It was carried out a review of operating limit analysis for small high-speed boat by author. In general, a review of ship's seakeeping performance is performed in the step of ship design, but this study was carried out in the state of completion of boat. Motion performance of Pitch, Vertical and Lateral acceleration and Slamming were satisfied in some encounter angle but deck wetness was not satisfied in all it does the analysis. As a result, sea state rather than the speed and encounter angle of vessel have a greater effect on the seakeeping performance of target vessel. It seems to be due to the size of the target ship. 본 연구는 소형 고속정의 운항한계를 검토하기 위하여 수행되었다. 일반적으로 내항성능의 검토는 선형의 결정 단계 전에 이루어지지만 본 연구는 선박의 건조가 완료된 후에 이루어졌다. 검토 결과, 종동요, 수직 및 수평가속도, 슬래밍의 운동성능은 특정한 조우각을 제외하고는 만족하였으나 갑판침수의 경우에는 해석을 수행한 모든 조건에서 만족하지 않았다. 이것은 대상선박의 크기가 소형이기 때문에 선박의 속도나 파도와의 조우각보다는 해상상태가 설정한 내항성능 기준의 만족 여부에 더 큰 영향을 미쳤기 때문으로 보인다.
온도조건에 따른 균열주입제의 변형특성에 관한 실험적 연구

As use of crack repair materials in construction fields, much more research is required to fully investigate the properties of crack repair materials such as epoxy resins and silicates. Information concerning overall properties becomes more important and engineers require as more information about properties of such crack repair materials. The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of bending deformation of two specific crack repair materials, namely epoxy resins and silicates, those are cured for 7 days at a temperature of 5°C, 20and 40°C. It is believed that the bending strength of epoxy resins is higher than silicates but silicates are more tough than epoxy resins. And both materials have a tendency to improve hardening performance as for increasing temperature, but silicates are more influenced by temperature.
건ㆍ습식 복합 분체이송 뿜칠시공시스템의 재료분리저항성에 관한 실험적 연구

Recently repair and reinforcement of large-sized reinforced concrete structures have been interested, because of their early deterioration and durability deterioration as time goes by. And adequate repair method has been required urgently in order to cope with these repair works which are growing bigger and larger. As one of appropriate repair method, spraying method has been discussed and applied job site recently. This study" is focused on the examination of quality stabilization dry mortar which is transferred mechanized and automated dry and wet compounded system. It is investigated that two important equipments are transfer hose wave and dry mixing hopper to increase material separation resistivity. In case of material transferred hose wave and dry type mixing hopper, quality stabilization shows much better result than not transferred. And appropriate transfer pressure and distance to decrease material separation is 0.8~0.9 bar and 150m. It is believed that the effect of shortening term of works and cost reduction will be expected by this mechanized and automated concrete repair system.
Manta형 무인잠수정의 조종운동 특성에 미치는 유체력미계수의 민감도 해석에 관한 연구

Mata형 무인잠수정 (Manta-type Unmanned Undersea Test Vehicle, 이하 MUUTV라 함)은 Naval Undersea Warfare Center의 Manta Test Vehicle의 설계 및 운용 개념을 기초보 하여 제안되었다(손 등, 2006). 본 연구에서는 Feldman(1979) 과 손 등(2006)의 6자유도 운동 수학모델을 이용하여 MUUTV의 조종운동 특성에 미치는 유체력미계수의 민감도 해석을 수행하였다. 민감도 해석 기법으로는 Sen(2000) 이 제안한 방법을 채택하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 각각의 유체력미계수가 MUUTV 의 조종운동 특성에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 파악 할 수 있었으며, 상대적으로 영향을 작게 미치는 유체력미계수가 포함된 항을 제거하여 조종운동 수치 시뮬레이션을 수행하여도 운동 추정이 가능함을 알 수 있었다. Manta-type Unmanned Undersea Test Vehicle(MUUTV) ís based on the same design concept as Unmanned Undersea Vehicle called Manta Test Vehicle(MTV), which was originally built and operated by the Naval Undersea Warfare Center(Lisiewicz et al., 2000, Sirmalis et al., 2001). The authors carried out the sensitivity analysis of the response of manoeuvring motion of MUUTV to changes in hydrodynamic derivatives. In order to calculate the sensitivity indices of hydrodynamic derivatives on MUUTV, the method by Sen(2000) was adopted. Basically the dynamic mathematical model with six degrees of freedom by Feldman(1979) is used but a little revised, refered to Sohn et al.(2006) and some experiment in circulating water channel. Through the present research, some hydrodynamic derivatives of significance are found out, and also the numerical simulation using simplified mathematical model based on result of sensitivity analysis is ascertained to be enough for prediction of manoeuvring characteristics of MUUTV.

Machine vision systems is applied for various industries such as optimize your spending, automate your production and maximize your efficiency. This research is effective for most optimal light condition of machine vision that technology was applied bald outside human visual acuity. Image processing converts a target image captured by a CCD camera into a digital signal and then performs various arithmetic operations on the signal to extract the characteristics of the target, such as points, lines, circles, area and length. The mathematical concepts of convolution and the kernel matrix are used to apply filters to signals, to perform functions such as extracting edges and reducing unwanted noise. This research analyze and compares matching ratio with reference image and search for optimal lighting condition in accuracy that user wants coming input image according to brightness change of lighting.
삼성분계 혼합시멘트 모르타르의 조기강도 향상을 위한 실험적 연구

최근 대규모 토목구조물의 내구성 향상 및 수화열 저감 성능을 확보하기 위하여 1종 보통포틀랜드시멘트에 고로슬래그미 분말 및 플라이애시를 혼합 치환한 삼성분계 혼합시멘트(TBC)의 개발 및 현장적용이 증가하고 있다. 또한 최근 건설사를 중심으로 공사비용 절감 등을 이유로 공사기간 단축 노력이 계속되고 있다. 이를 위해 콘크리트의 조기강도 성능이 요구되어진다. 따라서 상대적으로 조기강도 발현이 느린 TBC의 성능 보완이 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 TBC 모르타르의 조기강도 발현 성능을 향상시키기 위한 노력으로, 고로슬래그미분말 및 무수석고의 분말도와 첨가율을 조절하여 모르타르의 압축강도, SO3 함량 및 SEM 분석을 실시하였다. 실험 결과, TBC 모르타르는 분말도 약 4,200 cm2/g의 고로슬래그미분말을 사용하고 분말도 약 10,000 cm2/g 의 무수석고 3.5%를 첨가하고 SO3함량을 3.72% 내외로 관리하는 것이 가장 우수한 조기강도 특성을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. Recently, the development and field applications of Ternary Blended Cement(TBC), where blast furnace slag and fly ash are recycled in Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) in order to obtain improvements in the durability and heat of hydration reduction performance in large scale civil structures, have been increasing. Also, there are continuing efforts by construction companies to reduce the construction time with the aim of reducing construction costs. Therefore, there is a need to improve the performance of TBC, which has a relatively slow early strength development. In order to improve the early strength of TBC mortar, the compressive strength, SO3 content, and SEM analysis was determined in this study on mortar with the fineness and content of blast furnace slag and anhydrite regulated. As a result, to secure the early strength of TBC mortar, using blast furnace slag with a fineness of approximately 4,200 cm2/g, adding 3.5% anhydrite with a fineness of approximately 10,000 cm2/g, and managing the SO3 content to roughly 3.72% was found to provide the most outstanding early strength properties.
