 실천 양상 탐색: 7560+운동 선도학교 사례를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 국내 학교기반 건강교육 실천 양상을 탐색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 7560+ 운동 선도학교를 2년 이상 운영한 3개 학교를 대상으로 하여 담당 교사를 연구참여자로 선정하였다. 면담, 문헌분석을 통해 수집된 자료는 귀납적 분석과 지속적 비교를 통해 분석되었다. 본 연구의 참여자들은 건강교육의 의미를 인성교육과 학교폭력 예방의 범주까지 확장하여 인식하고 있었으며, 담당 교사의 이러한 인식은 다양한 신체활동으로 구성되었다. 또한, 모든 학생이 참여하는 활동과 신청자를 받는 프로그램으로 구분되어 운영되고 있었으며, 체육수업과 연계하려는 노력을 확인할 수 있었다. 하지만, 교수·학습 방법의 부재, 예산 부족, 과중한 업무는 학교기반 건강교육 실천의 어려움으로 도출되었다. 연구의 결과를 토대로 건강교육에 관한 인식, 건강교육의 시스템화와 건강교육을 위한 전문성의 함양 방안에 관해 논의하였으며, 후속 연구로 학교기반 건강교육 매뉴얼의 개발, 서울 외 지역의 7560+ 운동 운영 현황, 추가적인 건강교육프로그램의 실천 양상과 건강교육과 체육수업의 연계 방안 탐구를 제안하였다. The purpose of this study was to practical aspect of school-based health education in South Korea. To this end, three schools that had operated 7560+ exercise leading school for more than two years were purposefully selected, and participants were three in-service teachers who have been charge of that program in each school. Data were collected with two qualitative techniques (formal interviews and document analysis). Analysis procedures employed were analytic induction and constant comparison. Participants in this study recognized the meaning of health education by extending it to the categories of character education and prevention of school violence, which perspectives made teachers consist of various physical activities. In addition, we found that the programs were run as a form of involving all school students or receiving applicants and teachers have tried to connect 7560+ exercise program to physical education classes. However, the lack of teaching and learning methods, lack of budget, and heavy workload resulted from difficulties in implementing school-based health education. Based on these findings, we discussed teachers’ perspectives on health education, systematization of health education and professionalism of physical education teachers on health education. Finally, we suggested to develope school-based health education manuals, connect health education to physical education classes, and explore additional health education programs as follow-up studies.

DNS 증폭 공격 탐지를 위한 근실시간 DNS 질의 응답 분석 시스템에 관한 연구

DNS 증폭 공격은 새로운 타입의 DDoS 공격의 일종이며 이러한 DNS 공격이 요즘 빈번히 발생하고 있는 실정이다. 기존 연구에서는 DNS 캐쉬의 트래픽의 증폭량을 탐지하여 다량의 패킷을 보내는 IP를 탐지하기도 하며, 질의 요청과 응답 패킷 사이즈의 크기 비율을 탐지하기도 하였다. 하지만, 이와 같은 DNS 패킷 트래픽 기반의 탐지방법은 주소체계 변화에 따른 패킷 사이즈를 감당할 수 없으며, 분산된 공격에도 취약하다. 또한, 실시간 환경에서의 분석이 불가능하였다. 하지만, 본 논문에서는 실제 ISP의 DNS 데이터를 중심으로 근실시간 통합 분석이 가능한 DNS 질의 응답 분석 시스템을 구축하여 효율적인 DNS 증폭공격 탐지 방법을 제시한다. DNS amplification is a new type of DDoS Attack and nowadays the attack occurs frequently. The previous studies showed the several detection ways such as the traffic analysis based on DNS queries and packet size. However, those methods have some limitations such as the uncertainty of packet size which depends on IP address type and vulnerabilities against distributed amplification attack. Therefore, we proposed a novel traffic analyzing algorithm using Success Rate and implemented the query analyzing system.

The effect of MgO diluents in combustion synthesis of $TiB_2$ nano particles was investigated. The reaction $TiO_2\;+\;B_2O_3\;+\;xMg\;{\rightarrow}\;TiB_2\;+\;5MgO$ was used to synthesize $TiB_2$ nano particles. The combustion velocity was measured to examine the relation between the reaction temperature and the morphologies of particles. The diluent MgO did not react with the reactants and played a role to decrease combustion temperature. As the MgO diluents contents increased, the particles with the smaller size and the narrower size distribution were synthesized. At the condition of 6 mole of MgO, the combustion wave velocity was about 5 cm/see and the synthesized particles showed the size of 60 nm with narrow size distribution.

중소기업 내부마케팅 요인이 고객지향성에 미치는영향에 대한 연구 : 내부고객만족과 조직신뢰의 매개효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 내부마케팅 연구에서 더욱더 나아가 기업의 형태에 따른 연구가 필요한 시점으로 보고 제조업을 기반으로 하는 중소기업에서 내부마케팅 요인, 내부고객만족, 조직신뢰, 고객지향성변수들의 관계를 연구하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위해 대구·경북 지역 중소기업에 근무하는 내부직원 355명에 대해 설문조사 한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻게 되었다. 내부마케팅 요인들 중에서 교육훈련, 보상시스템, 내부커뮤니케이션이 높아질수록 내부고객만족이 높아졌으며, 권한위임이 높아질수록 조직에 대한 신뢰는 높아졌다. 또한, 교육훈련과 보상시스템이 높을수록 고객지향성은 높아졌다. 특히 내부고객만족이 높아질수록 조직신뢰도가 높아졌으며 내부고객만족이 높아질수록 고객지향성도 높아졌다. 그리고 조직신뢰가 높아질수록 고객지향성도 높아진다는 결론을 얻었다. 본 연구는 제조업 기반의 중소기업을 대상으로 기존 연구가 미미했던 내부고객만족과 조직신뢰의 관계를 검증하였다. 내부고객만족이 높을수록 조직에 대한 신뢰도도 높다는 사실을 검증하였는데, 이는 기업 실무진에게 내부고객만족의 중요성을 시사할 수 있을 것이다. 그리하여 내부마케팅 요인에 따라 내부 고객의 만족이 높아질 수 있고, 이는 조직신뢰를 높일 수 있고 또한 고객지향성을 통해 기업의 가치를 높이고, 나아가 기업의 가치를 극대화 할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among internal marketing factors, internal customer satisfaction, organizational trust, and customer orientation variables in SMEs based on manufacturing industry. As a result of the questionnaire survey of 355 internal employees in Daegu and Gyeongbuk area, the following conclusions were obtained. Among the internal marketing factors, the higher the level of education and training, the compensation system, and the internal communication, the higher the satisfaction of internal customers. The higher the delegation of authority, the higher the trust in the organization. Also, the higher the training and compensation system, the higher the customer orientation. In particular, the higher the internal customer satisfaction, the higher the organizational trust. The higher the internal customer satisfaction, the higher the customer orientation. And it is concluded that the higher the organizational trust, the higher the customer orientation. This study examines the relationship between internal customer satisfaction and organizational trust, which was insignificant for SMEs based on manufacturing. The higher the internal customer satisfaction, the higher the reliability of the organization. This suggests the importance of internal customer satisfaction to the executives. Therefore, internal customer satisfaction can be enhanced according to internal marketing factors, which can increase the trust of the organization, increase the corporate value through customer orientation, and maximize the enterprise value was concluded that the higher the organizational trust, the higher the customer orientation.

무기체계의 사이버보안 시험평가체계 구축방안 연구

IT 기술이 발전함에 따라 군의 정보시스템은 효율적인 작전 수행 및 신속한 통신을 위해 현 IT 환경에 맞추어 발전하고 있으며, 이에 따라 네트워크 기술을 사용하는 첨단무기체계에 대한 사이버 공격 위협도 동시에 증가하고 있다. 이러한 문제를 예방 및 완화하기 위해 미국은 무기체계 개발 초기부터 전반에 걸쳐 사이버보안 시험평가체계를 적용하고 있다. 그러나 국내의 경우 사이버보안 시험평가 프로세스가 미약하여 사이버 공격에 따른 피해가 우려된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 미국과 국내 무기체계의 사이버보안 시험평가 현황을 분석하여 국내 무기체계 시험평가에 대한 문제점을 제기하고, 사이버보안 시험평가체계를 도입하는 방안을 제안한다. As the IT technology develops, the military information system develops to the current IT environment for efficient operation and rapid communication, and the threat of cyber attack against the advanced weapon system using network technology is increasing simultaneously. In order to prevent and mitigate these problems, the United States has applied the cybersecurity test evaluation system from the beginning to the beginning of weapon system development. However, in Korea, the evaluation process of cyber security test is weak, and there is concern about the damage due to cyber attack. In this paper, we analyze cybersecurity test evaluation status of U.S. and domestic weapon systems and propose a solution to the problem of cybersecurity test evaluation system.
